In this embodiment, the lower wire fixing frame 30 further includes a plurality of positioning pillars 37 disposed below the lower frame body 34, and the positioning pillars 37 are inserted into the slots of the stator core 12 in a one-to-one correspondence manner. Therefore, the connection between the lower wire fixing frame 30 and the stator core 12 can be realized quickly, and the operation is convenient.
In this embodiment, the lower wire fixing frame 30 includes a lower frame body 34 and a lower connecting member 39 disposed on the lower frame body 34, the upper wire fixing frame 40 includes an upper frame body 43 and an upper connecting member 44 disposed on the upper frame body 43, the power line routing area is located between the upper frame body 43 and the lower frame body 34, the wiring area and the enameled wire routing area are both located on the lower frame body 34, and the lower connecting member 39 and the upper connecting member 44 are connected in a clamping or plugging manner. Thus, the lower wire fixing frame 30 and the upper wire fixing frame 40 are quickly and reliably connected through the matching of the lower connecting piece 39 and the upper connecting piece 44.
In this embodiment, the lower connecting member 39 has a slot, the upper connecting member 44 has a wedge-shaped structure, the upper connecting member 44 has a limiting surface, a part of the upper connecting member 44 passes through the slot, and the limiting surface abuts against an end surface of the lower connecting member 39. The upper connecting piece 44 is a wedge-shaped structure and can be conveniently inserted into the slot, and the limiting surface is abutted against the end surface of the upper connecting piece 39 and the end surface of the lower connecting piece 39 after the upper connecting piece is inserted into the slot, so that the limiting is realized, and the separation of the upper connecting piece and the lower connecting piece is avoided. The number of the upper connecting pieces 44 and the number of the lower connecting pieces 39 are multiple, and the multiple upper connecting pieces 44 and the multiple lower connecting pieces 39 are matched in a one-to-one correspondence manner.
Further, other structures of the wire fixing device in the embodiment are the same as those of the wire fixing device in the motor.
When the stator is used, the positioning column of the lower wire fixing frame is inserted into the notch of the stator core, the holding groove of the lower wire fixing frame is buckled on a winding wire package of the stator and keeps a certain distance, and the outer wall of the lower wire fixing frame is annularly supported and attached to the inner wall of the machine shell. The lower wire fixing frame is arranged at a position which is not interfered with the position of the wire outlet hole of the motor shell and the locking joint arranged in the wire outlet hole. The power cord of inner core is shelled to the cable conductor, walks to the power cord under the wire casing on the solidus frame after passing the wire hole of casing, then walks every power cord respectively to walk in the solidus groove under as required, and inside metal sinle silk extends to the wiring district in the place ahead, and the locking joint can pass the casing wire hole after adjusting the distance and fix the cable conductor on the motor casing.
The enameled wire in the stator winding is led out to the enameled wire wiring area of lower solidus frame from the winding solenoid, and dot matrix many check enameled wire wiring area is horizontal three, vertical five enameled wire wiring grooves, and the first wire casing of horizontal from down up is walked to the wiring area to the first wiring groove of vertical right side to the first enameled wire wiring groove of diagram, and second, third enameled wire and first can stagger completely, noninterference walk to the wiring area, and the isolation muscle provides sufficient creepage distance for the first enameled wire that is closest to the iron core. The enameled wires correspond to the power lines one to one, or a plurality of enameled wires can be used for aligning one power line, wiring work can be completed in a wiring area of the lower wire fixing frame, the enameled wires and the power line inner core are welded on the wiring terminal if the wiring terminal is adopted, the terminals are placed in the placing groove after the enameled wires and the power line inner core are butted by using the wrapped piercing terminals if the placing groove is adopted, and the enameled wires and the power line inner core are placed in the base and then pressed into the universal piercing terminal if the base is used for the universal piercing terminal.
Then, the upper wire fixing frame is buckled on the lower wire fixing frame, the installation buckle wedge (namely, the upper connecting piece) is buckled into the installation buckle lock (namely, the lower connecting piece), the outer wall annular support of the lower wire fixing frame and the outer wall annular support of the upper wire fixing frame are overlapped into a sector round surface and are attached to the inner wall of the shell, the power wire upper wiring groove and the power wire lower wiring groove form a power wire wiring hole for wiring an inner core power wire stripped by a cable, the upper wiring groove and the lower wiring groove form a wire fixing hole for fixing the inner core power wire, and the rubber of the inner core power wire can be extruded up and down without damage, so far, the assembly of the wire fixing device is finished. After the motor end cover is closed, the top support of the upper wire fixing frame is in horizontal contact with the inner surface of the end cover, and the whole wire fixing device is firmly fixed inside the motor after the end cover is installed and fixed and cannot move, loosen or deform.
This scheme need not to set up the terminal box alone, and solidus device itself is small, also need not to connect in addition extra power cord in addition and refute as the centre, has simplified the process greatly, and whole installation all is comparatively simple operation moreover, does not have complicated process. The lower wire fixing frame and the upper wire fixing frame are made of insulating materials, are not only part of wiring and fixing wires, but also part of an insulating structure, meet the functions of wiring, insulating and fixing wires, and integrate the functions of a wire clamp, a wiring board, an insulating wire slot and the like. The motor can be applied and popularized by using a common power line outgoing motor, and the wire fixing function can enable the power line of the motor to meet the requirement of certain drawing force.
The scheme provides a reliable cable connection mode which is high in production efficiency, small in production difficulty and small in size. The technical problem that the scheme has the following advantages is solved: 1. the production efficiency is high, the process is simple, and the problems of complicated process and low production efficiency of using a cable are solved; the procedure of connecting a power line with an enameled wire is omitted, and the cable and the enameled wire can be directly connected; 2. the locking joint cannot be used for the outgoing line of the power line, the waterproof property of the outgoing line rubber nozzle is general, the scheme does not influence the assembly and use of the locking joint and the cable, and the waterproof property of the outgoing line part of the motor is ensured; 3. the motor junction box is not required to be arranged independently, the connection of the cable is completed in the motor, and the occupied space is small; 4. the scheme provides the cable fixing function of the cable, can improve the drawing force and is safer and more reliable; 5. and the positioning and fixing are carried out at multiple positions, so that the mounting reliability is improved.
The technical scheme provided by the invention can reduce production procedures and improve production efficiency, is divided into a plurality of functional areas, provides a plurality of functions of wiring, fixing and connecting for the motor, is simple and reliable in integral installation and wide in application range, and not only solves the problem of difficult cable connection, but also is suitable for a non-cable motor. The wiring area can set up the structure of different wiring forms according to the in-service use needs, and the commonality is good.
This scheme provides a solidus device and motor, and the solidus device includes solidus frame and last solidus frame down, wherein divide into a plurality of workspace on the solidus frame down and include power cord wiring district 1, solidus district 1, wiring district, enameled wire wiring district and holding tank, goes up the solidus frame and divide into power cord wiring district 2 and solidus district 2, and both lock about lock and the installation buckle wedge are buckled through respective installation and use to form power cord wiring hole and solidus hole. The positioning column at the bottom of the lower wire fixing frame is fixed in a stator core slot, the holding tank spans a coil of a stator winding, an enameled wire is separately wired to a wiring area in a spot-array multi-lattice enameled wire wiring slot on the enameled wire wiring area, a power wire stripped by a cable is wired to the wiring area in the power wire wiring hole and fixed in the wiring area, and the power wire extends to the wiring area to complete connection with the enameled wire. The outer wall annular support is concentric with the inside of the machine shell, the top surface support of the upper wire fixing frame is in contact with the end cover, and the wire fixing device is fixed inside the motor to form reliable installation after the motor is assembled, so that the wire fixing device cannot be loosened.
The above is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and changes will occur to those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (16)

1. An electric machine, comprising:
a housing (11);
a stator core (12) disposed within the housing (11);
the wire fixing device is arranged in the shell (11) and connected with the stator core (12), and is provided with a power line wiring area, a wiring area and an enameled wire wiring area, wherein the power line wiring area is used for arranging a plurality of power lines of a cable (14), the enameled wire wiring area is used for arranging a plurality of enameled wires of the stator winding (13), and the wiring area is used for connecting the plurality of power lines and the plurality of enameled wires.
2. The motor according to claim 1, characterized in that the motor further comprises a stator winding (13), a cable wire (14) and a locking joint (15), wherein the stator winding (13) is arranged on the stator core (12), the locking joint (15) is arranged on the housing (11), the cable wire (14) passes through the locking joint (15), and a plurality of power wires of the cable wire (14) and a plurality of enameled wires of the stator winding (13) are connected through the wire fixing device.
3. The electric machine according to claim 1, wherein the power line routing area has a routing channel (21) and a plurality of branch channels (22), the plurality of branch channels (22) are arranged at intervals along the extending direction of the routing channel (21), and each branch channel (22) is communicated with the routing channel (21).
4. An electric machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the connection area has a plurality of terminals (31), or has a recess for housing the piercing terminal, or has a seat for cooperating with the piercing terminal.
5. The machine according to claim 3, characterised in that the terminal block has a plurality of terminals (31), the plurality of terminals (31) and the plurality of branch channels (22) being arranged in a one-to-one correspondence.
6. The electrical machine according to claim 1, wherein the wire routing area has a plurality of wire routing slots (23), the plurality of wire routing slots (23) being arranged in a plurality of rows and columns.
7. The electric machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the wire fixing device comprises a lower wire fixing frame (30) and an upper wire fixing frame (40) which are detachably connected, the lower wire fixing frame (30) and the stator core (12) are connected, wherein the power line cabling region is located between the upper wire fixing frame (40) and the lower wire fixing frame (30), and the wiring region and the enameled wire cabling region are both located in the lower wire fixing frame (30).
8. The electric machine according to claim 7, characterized in that the lower rack (30) has a lower power line cabling slot (32) located in the power line cabling zone, the upper rack (40) has an upper power line cabling slot (41) located in the power line cabling zone, the lower power line cabling slot (32) and the upper power line cabling slot (41) constituting a cabling channel (21).
9. The electric machine of claim 8, wherein the lower wire retention bracket (30) has a plurality of lower wire retention slots (33) located in the power cord routing area, each lower wire retention slot (33) in communication with the lower power cord routing slot (32), the upper wire retention bracket (40) has a plurality of upper wire retention slots (42) located in the power cord routing area, each upper wire retention slot (42) in communication with the upper power cord routing slot (41), the plurality of lower wire retention slots (33) and the plurality of upper wire retention slots (42) in one-to-one correspondence to form a plurality of wire distribution channels (22).
10. The electric machine according to claim 7, characterized in that the lower wire-fixing frame (30) comprises a lower frame body (34), a plurality of terminals (31) and a plurality of spacing blocks (35), the lower frame body (34) is provided with a containing groove (36) for containing the stator winding (13), the terminals (31) are distributed in the wiring area at intervals, the spacing blocks (35) are distributed in the power wire wiring area of the lower frame body (34), and the spacing blocks (35) are arranged in a plurality of rows and a plurality of columns to space out a plurality of enameled wire wiring grooves (23).
11. The electric machine according to claim 10, wherein the lower bobbin (30) further comprises a plurality of positioning posts (37) disposed below the lower frame body (34), and the positioning posts (37) are inserted into the slots of the stator core (12) in a one-to-one correspondence.
12. The electric machine according to claim 10, wherein the lower wire holder (30) further comprises a spacer rib (38) provided on the lower frame body (34), the spacer rib (38) being located below the plurality of spacer blocks (35).
13. The electric machine according to claim 7, characterized in that the lower wire fixing frame (30) comprises a lower frame body (34) and a lower connecting piece (39) arranged on the lower frame body (34), the upper wire fixing frame (40) comprises an upper frame body (43) and an upper connecting piece (44) arranged on the upper frame body (43), the power line wiring area is positioned between the upper frame body (43) and the lower frame body (34), the wiring area and the enameled wire wiring area are both positioned on the lower frame body (34), wherein the lower connecting piece (39) and the upper connecting piece (44) are clamped or plugged.
14. The machine according to claim 13, characterized in that the lower connecting piece (39) has a slot, the upper connecting piece (44) is of a wedge-shaped structure, the upper connecting piece (44) has a limiting surface, a part of the upper connecting piece (44) passes through the slot, and the limiting surface abuts against an end surface of the lower connecting piece (39).
15. The electric machine according to claim 7, characterized in that the lower bobbin (30) has a lower cambered wall which cooperates with an inner wall of the casing (11), the upper bobbin (40) has an upper cambered wall which cooperates with an inner wall of the casing (11), the electric machine further comprising an end cap (16) arranged on the casing (11), the end cap (16) abutting against the upper bobbin (40).
16. A wire fixing device is characterized in that,
the wire fixing device is provided with a power wire routing area, a wiring area and an enameled wire routing area, the power wire routing area is used for arranging a plurality of power wires of a cable (14), the enameled wire routing area is used for arranging a plurality of enameled wires of a stator winding (13), and the wiring area is used for connecting the plurality of power wires and the plurality of enameled wires;
the power line routing area is provided with a routing channel (21) and a plurality of branching channels (22), the branching channels (22) are arranged at intervals along the extending direction of the routing channel (21), and each branching channel (22) is communicated with the routing channel (21); the wiring area is provided with a plurality of wiring posts (31), or a placing groove used for wrapping the puncture terminal, or a base used for matching with the puncture terminal; the enameled wire wiring area is provided with a plurality of enameled wire wiring grooves (23), and the enameled wire wiring grooves (23) are arranged in multiple rows and multiple columns.
