本发明涉及一种透气防渗天然钠基膨润土防水毯,它包括依次连接的基础层、储水层、底层,所述储水层内设有透气层,所述基础层上面设有疏水结构,所述底层包括依次连接的透气防水膜层和麻纤维层,所述透气防水膜层与储水层固定连接。本发明的优点:提高透气性、提高使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及防水毯技术领域,具体是指一种透气防渗天然钠基膨润土防水毯。
背景技术
钠基膨润土防水毯作为一种新型环保生态复合防渗材料,以其独特的防渗漏性能已在水利、环保、交通、铁道、民航等土木工程中得到广泛使用。垃圾填埋场的基础处理和封顶,人工湖、水库、渠道、河流、屋顶花园的防渗,地下室、地铁、隧道、地下通道等名类地下建筑物的防渗。
现有的钠基膨润土防水毯通常包括基础层、钠基膨润土和底层,实际使用者钠基膨润土在吸水膨胀后形成的胶凝体,尤其是在钠基膨润土占比较大情况下,该胶凝体导致防水毯透气性差,时间长了,则影响防水毯下面的土地土质稳定性。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是解决上述问题,提供一种提高透气性的透气防渗天然钠基膨润土防水毯。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为:一种透气防渗天然钠基膨润土防水毯,它包括依次连接的基础层、储水层、底层,所述储水层内设有透气层,所述基础层上面设有疏水结构,所述底层包括依次连接的透气防水膜层和麻纤维层,所述透气防水膜层与储水层固定连接。
所述基础层包括双层编织布,所述双层编织布靠近储水层的侧面设有若干个网兜一,所述网兜一内均设有活性炭一。
所述疏水结构包括基础层上面设有的若干个呈曲型的导水槽。
所述储水层包括天然钠基膨润土颗粒层,所述天然钠基膨润土颗粒层内包括弹性纤维丝,所述透气层设置在天然钠基膨润土颗粒层中间。
所述弹性纤维丝为聚氨酯弹性纤维丝。
所述透气层为钢丝网片。
所述钢丝网盘为曲线型。
所述透气防水膜层包括无纺布层,所述无纺布层靠近储水层的侧面设有若干个网兜二,所述网兜二内均设有活性炭二。
所述导水槽外表面设有粘胶纤维层。
采用以上结构后,本发明具有如下优点:在储水层的结构中增加钢丝网片使其天然钠基膨润土颗粒层遇水膨胀形成的胶凝体与钢丝网片充分结合,增加胶凝体的透气性,达到既能透气又能达到防水作用的效果;天然钠基膨润土颗粒层内混合聚氨酯弹性纤维丝,聚氨酯弹性纤维丝阻燃弹性较强,提高储水层的阻燃性,更可以配合天然钠基膨润土颗粒层的膨胀而进行弹性形变,更可以使储水层较为均匀的分部在基础层和底层之间,不会出现跑空现象;设置的网兜一和网兜二具有导向的作用,将储水层均布分布在基础层和底层之间,不会出现跑空一团一团出现的现象,活性炭一和活性炭二除异味以及吸附存储杂质,提高本发明的使用寿命。

结合附图1,一种透气防渗天然钠基膨润土防水毯,它包括依次连接的基础层1、储水层 2、底层3,所述储水层2内设有透气层4,所述基础层1上面设有疏水结构5,所述底层3包括依次连接的透气防水膜层6和麻纤维层7,所述透气防水膜层6与储水层2固定连接。
所述基础层1包括双层编织布8,所述双层编织布8靠近储水层2的侧面设有若干个网兜一9,所述网兜一9内均设有活性炭一10。
所述疏水结构5包括基础层1上面设有的若干个呈曲型的导水槽11。
所述储水层2包括天然钠基膨润土颗粒层12,所述天然钠基膨润土颗粒层12内包括弹性纤维丝13,所述透气层4设置在天然钠基膨润土颗粒层12中间。
所述弹性纤维丝13为聚氨酯弹性纤维丝。
所述透气层4为钢丝网片。
所述钢丝网盘为曲线型。
所述透气防水膜层6包括无纺布层14,所述无纺布层14靠近储水层2的侧面设有若干个网兜二15,所述网兜二15内均设有活性炭二16。
所述导水槽11外表面设有粘胶纤维层17。
本发明在具体实施时,在储水层2的结构中增加钢丝网片使其天然钠基膨润土颗粒层12 遇水膨胀形成的胶凝体与钢丝网片充分结合,增加胶凝体的透气性,达到既能透气又能达到防水作用的效果;天然钠基膨润土颗粒层12内混合聚氨酯弹性纤维丝13,聚氨酯弹性纤维丝13阻燃弹性较强,提高储水层2的阻燃性,更可以配合天然钠基膨润土颗粒层13的膨胀而进行弹性形变,更可以使储水层2较为均匀的分部在基础层1和底层3之间,不会出现跑空现象;设置的网兜一9和网兜二15具有导向的作用,将储水层2均布分布在基础层1和底层3之间,不会出现跑空现象,活性炭一10和活性炭二16除异味以及吸附存储杂质,提高本发明的使用寿命;设置麻纤维层7提高了散热性能;疏水结构5便于将雨水导入一端,如河床内或者导入其他蓄水处,减少本产品的吸水负担;曲线型的钢丝网片可配合配合天然钠基膨润土颗粒层13的膨胀而进行形变。
