Referring to fig. 1-14, a cigarette group forming device 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a support member 7, a lower cigarette assembly 10a, a cigarette pushing mechanism 10b, and a shaping device 6.
The lower cigarette assembly 10a, the cigarette pushing mechanism 10b and the shaping device 6 are all arranged on the support member 7 and supported by the support member 7. Because the bottom end of the second guide plate 14 is restrained by the clamping groove 31, the second guide plate 14 has higher structural stability and is less prone to deflection or deformation, so that the separation effect can be reliably achieved, and under the condition that the slot 41 is formed in the cigarette pushing plate 4, the second guide plate 14 can conveniently and smoothly pass through the slot 41, and a smoother and efficient cigarette pushing process is achieved.
Fig. 7 exemplarily shows the structure of the second guide plate 14, and as can be seen from fig. 7, in some embodiments, the second guide plate 14 includes a first plate portion 141 and a second plate portion 142, the second plate portion 142 is connected to a bottom end of the first plate portion 141, and the second plate portion 142 protrudes forward relative to the first plate portion 141. At this time, the lower surface of the second plate portion 142 constitutes the bottom end of the second guide plate 14. When the bottom end of the second guide plate 14 is inserted into the slot 31 and the slot 41, the second guide plate 14 is inserted into the slot 31 and the slot 41 through the second plate portion 142. Referring to fig. 5-6, in some embodiments, the first guide plate 13 is provided with a protrusion 16, and the protrusion 16 is located on an inner surface of the first guide plate 13 and is located at a lower portion of the first guide plate 13. The convex part 16 can reduce the width of the outlet section of the corresponding cigarette discharging channel 17, plays a role in furling when the cigarettes are separated from the cigarette discharging channel 17, reduces the clearance between the cigarettes and prevents the cigarettes from being mixed. As shown in fig. 10 and 12, in some embodiments, the cigarette pushing plate 4 is provided with an elongated hole 43, a long axis of the elongated hole 43 extends in the front-rear direction, and the cigarette pushing plate 4 is connected to the support member 7 through the elongated hole 43. the smoke baffle plate (2) is arranged behind the 11 guide plates (12);
the bottom plate (3) is arranged below the cigarette discharging channel (17) and is used for receiving cigarettes falling from the cigarette discharging channel (17), and the height difference between the upper surface of the bottom plate (3) and the bottom ends of the cigarette blocking plate (2) and the 8 third guide plates (15) is greater than or equal to the height of two layers of cigarettes and smaller than the height of three layers of cigarettes; and
the cigarette pushing plate (4) is arranged in a reciprocating manner along the front-back direction and used for pushing the cigarettes falling on the bottom plate (3) backwards.
2. Group forming device (10) according to claim 1, characterized in that the bottom end of the second guide plate (14) is lower than the bottom ends of the 8 third guide plates (15).

The cigarette group forming device (10) according to claim 2, characterized in that the bottom end of the second guide plate (14) is lower than or flush with the upper surface of the bottom plate (3), and the cigarette pushing plate (4) is provided with a slot (41), and the second guide plate (14) passes through the slot (41) in the process that the cigarette dropped on the bottom plate (3) is pushed out backwards by the cigarette pushing plate (4).

The group forming device (10) according to claim 1, characterized in that the difference in height between the upper surface of the bottom plate (3) and the bottom end of the third guide plate (15) is 2.5 times the diameter of a cigarette; and/or the width of the cigarette falling channel (17) is 0.5mm larger than the diameter of the cigarette.

The cigarette group forming device (10) according to claim 1, wherein the lower surface of the cigarette pushing plate (4) is provided with a mounting groove (42), the mounting groove (42) is positioned at the right middle of the cigarette pushing plate (4) in the left-right direction, and the cigarette pushing plate (4) is connected with the support member (7) through the mounting groove (42); and/or the cigarette pushing plate (4) is provided with a long round hole (43), the long axis of the long round hole (43) extends along the front-back direction, and the cigarette pushing plate (4) is connected with the support piece (7) through the long round hole (43).
8. Group forming device (10) according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that said first guide plate (13) is provided with protrusions (16), said protrusions (16) being located on the inner surface of said first guide plate (13) and being located at the lower part of said first guide plate (13).
9. The group forming device (10) of claim 8, wherein the projections (16) have arcuate surfaces.
10. A cigarette packaging machine, characterized by comprising a group forming device (10) according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
