the fixing mechanism (2) comprises screws (21), fixing blocks (22), fixing rings (23) and rubber pads (24), the other group of connecting blocks (12) is symmetrically and fixedly installed on the side walls of the two fixing rings (23), the fixing blocks (22) are symmetrically and fixedly connected to the side walls of the fixing rings (23) in a group-by-group mode, the screws (21) penetrate through the inner walls of the fixing blocks (22) and are in threaded connection, and the rubber pads (24) are bonded to the inner walls of the fixing rings (23);
