Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of sewage treatment, in particular to a sewage treatment method based on a heavy medium carrier.
Background
Since the implementation of the action plan for preventing and treating water pollution ("Ten items in Water") issued in 2015, the emission standard of the existing urban sewage treatment facilities is promoted from the second-level or first-level b standard to the first-level a standard. In recent years, with the promotion of the requirements of human quality and the implementation of green development, the standard improvement and reconstruction of a plurality of sewage treatment plants are required according to the standard of the discharge of quasi-four types of water. Under the new trend and high requirements, the upgrading and the reconstruction of a sewage treatment plant are imperative. The drainage of the existing sewage treatment plant is standardized from a first-grade standard a to a standard four-class standard, so that the requirements on nitrogen and carbon are stricter, and the total phosphorus and SS also need to be further reduced. In order to achieve the higher standards, a transformation route of chemical phosphorus removal and SS reduction is mostly adopted at present, and a sewage treatment method based on a dense medium carrier is born under the background.
In order to improve the treatment effect of total phosphorus and SS of the sewage, the invention provides a high-efficiency sewage treatment method based on a dense medium carrier.

(2) adding a phosphorus removing agent into the sewage, and mechanically stirring and uniformly mixing;
(3) putting the heavy medium carrier particles obtained in the step (1) into sewage, and mechanically stirring uniformly;
(4) adding polyacrylamide into the sewage, and mechanically stirring uniformly;
(5) introducing the treated sewage into a clarification tank for sedimentation, and recovering a heavy medium carrier mixture;
(6) the recovery adopts rare earth permanent magnet as recovery medium, and the heavy medium is recovered and used by magnetic force.
Preferably, the raw material of the heavy medium carrier particles in the step (1) comprises the following components in parts by weight: 45 parts of ferroferric oxide, 25.5 parts of hydromica, 20 parts of ferrosilicon powder, 20 parts of fine iron powder and 12.5 parts of magnetically modified zeolite;
further, the adding amount of the phosphorus removing agent is 20-30 mg/L.
Further, the adding amount of the heavy medium carrier particles is 15-20 mg/L.
Further, the adding amount of the polyacrylamide is 10-15 mg/L.
Further, the specific gravity of the heavy medium carrier particles is more than 4kg/m3。
The invention with the structure has the following beneficial effects: according to the heavy medium carrier-based sewage treatment method, the efficiency and proportion of sewage flocculation and sedimentation are improved through various heavy medium carrier particles, and the flocculation capacity of sewage is submitted through the addition of polyacrylamide in a matching manner, so that the technical effect of high-efficiency high-quality sewage treatment is realized, the phosphorus removal rate is more than 90%, and the SS removal rate is more than 90%.
