Description

Sludge compound conditioning and deep dehydration medicament and method
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of environmental engineering, and particularly relates to a sludge compound conditioning and deep dehydration medicament and a method.
Background
The sludge has the characteristic of high water content, and the dehydration reduction of the sludge is the key for ensuring the subsequent treatment. The volume of the dewatered sludge is greatly reduced, and the corresponding storage, transportation and treatment costs are also greatly reduced. However, since the substances in the microbial cells and the Extracellular Polymers (EPS) on the surface of the sludge have high hydrophilicity, deep dehydration of the sludge is difficult to achieve by using general dehydration methods such as sludge concentration, centrifugation, belt filter pressing and the like. The deep dehydration of the sludge can be realized by natural drying dehydration and heat drying, but the natural drying dehydration takes too long time and the heat drying energy consumption is too high.
At present, deep dehydration of sludge can be realized by adding conditioning agents and combining plate-and-frame mechanical dehydration equipment. Generally, conditioning agents such as calcium oxide, potassium ferrate and the like are added into sludge, wall breaking treatment is carried out on the sludge to release bound water in cells, flocculating agents such as ferric salt, aluminum salt, polyacrylamide and the like are added to carry out flocculating treatment on the sludge, filter aids such as calcium silicate and the like are added, the sludge after composite conditioning is pumped into a plate-and-frame filter press to realize deep dehydration. However, the use of a large amount of inorganic agents increases the content of inorganic solids in the dewatered sludge cake, increases the sludge treatment load, and simultaneously reduces the heat value and increases the alkalinity of the sludge, which is not beneficial to the selection of further treatment processes such as subsequent incineration, compost and the like. The use of ferric salt flocculant is also easy to corrode sludge dewatering equipment.
In order to reduce the use of inorganic sludge conditioning agents, in the prior art, for example, in the technical scheme disclosed in the Chinese invention patent CN200810198539.7, a quaternary ammonium salt cationic surfactant is used as a conditioning agent, polyaluminium chloride is used as a flocculating agent, a culture medium obtained after edible mushrooms are picked is used as an auxiliary agent, and the water content of sludge can be reduced to below 60% after membrane extrusion. And as the Chinese patent CN201010580468.4 in the prior art, on the basis of using quaternary ammonium salt for conditioning, assistants and flocculants such as polyaluminium sulfate, quick lime, bamboo charcoal, polyacrylamide and the like are sequentially added into the sludge in advance, so that deep dehydration of the sludge cake with the water content of below 50% is realized. The invention patent CN201310016780.4 uses quaternary ammonium salt cationic surfactant, uses polyferric and polyacrylamide as flocculant, and realizes deep dehydration of sludge with dehydration rate of 50-60% without addition of auxiliary agent. According to the invention patent CN201310004357.2, on the basis of using quaternary ammonium salt cation organic compound for conditioning and using iron salt and/or aluminum salt as a flocculating agent, the water content of sludge is reduced to 40% -45% by adding calcium silicate salt and calcium aluminate salt dehydration auxiliary agents. The Chinese patent CN201610092549.7 is to use potassium ferrate to pre-oxidize the sludge before using polyquaternium and polyaluminium salt to condition the sludge, and to make the water content of the mud cake reach 50-58%. According to the analysis of the patent technical scheme disclosed in the prior art, the use of the single quaternary ammonium salt often requires the addition of flocculating agents such as iron/aluminum/polyacrylamide and the like, and even requires the addition of a pre-oxidant and a conditioning aid to exert the dehydration conditioning effect of the quaternary ammonium salt. The source of the dehydration aids and the cost of the pre-oxidizer often limit the practical application of these techniques. Therefore, a sludge composite conditioning and deep dehydration medicament and a method for a wall-breaking conditioner which is easy to obtain in industrial production and is obtained by compounding one or more quaternary ammonium salts by using industrial production wastes as conditioning aids are urgently needed.
