Description

Selective chemical water plugging method
Technical Field
The disclosure belongs to the technical field of oil field development and drilling, and particularly relates to a selective chemical water plugging method.
Background
The water plugging of the oil well is a process for controlling the water production of the oil well, and is an important adjustment measure indispensable in the middle and later stages of oil field development. In order to control the production of water from an oil well, a high-permeability water layer must be plugged, and mechanical and chemical water plugging methods are generally selected. Chemical water shutoff is a method of injecting a certain chemical material (water shutoff agent) into an oil well and utilizing the product of physical and chemical reaction between the water shutoff agent and an oil layer to block the oil layer. The water shutoff agent can be divided into non-selective chemical water shutoff and selective chemical water shutoff according to different properties of the water shutoff agent.
In the related technology, selective chemical water plugging refers to a chemical water plugging method which is characterized in that a proper water plugging agent is injected into a production zone of an oil well in a general manner, and a product obtained after the water plugging agent is solidified blocks a water layer or changes the interfacial tension between oil, water and rock, so that the water phase permeability of an oil-water layer is reduced, and an oil outlet layer is not blocked or the influence on the oil phase permeability is small.
However, with the selective chemical water shutoff described above, since the producing formation includes the water producing formation and the oil producing formation, and there is a formation pressure difference between the water producing formation and the oil producing formation, the pressure of the water producing formation is generally high, and the pressure of the oil producing formation is generally low. Therefore, the water plugging agent is injected into the production layer in a general manner, so that the water plugging agent enters the low-pressure oil outlet layer preferentially, the oil layer is inevitably polluted greatly, and the water plugging selectivity effect is poor.

Fig. 1 is a flow chart of a selective chemical water shutoff method provided by an embodiment of the disclosure.
Detailed Description
To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present disclosure more apparent, embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, the selective chemical water shutoff method provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure includes the following steps:
s101: provides temporary plugging agent and water plugging agent.
S102: and injecting a temporary plugging agent into the oil sleeve ring space of the oil well, wherein the temporary plugging agent is solidified and coagulated after the first coagulation waiting time.
In the above implementation, the casing is a pipeline which is lowered into the borehole and serves as a lining, and is arranged in close contact with the inner wall of the borehole, the oil pipe is a pipeline for transporting crude oil and natural gas from the oil and gas reservoir to the surface of the earth after the drilling is completed, and the oil casing annulus is an annular space between the oil pipe and the casing. In addition, the curing and setting time of the temporary plugging agent can be determined according to the different temporary plugging agents selected.
S103: and in the curing period of the temporary plugging agent, injecting a plugging agent into the oil sleeve annulus, wherein the plugging agent is cured and condensed after the second waiting time.
S104: and performing well closing operation on the oil well after the water plugging agent is injected.
In the implementation mode, the well shut-in can avoid some blowout accidents caused by the change of the formation pressure at the bottom of the oil well after the water shutoff agent is injected.
When the selective chemical water plugging method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure is used for performing water plugging operation of an oil well, due to the influence of stratum factors, when a water outlet layer of the oil well is plugged, a proper temporary plugging agent and a proper water plugging agent need to be selected according to respective characteristics of the oil well. The temporary plugging agent is injected into the oil sleeve ring hollow space of the oil well, and because the formation pressure of the water outlet layer is higher than that of the oil outlet layer, the temporary plugging agent can preferentially enter the oil outlet layer, and the oil outlet layer of the oil well is temporarily plugged by the temporary plugging agent in the oil outlet layer, namely, the oil outlet layer is temporarily protected for the next step. The water plugging agent is injected into the hollow part of the oil sleeve ring, so that the water outlet layer of the oil well can be plugged effectively, and the oil outlet layer is protected by the temporary plugging agent, so that the subsequently injected water plugging agent cannot enter the oil outlet layer, but is directly crosslinked and cured with the water outlet layer, so that water plugging is realized, and the oil outlet layer is prevented from being polluted by the water plugging agent to influence the output of the oil outlet layer. The method protects the oil outlet layer by the temporary plugging agent before injecting the plugging agent into the oil sleeve annulus, and can automatically recover the permeability of the oil outlet layer because the temporary plugging agent can be degraded in a certain time after entering the oil outlet layer, so that the method can effectively and selectively plug the oil well, simplify the water plugging operation process, save the cost, improve the water plugging operation efficiency and ensure the water plugging effect.
Optionally, the temporary plugging agent and the water plugging agent used in S101 are both liquid phase chemicals.
In the implementation mode, the purpose of the temporary plugging agent is to temporarily improve the breakthrough pressure of the oil outlet layer, make up the formation pressure difference between the oil outlet layer and the water outlet layer, and improve the flow splitting rate of the subsequently injected plugging agent in the water outlet layer. The temporary plugging agent can be foam type or high molecular polymerization type generally; the water plugging agent is used for being extruded into the water outlet layer to plug water.
It is noted that the temporary plugging agent needs to satisfy the requirements of injectable, plugging and degradable after being injected into the stratum. The water shutoff agent is a high-strength water shutoff agent.
Illustratively, the temporary plugging agent may be a jelly and the plugging agent may be a common liquid phase plugging agent.
Alternatively, step 102 may be implemented by:
first, the liquid column pressure of the temporary plugging agent and the formation pressure of the produced water layer of the oil well are determined.
In the above implementation, the formation pressure of the water producing formation of the oil well may be tested by an oil well pressure tester. The liquid column pressure of the temporary plugging agent can be calculated by a liquid pressure formula.
And then, calculating to obtain the construction pressure of the temporary plugging agent according to the liquid column pressure of the temporary plugging agent and the formation pressure of a water outlet layer of the oil well.
In the above implementation, the construction pressure of the temporary plugging agent should be lower than the difference between the formation pressure of the water outlet layer and the liquid column pressure of the temporary plugging agent.
Illustratively, the temporary plugging agent construction pressure is calculated by the following formula:
Pconstruction of temporary plugging agentTemporary plugging agentghOil outlet layer≤PWater outlet layer (1)
PConstruction of temporary plugging agent: the temporary plugging agent is under ground construction pressure MPa;
ρtemporary plugging agent: density kg/m of temporary plugging agent3
g: a constant of 9.8;
hoil outlet layer: the depth m of the bottom of the oil outlet layer perforation is measured;
Pwater outlet layer: formation pressure in the water producing formation of the well.
Above parameter, PWater outlet layerCan be actually tested, rhoTemporary plugging agentFor the selected liquid density of the temporary plugging agent, hOil outlet layerThe determination may be based on basic parameters of the well.
And finally, injecting the temporary plugging agent into the air of the oil sleeve ring according to the construction pressure of the temporary plugging agent.
In the implementation mode, according to some basic parameters of the oil well, the construction pressure of the temporary plugging agent which needs to be extruded into the oil sleeve annulus in the water plugging process can be reasonably and scientifically calculated, the phenomenon that a large amount of temporary plugging agent enters a water outlet layer due to too large construction pressure is avoided, a large amount of waste of the temporary plugging agent is caused, and meanwhile, the phenomenon that the efficiency of the construction water plugging process is influenced due to the fact that the speed of the temporary plugging agent entering the oil outlet layer of the oil well is low due to too small construction pressure is avoided.
The liquid column pressure of the temporary plugging agent means that the liquid column of the temporary plugging agent formed in the oil jacket ring by the temporary plugging agent is squeezed into the oil jacket ring during the water plugging construction.
Optionally, S102 further includes the following steps:
firstly, determining the dosage of the temporary plugging agent;
the steps are realized by the following steps:
(1) and determining the formation pressure of the oil production layer of the oil well after the temporary plugging agent is injected.
Illustratively, after the temporary plugging agent is injected into the well, the formation pressure in the pay zone of the well is at least 2 MPa higher than the formation pressure in the pay zone of the well, i.e., POil outlet layer after temporary plugging agent injection≥PWater outlet layer+2。
In the above implementation manner, the temporary plugging agent can raise the formation pressure of the oil outlet layer after entering the oil outlet layer, and in order to ensure that the subsequently injected plugging agent does not enter the oil outlet layer, the formation pressure of the temporary plugging agent after entering the oil outlet layer is higher than the formation pressure of the water outlet layer, and multiple experimental studies show that the temporary plugging agent generally enters the oil outlet layer, and the formation pressure of the oil outlet layer is higher than the formation pressure of the water outlet layer by 2 megapascals so as to meet the above requirements.
(2) Determining a porosity of an oil producing formation of the oil well and a irreducible water saturation of the oil producing formation of the oil well;
in the implementation mode, the porosity of the oil production layer of the oil well and the irreducible water saturation of the oil production layer of the oil well can be obtained through calculation of a rock core experiment of the oil well.
It should be noted that porosity generally refers to the ratio of the sum of all the volumes of pore space in a rock sample to the volume of the rock sample, and is referred to as the total porosity of the rock, expressed as a percentage. The greater the porosity of the reservoir, the greater the pore space in the rock.
Water saturation refers to the ratio of the volume of the pore space occupied by water to the volume of the rock pore space in the reservoir. Generally, the volume of oil, the volume of gas, and the volume of water as a percentage of the pore volume in a reservoir are referred to as the oil saturation SoWater saturation SwGas saturation Sg
Irreducible water saturation refers to the water in the rock pore space at the top of the reservoir that is not drained by the maximum buoyancy of the oil and gas, i.e. the water saturation in the rock pore space in the upper pure oil or pure gas producing section of the reservoir transition zone.
(3) And calculating the volume of the pore space occupied by the oil-gas channel in the oil-producing layer of the oil-producing well according to the porosity of the oil-producing layer and the saturation of the bound water of the oil-producing layer.
In the implementation mode, according to the related knowledge of the porosity and the saturation, the volume of the oil-gas channel can be obtained by multiplying the porosity by the oil-gas saturation, so that the volume of the oil-gas channel is calculated, and the temporary plugging agent enters the reservoir after being injected into the reservoir, namely the oil-gas communicated channels.
(4) Determining the depth of the bottom of a perforation of an oil production layer of an oil well and the breakthrough pressure gradient (MPa/m) of the temporary plugging agent after plugging the permeability core of the oil production layer of the oil well;
in the implementation mode, the breakthrough pressure gradient can be detected by a permeability core plugging pressure test experiment according to the used water plugging agent.
(5) And calculating the using amount of the temporary plugging agent according to the volume of pores occupied by oil in the oil outlet layer, the depth of the bottom of a perforation of the oil outlet layer of the oil well, the breakthrough pressure gradient of the temporary plugging agent after plugging the permeability core of the oil outlet layer of the oil well, the formation pressure of the water outlet layer of the oil well and the formation pressure of the oil outlet layer of the oil well.
Illustratively, according to the above, the following formula is used to calculate the amount of the temporary plugging agent:
Qtemporary plugging agent=π[(POil outlet layer after temporary plugging agent injection-POil outlet layer)/MTemporary plugging agent]2HOil outlet layerΦ(1-Swi) (2)
QTemporary plugging agent=π[(PWater outlet layer-POil outlet layer+2)/MTemporary plugging agent]2HOil outlet layerΦ(1-Swi)
QTemporary plugging agentDosage m of temporary plugging agent3
Pi-constant 3.14;
Poil outlet layer after temporary plugging agent injectionThe formation pressure MPa of the oil outlet layer after the temporary plugging agent is injected;
Pwater outlet layer-water layer formation pressure MPa;
Poil outlet layer-producing formation pressure MPa;
Mtemporary plugging agentThe breakthrough pressure gradient MPa/m of the temporary plugging agent after plugging the permeability core of the oil-producing formation;
Hoil outlet layer-the depth m of the bottom of the oil-producing layer perforation;
phi-porosity of oil-out layer;
Swi-irreducible water saturation% in oil production layer.
PWater outlet layerAnd POil outlet layerCan be actually tested, MTemporary plugging agentThe temporary plugging agent can be tested by related experiments according to the selected temporary plugging agent. HOil outlet layerPhi and SwiThe method is determined by rock core experiments corresponding to oilable wells.
And then injecting the temporary plugging agent into the air of the oil sleeve ring according to the dosage of the temporary plugging agent.
In the implementation mode, the temporary plugging agent is squeezed and injected into the air of the oil sleeve ring through the high-pressure pump vehicle group.
The construction pressure of the temporary plugging agent refers to the pumping pressure when the temporary plugging agent is squeezed into the air of the oil collar of the oil well by a high-pressure pump truck group.
Alternatively, S103 may be implemented by:
firstly, determining the liquid column pressure of a water plugging agent and the formation pressure of a water outlet layer of an oil well;
in the implementation mode, the formation pressure of the water outlet layer of the oil well can be obtained by testing the formation pressure through an oil well pressure tester, and the liquid column pressure of the water shutoff agent can be calculated through a liquid pressure formula.
The liquid column pressure of the water shutoff agent means a liquid column of the water shutoff agent formed in the air of the oil jacket ring by squeezing the water shutoff agent into the air of the oil jacket ring during water shutoff construction.
Then, calculating the construction pressure of the water plugging agent according to the liquid column pressure of the water plugging agent and the stratum pressure of a water outlet layer of the oil well;
in the above implementation manner, the construction pressure of the water shutoff agent should be lower than the difference between the formation pressure of the temporary plugging agent entering the oil outlet layer and the liquid column pressure of the water shutoff agent.
It should be noted that, according to the above, after the temporary plugging agent is injected into the oil well, the formation pressure of the oil producing layer of the oil well is at least 2 MPa higher than the formation pressure of the water producing layer of the oil well, that is, P isOil outlet layer after temporary plugging agent injection≥PWater outlet layer+2
Illustratively, the plugging agent construction pressure is calculated by the following formula:
Pconstruction of water shutoff agentWater shutoff agentghWater outlet layer≤PWater outlet layer+2 (3)
PConstruction of water shutoff agent: the construction pressure of the water plugging agent on the ground is MPa;
ρwater shutoff agent: density of water shutoff agent kg/m3
g: a constant of 9.8;
hwater outlet layer: depth of perforation bottom of water outlet layerDegree m;
Pwater outlet layer: and the stratum pressure of the water outlet layer is MPa.
Above parameter, PWater outlet layerCan be actually tested, rhoWater shutoff agentFor the selected water plugging agent, the liquid density hWater outlet layerCan be known according to the data of the oil well.
And finally, injecting the water shutoff agent into the air of the oil lantern ring according to the construction pressure of the water shutoff agent.
In the implementation mode, according to some basic parameters of the oil well, the construction pressure of the water plugging agent which needs to be extruded into the oil sleeve annulus in the water plugging process can be reasonably and scientifically calculated, the phenomenon that a large amount of water plugging agents enter the water outlet layer and enter the temporarily plugged oil outlet layer due to too large construction pressure is avoided, a large amount of waste of the water plugging agents and serious plugging of the oil outlet layer are caused, and meanwhile, the phenomenon that the efficiency of the construction water plugging process is influenced due to the fact that the construction pressure is too small, and the water plugging agents enter the water outlet layer at a low speed is avoided.
Optionally, S103 further includes the following steps:
firstly, determining the dosage of a water plugging agent;
the above steps can be realized by the following steps:
(1) the formation pressure of a water producing formation of the well is determined.
In the above implementation, the formation pressure P of the water producing formation of the wellWater outlet layerThe oil well pressure tester can be used for testing the oil well pressure tester.
(2) And determining the porosity of the water outlet layer of the oil well and the saturation of the bound water of the water outlet layer.

(3) And calculating the volume of the pore space occupied by the oil-gas channel in the middle water outlet layer of the oil well according to the porosity of the water outlet layer of the oil well and the saturation of the bound water of the water outlet layer.
In the implementation mode, according to the related knowledge of the porosity and the saturation, the volume of the oil-gas channel can be obtained by multiplying the porosity by the oil-gas saturation, so that the volume of the oil-gas channel is calculated, and the volume occupied by the oil-gas communicated channels is the volume occupied by the water plugging after the water plugging is injected into the water outlet layer.
(4) And determining the depth of the bottom of the perforation of the water outlet layer of the oil well and the breakthrough pressure gradient (MPa/m) of the water plugging agent after plugging the permeability core of the water outlet layer.
