a plurality of filling ropes needing to be twisted penetrate into the doubling block, and the positions of the rotating elastic pieces are used for adjusting the clamping openings of the filling ropes according to the number of the filling ropes, so that the tension of the filling ropes is adjusted; the filling rope passes through the transition part, penetrates through the threading holes of the cylindrical die, sequentially passes through the lower surface of the first threading rod, the upper surface of the second threading rod and the lower surface of the third threading rod, and penetrates out of the threading holes at the other end; and then the motor controls the cylindrical die to rotate along the central line parallel to the threading direction, so that the stranding of the filling ropes is realized.
