本发明涉及一种双实心绝缘电缆,包括两根加强件,每根所述加强件的外周围绕着设置若干导线后通过缆芯包带层进行包绕,两根包绕有所述缆芯包带层的线束的外周依次包绕有屏蔽层、第一护套层及第二护套层,所述加强件与所述导线之间、相邻的所述导线之间以及所述屏蔽层与所述缆芯包带层之间均填充有石油膏,所述第二护套层的厚度大于所述第一护套层的厚度,所述第一护套层的厚度大于所述屏蔽层的厚度。该双实心绝缘电缆采用双线束的结构,实用性更强,同时在导线之间、屏蔽层之内均填充石油膏,起到有效的防水作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及电缆技术领域,特别是涉及一种双实心绝缘电缆。
背景技术
现有技术中,电缆的种类、功能很多,包括实心电缆,一般主要用于通信网络。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种双实心绝缘电缆,采用双线束的结构,实用性更强,同时在导线之间、屏蔽层之内均填充石油膏,起到有效的防水作用。
为达到上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种双实心绝缘电缆,包括两根加强件,每根所述加强件的外周围绕着设置若干导线后通过缆芯包带层进行包绕,两根包绕有所述缆芯包带层的线束的外周依次包绕有屏蔽层、第一护套层及第二护套层。
可选地,所述加强件与所述导线之间、相邻的所述导线之间以及所述屏蔽层与所述缆芯包带层之间均填充有石油膏。
可选地,所述第二护套层的厚度大于所述第一护套层的厚度。
可选地,所述第一护套层的厚度大于所述屏蔽层的厚度。
本发明的有益效果在于:本设计的双实心绝缘电缆,采用双线束的结构,实用性更强,同时在导线之间、屏蔽层之内均填充石油膏,起到有效的防水作用。

下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
如图1所示,本实施例的一种双实心绝缘电缆,包括两根加强件1,每根所述加强件1的外周围绕着设置若干导线2后通过缆芯包带层3进行包绕,两根包绕有所述缆芯包带层3的线束的外周依次包绕有屏蔽层5、第一护套层6及第二护套层7。
在一些实施例中,所述加强件1与所述导线2之间、相邻的所述导线2之间以及所述屏蔽层5与所述缆芯包带层3之间均填充有石油膏4。
在一些实施例中,所述第二护套层7的厚度大于所述第一护套层6的厚度。
在一些实施例中,所述第一护套层6的厚度大于所述屏蔽层5的厚度。
上述的加强件1选用钢丝加强件1,提高抗拉强度,导线2可以采用市售的通用导线2,每根导线的外部均有绝缘层,屏蔽层5为双面铝塑复合带,降低外界干扰,第一护套层6为黑色低密度或线性低密度聚乙烯,第二护套层7为低烟无卤阻燃料制成,双层护套层的结构,进一步提高电缆的使用寿命及使用安装性。
综上,本发明技术方案的双实心绝缘电缆,采用双线束的结构,实用性更强,同时在导线之间、屏蔽层之内均填充石油膏,起到有效的防水作用。

1.双实心绝缘电缆,其特征在于,包括两根加强件,每根所述加强件的外周围绕着设置若干导线后通过缆芯包带层进行包绕,两根包绕有所述缆芯包带层的线束的外周依次包绕有屏蔽层、第一护套层及第二护套层。
2.如权利要求1所述的双实心绝缘电缆,其特征在于,所述加强件与所述导线之间、相邻的所述导线之间以及所述屏蔽层与所述缆芯包带层之间均填充有石油膏。
3.如权利要求1所述的双实心绝缘电缆,其特征在于,所述第二护套层的厚度大于所述第一护套层的厚度。
4.如权利要求1所述的双实心绝缘电缆,其特征在于,所述第一护套层的厚度大于所述屏蔽层的厚度。
