The south China sea is one of four ocean oil and gas resource areas in the world, and the oil and gas reserves of the south China sea approximately account for 1/3 of the total oil and gas resources of China. Therefore, it is necessary to develop advanced and reliable deepwater development equipment for oil and gas exploitation.
In recent years, non-bonded flexible hoses are used as marine oil and gas development and transportation carriers in various countries, and the pipeline has the main advantages of excellent mechanical property, capability of coping with marine complex loads, good corrosion resistance, strong adaptability to submarine topography and topography, high laying speed, low construction cost, difficulty in wax deposition and capability of recycling pipes. Due to the excellent characteristics, the non-bonding flexible pipeline gradually becomes an important conveying carrier for deepwater oil and gas development.
