the working method comprises the following steps:
A. the wire (9) enters the cavity from the wire inlet end (81), is wound on the outer side of the side wall of the annular spring seat (3), and penetrates out from the wire outlet end (82); a pressing part (55) of the sliding block (5) presses the wire (9);
B. when the length of the wire is required to be adjusted, the sliding block (5) is pushed to enable the pressing portion (55) of the sliding block (5) to be far away from the wire (9), the wire (9) is pulled out outwards along the wire outlet end (82), at the moment, the elastic blocking piece (32) is lifted by the inclined end of the L-shaped rotation stopping cover buckle (27) to enable the elastic blocking piece (32) to smoothly pass through the L-shaped rotation stopping cover buckle (27), the spring seat (3) rotates, the volute spiral spring (31) deforms, and the wire (9) is pulled out;
C. after the wire (9) is pulled out to a required distance, the sliding block (5) is loosened, the sliding block (5) is reset under the action of the reset spring (51) to compress the wire (9) again, meanwhile, the vertical end of the L-shaped rotation stopping cover buckle (27) blocks the elastic stop piece (32), so that the spring seat (3) cannot rotate reversely, and the wire (9) is static;
