It is obvious that the chat art of the supplier 1001 is higher than that of the supplier 1002 for the supplier 1001 and ordinary people can select the product of the supplier 1001 under the awareness of seeing the above two answers, however, in the actual scene, the quality of the product provided by the supplier 1002 is better than that of the product provided by the supplier 1001, and the supplier can be selected objectively for the buyer to make the buyer mentality.
The intelligent bidding platform extracts keywords of the contents input by the providers 1001 and 1002 in the input boxes, fills the extracted keywords into corresponding positions of the provider session template, and then sends the filled provider session template to the session contents.

After the supplier and the purchasing party negotiate on the intelligent bidding platform, the purchasing party selects a certain supplier as a winning bid supplier, and after the purchasing party confirms the winning bid supplier, the intelligent bidding platform extracts key information of session contents of the purchasing party and the winning bid supplier in a bidding session and generates an electronic contract.
In order to guarantee the benefits of a buyer and a supplier to the maximum extent, when the supplier and the buyer negotiate on the intelligent bidding platform, the intelligent bidding platform compares the missing terms of the contract of the historical dispute cases of the same type of service with the key information of the session content in the current bidding session in real time and generates corresponding supplementary reminding information.
The present embodiment takes an actual scene as an example for explanation: the key information of analyzing the session content in the current bidding session by the intelligent bidding platform is assumed as follows: the transportation and packaging cost is borne by the party, the delivery time and place, and the settlement mode and period. The intelligent bidding platform compares the missing contract terms of the historical dispute cases of the same type of service with the key information of the session content in the current bidding session in real time, and the comparison results show that the terms of product inspection, inefficacy, risk acceptance and default responsibility are the missing contract terms of the historical dispute cases, but the key information of the current bidding session content does not refer to the three terms of product inspection, inefficacy, risk acceptance and default responsibility. After the buyer confirms the winning bid supplier, the intelligent bidding platform extracts the key information of the session content of the buyer and the winning bid supplier in the bidding session and generates the electronic contract, and through the method, disputes between the buyer and the supplier can be effectively avoided. This example is merely illustrative and not intended to be limiting.
After the electronic contract is generated, the intelligent bidding platform sends the electronic contract to the buyer and the supplier respectively to sign to generate the signed electronic contract, and the electronic contract takes effect.
In order to guarantee the rights and experiences of the buyer and/or the supplier, if each supplier and buyer who enter the bidding session quits in advance, the credit value of the quit party is deducted. The credit value may affect the buyer and/or supplier's priority in future bidding activities; the credit value is public to the buyer and/or the supplier, and if the credit value of the supplier is too low, the competitiveness may be lost due to the too low credit value in the bidding process.
If the credit rating of the buyer is too low, the supplier may lose trust of the buyer and may not be willing to cooperate with the buyer.
Compared with the prior art, the method hides the information of the traders in the bidding session, so that the buyers can select the commodities of the suppliers from an objective angle, the competitiveness of small companies with excellent product quality is effectively improved, and the possibility that large companies obtain bid winning due to brand effect is avoided; meanwhile, the invention generates a supplier conversation template according to the conversation content of the buyer, fills the keywords of the content input by the supplier in the input frame into the supplier conversation template, and sends the filled supplier conversation template to the conversation content, thereby realizing the consistency of the conversation content formats of all suppliers in the bidding conversation, and effectively avoiding the possibility that some suppliers obtain a bid because of high language communication art.
Example two:
on the basis of the intelligent bidding platform-based management method provided by the embodiment 1, the invention further provides an intelligent bidding platform-based management method device for implementing the method, and as shown in fig. 5, the device architecture diagram of the embodiment of the invention is shown. The intelligent bidding platform based management method device of the present embodiment includes one or more processors 21 and a memory 22. In fig. 5, one processor 21 is taken as an example.
The processor 21 and the memory 22 may be connected by a bus or other means, and fig. 5 illustrates the connection by a bus as an example.
The memory 22, as a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium for a commodity purchasing method based on an intelligent bidding platform, may be used to store non-volatile software programs, non-volatile computer-executable programs, and modules, such as the commodity purchasing method based on the intelligent bidding platform in embodiment 1. The processor 21 executes various functional applications and data processing of the intelligent bidding platform based commodity purchasing apparatus by operating the nonvolatile software program, instructions and modules stored in the memory 22, that is, implements the intelligent bidding platform based commodity purchasing method of embodiment 1.
The memory 22 may include high speed random access memory and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-volatile solid state storage device. In some embodiments, the memory 22 may optionally include memory located remotely from the processor 21, and these remote memories may be connected to the processor 21 via a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
The program instructions/modules are stored in the memory 22, and when executed by the one or more processors 21, perform the intelligent bidding platform-based commodity purchasing method of embodiment 1, for example, perform the steps shown in fig. 1 to 4 described above.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that all or part of the steps of the various methods of the embodiments may be implemented by associated hardware as instructed by a program, which may be stored on a computer-readable storage medium, which may include: read Only Memory (ROM), Random Access Memory (RAM), magnetic or optical disks, and the like.

Claims (10)

1. The intelligent bidding platform based management method is characterized in that the intelligent bidding platform acquires purchasing demand information of a purchasing party, and the purchasing demand information comprises the following steps: one or more of commodity name, commodity quantity, commodity expected purchase price and commodity basic parameters;
at least two suppliers and at least one buyer compose a bidding session on the intelligent bidding platform, in which the quotes made by the suppliers are presented to the buyer and also to other suppliers participating in the quotes.
2. The intelligent bidding platform management method according to claim 1, wherein the intelligent bidding platform matches the corresponding supplier according to the procurement requirement information, invites the supplier meeting the matching condition to join the bidding session, and invites the buyer to join the bidding session after at least two suppliers agree.
3. The intelligent-bidding-platform-based management method according to claim 1, wherein the intelligent bidding platform presents matching condition providers to the buyer party, and the buyer party invites at least two matching condition providers to join the bidding session.
4. The intelligent bidding platform management method according to claim 1, wherein the intelligent bidding platform can present the quoted supplier's quote ranking to each supplier in the bidding session, the supplier's visual ranking can modify the quote automatically or manually, the intelligent bidding platform will readjust the ranking presented at the buyer, and after modification, the intelligent bidding platform automatically marks to remind the buyer to view the updated information.

The intelligent-bidding-platform-based management method according to claim 4, wherein the bids sent by the intelligent bidding platform to the buyer are ranked according to the trust provider rank, the common provider rank or the mixture of the trust provider rank and the common provider rank selected by the intelligent bidding platform, wherein:
the trusted suppliers are suppliers known by the buyer, cooperated or self-introduced to the platform;
the common vendor is a vendor within the platform other than a trusted vendor.
6. The intelligent bidding platform management method according to claim 4, wherein the set of quotes sent by the intelligent bidding platform to the buyer is ranked according to price, number of sales within a preset time or good rating of the supplier.
7. The intelligent-bidding-platform-based management method according to claim 1, wherein the offer provided by the supplier further comprises a group purchase price, and the number and kind of the group purchase is larger than the procurement requirement information.
8. The intelligent bidding platform based management method according to claim 1, wherein the intelligent bidding platform sets a consuming advisor to which a buyer shares a set of quotes to consult the consuming advisor for purchase advice.
9. The intelligent-bidding-platform-based management method according to claim 1, wherein the buyer sets an expected purchase price of the commodity, and the transaction mode comprises:
if the price quoted by a plurality of suppliers is lower than the price quoted by the purchasing party within the preset time, the best ranked supplier is used for making a deal;
if one is lower than the price offered by the purchasing party within the preset time, the transaction is automatically made after the preset time is over, and the price of the transaction is the price offered by the purchasing party;
if the price quoted by the buyer is in harmony with the price quoted by the supplier, the expected purchase price of the commodity is higher than the transaction price, and the difference between the price quoted by the supplier and the transaction price is distributed by the proportion between the intelligent bidding platform setting platform and the buyer.

An apparatus based on an intelligent bidding platform management method, comprising at least one processor; and a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor and programmed to perform the intelligent bidding platform based management method of any one of claims 1-9.
