As shown in fig. 3, 4 and 5, the present invention provides a technical solution based on embodiment 1: the rear end of the grouting head 301 is inserted into the inner wall of the rubber tube 30, one side of the grouting head 301 is provided with one side of the seam-locking piece 302, the inner wall of one side of the seam-locking piece 302 is movably connected with the outer wall of the rubber tube 30, the inner wall of the front end of the elastic sheet a1 is sleeved with the outer wall of the rubber tube 30, the upper end and the lower end of the elastic sheet a1 are both fixedly connected with the scraping piece a2, one side of the scraping piece a2 is fixedly connected with one end of the pull rope a3, the other end of the pull rope a3 is fixedly connected with the front end of the pull head a4, the front end of the elastic sheet a1 is movably connected with the rear end of the deflecting piece a5, the deflecting piece a5 comprises a deflecting rod c1, a dust sweeping head c2 and a rotating shaft c3, the rear end of the deflecting rod c1 is movably connected with the outer wall of the rotating shaft c3, one side of the rotating shaft c3 is inserted into the front end of the elastic sheet a1, and the front end of the deflecting rod c1 is fixedly connected with the rear end of the dust sweeping head c 2.
In this embodiment, when the grouting pipe 3 is inserted into the crack between the door and the wall, the scraping piece a2 rubs against the inner wall of the crack to clean off loosened cement particles or impurities, and due to the squeezing force of the front end, the deflecting rod c1 at the front end of the deflecting piece a5 deflects around the rotating shaft c3, pushing the impurities in the crack to the rear end, as the filler is continuously poured into the crack through the front end of the grouting head 301, the deflecting piece a5 continues to deflect due to the pressure of the front end and the filler, during the deflection of the rear end, the ash sweeping head c2 pushes the impurities into the zigzag cavity of the elastic piece a1, when the deflecting rod c1 deflects to the rearmost end, the deflecting rod is pushed by the front end of the elastic piece a1, and cannot continue to deflect due to the squeezing of the filler at the front end, so as to block the front end of the cavity of the elastic piece a1 containing the impurities, and prevent the impurities from entering the filler at the front end, and finally, the grouting pipe 3 is pushed out of the crack, the deflecting piece a5 deflects due to gravity to open the zigzag hollow cavity at the front end of the elastic sheet a1, and the sundries are taken out of the crack.

As shown in FIGS. 1-6, when grouting is required to be performed around the door body, the grouting pipe 3 is firstly plugged into a crack between the door body and the wall body, the pull head a4 is pulled to the rear end, the scraping piece a2 is pulled through the pull rope a3, the upper end and the lower end of the elastic piece a1 are pulled to be closed, then the front end of the grouting pipe 3 is slowly extended into the crack, when the front end of the grouting pipe 3 enters the rear release pull head a4, the elastic piece a1 restores elastic deformation to tightly attach the scraping piece a2 and the upper wall and the lower wall of the crack, then the motor 1 is opened and the filling material is filled into the barrel 2, the filling material is pushed forwards in the rubber pipe 30 by the motor 1, the inner wall pressure is increased due to more and more filling material in the rubber pipe 30, when the filling material reaches the rear end of the grouting head 301, the rear end of the stainless steel sheet 5 at the rear end of the grouting head 301 is squeezed due to the pressure, the stainless steel sheet b5 is pushed to move towards the front end and generate elastic deformation, the sliding part b4 fixed at one end of the stainless steel sheet b5 is also driven to slide along the inner wall of the shell b2, and when the stainless steel sheet b5 and the sliding part b4 move towards the front end, the ejector part b1 also ejects the shell b2 towards the front end, the filling material enters the crack through the through hole b3 through the inner wall of the shell b2, the ejector part b1 is ejected to be extruded with the filling material or the crack end at the front end, and with the increase of the filling material in the crack, the rubber pipe 30 and the grouting part 31 are pushed out of the inner wall of the crack due to the influence of reaction force, and the rapid filling of the crack is completed.
When the grouting pipe 3 is plugged into a crack between a door body and a wall body, the scraping piece a2 rubs against the inner wall of the crack to clean loose cement particles or impurities, the deflecting rod c1 at the front end of the deflecting piece a5 deflects by taking the rotating shaft c3 as a circle center under the action of front end extrusion force, the impurities in the crack are pushed to the rear end, the impurities are continuously filled into the crack through the front end of the grouting head 301 along with the filler, the deflecting piece a5 continuously deflects under the action of the pressure of the front end and the filler, the ash sweeping head c2 pushes the impurities into the bent cavity of the elastic sheet a1 in the process of deflecting to the rear end, the deflecting rod c1 is propped against the front end of the elastic sheet a1 when deflecting to the rearmost end, the deflecting rod cannot continuously deflect and displace due to the extrusion of the filler at the front end, the front end of the elastic sheet a1 filled with the impurities is blocked to prevent the impurities from entering the filler at the front end, and finally, the grouting pipe 3 is pushed out of the crack, the deflecting piece a5 deflects due to gravity to open the zigzag hollow cavity at the front end of the elastic sheet a1, and the sundries are taken out of the crack.
