Hereinafter, a user portrait generation method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure will be explained and explained in detail with reference to the drawings.
First, an application scenario of the present disclosure is explained and explained. The user portrait generation method is applied to recommending a proper health service pack for the old people involved in the aged care service mechanism developed by an enterprise. In the nursing service mechanism, nursing personnel, perfect medical facilities, entertainment facilities needed by old people and the like are included, so that user information of the old people in various aspects, such as disease information, physical sign information, interesting activities and the like, can be comprehensively collected, and the problems that the quantity of data is small, the quality is low, the data deviation is large and the like due to the mechanism boundary, the data privacy and the like of the current nursing data are avoided; meanwhile, a plurality of user information with different dimensionalities can be acquired, so that the accuracy of the generated user portrait is higher; meanwhile, different product service packages can be recommended for the old by combining with the service products developed by the old care service mechanism, and the user experience of the old is further improved.
Next, the rule base business model to which the present disclosure relates is explained and explained. Specifically, referring to fig. 2, the method for generating a rule base business model may include the following steps:
step S210, acquiring a current health service product and a plurality of standard medical risk assessment tables with different dimensions, and extracting attribute fields included in each standard medical risk assessment table and attribute values corresponding to the attribute fields;
step S220, generating a plurality of evaluation standards with different dimensions according to the attribute fields and the attribute values, and establishing a mapping relation between the current health service product and the evaluation standards with the different dimensions;
step S230, generating the rule base business model based on the current health service product, the evaluation criteria of the plurality of different dimensions, and the mapping relationship.
Among them, the standard medical risk assessment tables with different dimensions may include a fall risk assessment table (specifically, see fig. 3), a pressure sore risk assessment table (specifically, see fig. 4), a nutrition risk assessment table (specifically, see fig. 5), a daily life activity assessment table (specifically, see fig. 6), a delirium risk assessment table (specifically, see fig. 7), a loss risk assessment table (specifically, see fig. 8), a suicide risk assessment table (specifically, see fig. 9), and so on.
Hereinafter, steps S210 to S230 will be explained and explained with reference to fig. 3 to 9. Specifically, firstly, the health service products currently owned by the elderly care service institution can be acquired from a database of the elderly care service institution, a falling risk assessment table, a pressure sore risk assessment table, a nutrition risk assessment table, a daily life activity assessment table, a delirium risk assessment table, a loss risk assessment table and a suicide risk assessment table are acquired from a Hadoop cluster or a Hive cluster, and then attribute fields and attribute values in the risk assessment tables are extracted; the attribute field may be an item included in each evaluation table, and the attribute value is a specific score condition, which is not described in detail herein; secondly, generating a plurality of evaluation criteria of different dimensions according to the attribute fields and the attribute values, wherein the evaluation criteria can comprise that if the risk evaluation score is dropped to reach a certain threshold value, the evaluation criteria are evaluated to have a risk; as another example, if the pressure sore risk assessment score reaches a certain threshold, it is assessed as having a pressure sore risk; other evaluation standards are similar to the above, and are not described in detail; further, if a certain risk exists, the corresponding service package can be matched, and then a rule base business model is established. Based on the method, the accuracy of the rule base business model can be further improved, and the health service products currently owned by the care service institution can be combined with the risk evaluation standards, so that the required health service products can be established according to the risk evaluation standards, and the dynamic update of the health service products is realized.
The user representation generation method of the exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure is explained and explained below in conjunction with a rule base business model.
In step S110, data to be recognized captured by the face recognition camera is obtained, and the data to be recognized is recognized in a preset photo library to obtain identity information of the target user.
Specifically, a plurality of face recognition cameras can be arranged in the region range of the endowment care service mechanism, and the face recognition cameras can automatically upload the shot face pictures to the database of the endowment care service mechanism; when the health service package needs to be recommended for one or more old people, the data to be identified in a period of time can be obtained from the data, the data to be identified and the photos in the resident photo library are subjected to feature comparison through an image identification algorithm, and then a target user, namely one or more old people needing to be recommended with the health service package, is obtained according to a feature comparison result. It should be added here that the specific image recognition algorithm may be implemented by a fast R-cnn algorithm, or may be implemented by other algorithms, which is not particularly limited in this example.
In step S120, life trajectory information of the target user is obtained according to the identity information, and the life trajectory information is analyzed to obtain first user information of the target user in the interest dimension.
In this example embodiment, first, life trajectory information uploaded through a trajectory positioning device worn by the target user is obtained according to the identity information; secondly, matching the life track information in a preset point cloud map to obtain a target place included in the life track information; and finally, when the frequency of the target place appearing in the life track information is determined to be greater than a preset threshold value, generating first user information of the target user in the interest dimension according to the category of the target place.
For example, when the target user is a resident a, life track information may be obtained according to identity information of the resident a (for example, the unique code or the identification number of the resident at the care and care service organization may be used), wherein the track positioning device has a binding relationship with the identity information, and one track positioning device only binds one piece of identity information; the track positioning device may include an emergency call device with track positioning or a bluetooth indoor positioning Beacon device, which is not particularly limited in this example; meanwhile, after the life track information is obtained, the life track information can be matched in a point cloud map corresponding to the endowment care service mechanism, so that places or places where the target user frequently goes can be obtained, and the first user information of the user in the interest dimension can be obtained.
In step S130, second user information of the target user in the health dimension and third user information in the daily behavior dimension are obtained according to the identity information, and a user portrait of the target user is generated according to the first user information, the second user information and the third user information.
In this exemplary embodiment, first, obtaining second user information of the target user in the health dimension according to the identity information may specifically include: firstly, acquiring disease information and daily diet information of the target user according to the identity information; secondly, evaluating a plurality of different dimensions of the target user according to the disease information and the daily diet information to obtain health evaluation information; and finally, generating second user information of the target user on the health dimension according to the health assessment information.
Specifically, the daily diet information of the user can be obtained according to the document record of the target user by the caregiver, and the disease information of the target user can be obtained from the database of the healthcare service institution according to the identity information of the target user (the disease information can include the disease information before entering the healthcare service institution and the disease information after entering the healthcare service institution, wherein the previous disease information is acquired and stored in the database when the target user enters the healthcare service institution, and the later disease information can be recorded and uploaded to the database by the medical staff), and then the target user is evaluated in a plurality of different dimensions according to the disease information and the daily diet information of the target user within a period of time (the specific evaluation dimension can refer to the evaluation standard, no further description is given here), and then the second user information is obtained.
In the foregoing example embodiment, secondly, obtaining, according to the identity information, third user information of the target user in a daily behavior dimension may specifically include: firstly, acquiring bill consumption behavior data of the target user in a preset time period according to the identity information; secondly, analyzing the bill consumption behavior data to obtain the consumption category of the target user in the preset time period; and finally, generating third user information of the target user on the daily behavior dimension according to the consumption categories and the specific expense information on each consumption category.
Further, after the first user information, the second user information, and the third user information are obtained, a user representation of the target user may be generated based on the first user information, the second user information, and the third user information.
In step S140, the user portrait is input into a preset rule base business model to obtain a health service package matched with the target user, and the health service package is pushed to a client corresponding to the target user, so that the target user views the health service package.
In this example embodiment, first, the user representation is input into a preset rule base business model to obtain a health service package matched with the target user, which may specifically include: firstly, calculating the similarity between the user portrait and a plurality of evaluation standards with different dimensions included in the preset rule base business model, and sequencing the similarity; secondly, determining a target evaluation standard with the similarity larger than a preset threshold according to the similarity sorting result, and acquiring a current health service product associated with the target evaluation standard according to the mapping relation; and finally, according to the first user information and the third user information included in the user portrait, determining a target health service product from the current health service products, and generating a health service package matched with the target user according to the target health service product.
Specifically, the obtained health service package can be shown in table 1 below:
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0002953611750000121
It should be noted that, in the process of determining the target health service product, the interest of the user (the first user information) and the specific consumption level of the user (the third user information) are fully considered, and therefore, the accuracy of the target health service product can be further improved.
Further, after the health service package is obtained, the health service package can be pushed to the client corresponding to the target user, so that the target user can check the health service package, the target user can select a health service product according to the health service package, the purpose of improving user experience is achieved, and meanwhile, the economic benefit of a home medical care service mechanism can be achieved.
Hereinafter, a specific application process of the user representation generation method according to the exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure will be explained and explained with reference to a specific example.
For example, resident a, who has diabetes, often goes to the reading room after entering the elderly community. The service personnel and the residents know that the residents are interested in manual activities such as paper cutting in the communication process, fall risk assessment is carried out on the residents A, and the assessment result is high risk. A paper-cut training class is set up in the month of the community, and a special service bag for preventing falling down is provided. When the resident A checks the bill at the terminal C, the activity of the paper-cut training class and the fall prevention characteristic service pack can be checked.
Based on the method, the user portrait generation method provided by the disclosure can automatically sense the resident life track from the intelligent device, and the service personnel care records, resident disease health data, resident bill consumption data and other multi-dimensional information are matched with the product applicable knowledge base, so that the potential demands of residents are effectively mined.
