the back surface of the storage assembly is fixed on the wall surface, and the storage assembly comprises an electric locking assembly, a shell and a baffle; the shell is internally provided with a cavity, and the bottom of the shell is provided with an opening communicated with the cavity; one end of the baffle is hinged with the shell, the other end of the baffle is detachably connected with the shell through the electric locking assembly, and when the electric locking assembly is locked and unlocked, the baffle covers the lower part of the opening or rotates away from the opening;
a collapsible ladder switchable between a collapsed state and an expanded state, one end of the collapsible ladder being fixed within the housing and the other end being a free end; when the baffle covers the opening, the folding ladder is in a folded state and is contained in the cavity; when the baffle leaves the opening, the foldable ladder can be unfolded to be changed into an unfolded state, and the free end falls out of the opening;
the liquid level sensor is used for detecting the water level height and sending water level data;
and the controller is electrically connected with the liquid level sensor and the electric locking assembly respectively, can receive the water level data and judges whether to send an unlocking signal to the electric locking assembly according to whether the water level data exceeds a safety range so as to control the electric locking assembly to unlock.
2. An emergency escape device for urban waterlogging according to claim 1, comprising more than two of said level sensors connected in series with each other; and when the water level data sent by all the liquid level sensors exceed a safety range, the controller sends an unlocking signal.

An emergency escape device for urban waterlogging according to claim 1 or 2, wherein a lock catch is provided on the baffle, the electric locking assembly comprises a driving member and a lock rod for being fastened with the lock catch, and the driving member can drive the lock rod to leave the lock catch when receiving the unlocking signal, so as to unlock the lock.
4. An emergency escape device for urban waterlogging according to claim 3, wherein the driving member is capable of driving the lock rod to be inserted into the lock catch to lock when the lock catch is located at a position corresponding to the lock rod.
5. An emergency escape device for urban waterlogging according to claim 1 or 2, wherein said controller is capable of sending an alarm signal to a monitoring background after sending said unlocking signal.
6. An emergency escape device for urban waterlogging according to claim 1, wherein a light-transmitting window sealed in a light-transmitting manner is arranged on the front surface of the housing, and an illuminating lamp is arranged in a cavity behind the light-transmitting window.

An emergency escape device for urban waterlogging according to claim 6, wherein the front face of said housing has a slope sloping downward toward the front, said light-transmitting window opening on said slope; the lighting lamp is controlled by the controller and is turned on when the controller sends the unlocking signal.

An emergency escape device for urban waterlogging according to claim 1, wherein a hanging ring is further provided in the cavity, and one end of the collapsible ladder is connected to the hanging ring; when the foldable ladder is in the folded state, the extending shape of the foldable ladder in the length direction is a plurality of repeated 'N' shapes.

The emergency escape device for urban waterlogging according to claim 1, wherein a storage battery for supplying power is further provided in the cavity; the cavity comprises an upper cavity and a lower cavity, and a partition plate is arranged between the upper cavity and the lower cavity; the controller and the storage battery are arranged in the upper cavity, and the foldable ladder is located in the lower cavity when being in a folded state.
10. An emergency escape device for urban waterlogging according to claim 1, further comprising a rain cover, wherein the rain cover is disposed on the top of the housing to cover the cavity therebelow.

An emergency escape device for urban inland inundation according to claim 1, further comprising a hook and a plug-in component, wherein the hook is in a shape of 'pi' with a middle part arched, two ends of the hook are used for fixing, and the middle part of the hook defines a plug-in space; the plug-in component is arranged on the back surface of the shell and extends out towards the rear lower part, and the plug-in component is inserted into the plug-in space in a matching mode.

An emergency escape device for urban waterlogging according to claim 11, further comprising a reinforcing plate and a bolt assembly, wherein the reinforcing plate is provided with a first fixing hole, two ends of the hook are provided with a second fixing hole, and the bolt assembly passes through the first fixing hole and the second fixing hole to fix the hook on the reinforcing plate; the tail ends of the bolt assemblies penetrating through the first fixing holes and the second fixing holes are used for being fixed with the wall surface.
