Because the first separating finger 11 and the second separating finger 12 are deformed, the external force required for overcoming the deformation of the diaphragm spring is the same as the external force required for the deformation of the first separating finger 11 and the second separating finger 12 in the same direction.
Switching the deformation direction of the first separating finger 11 and the second separating finger 12 during the operation of the diaphragm spring has the following advantages:
the first separation finger 11 and the second separation finger 12 are deformed in the same direction for a long time, and permanent deformation of a certain degree can occur over time, so that the restoring force of the diaphragm spring is weakened, the middle part of the reset diaphragm spring protrudes to one side of the pressed direction, the idle stroke of the clutch pedal is increased, and the like.
In addition, the whole separation of traditional diaphragm spring indicates all to same direction deformation, and the clearance between the adjacent separation indicates is less, and this scheme indicates the separation to be divided into two sets ofly, makes two sets of separation indicate respectively to opposite direction deformation outside, and the clearance between the adjacent separation indicates is the range of magnitude increase, and adjacent separation indicates to form the fan-shaped vent of perpendicular and diaphragm spring axis direction after the dislocation, has very big promotion to diaphragm spring's heat dissipation space.
