Background
In the prior art, the main rubber components (such as treads, sidewalls, apexes, cushion rubbers, etc.) in tire products are generally produced by mainly adopting an extrusion process, so that the extrusion process of the rubber components is an important process link in automobile tire production enterprises. The quality and accuracy of the extruded product directly affects the final quality and accuracy of the tire product, as well as the direct and process costs of tire production. The accuracy of the section size of the semi-finished product in the extrusion process plays a decisive role in the quality and the accuracy of the extruded product. The cross-sectional dimension of the extrusion die is one of the most important factors affecting the cross-sectional accuracy of the extruded product.
The adjustment of the section size of the extrusion die is a complex process which needs repeated repair and extrusion verification. In order to obtain an ideal mouth shape section size, a mouth shape debugging person tests the extrusion expansion rate of a product at a mouth shape in advance under the conditions of a certain extruder rotating speed and a linkage line access speed, namely under the condition of a reasonable speed matching parameter set, and compares the product section size required by the process, so that the section size of the extrusion mouth shape is manually repaired by depending on experience, after the mouth shape is repaired, a glue extrusion test is carried out, then the repair and retest are carried out, and after the product with the qualified section size is debugged, the repaired mouth shape plate parameters, the extruder rotating speed matched with the parameters and the linkage line access speed are recorded into an industrial personal computer in the form of formula parameters. At this moment, the debugging work of the mouth-shaped plate is finished, and the mouth-shaped plate can be put into production and use.
When the product with the specification needs to be produced, an operator directly selects and calls the formula with the specification in an industrial personal computer to produce. However, the production method cannot timely adjust errors caused by various factors which are difficult to avoid, namely, the anti-interference capability of the production method is poor, so that the dimensional accuracy of the extruded semi-finished product is poor. Because in the actual extrusion process, there are many factors that influence the accuracy of the extruded profile dimensions of the semifinished product of the extrusion process, such as: the forced feeding fluctuation caused by the processing error of the equipment, the fluctuation of the discharged rubber amount per rotation of the screw, the extrusion fluctuation caused by different production places and batches of raw materials, the quality fluctuation of the rubber compound in the same batch caused by the processing error of the previous rubber compound process, or unpredictable process errors caused by manual operation errors or other unexpected reasons, and the like, and the various forms of process errors or quality fluctuation can cause the section size of the semi-finished product in the extrusion process to exceed the fluctuation variation range allowed by the process requirements, thereby possibly causing unqualified products.
Based on this, the rubber extrusion process at present needs an extrusion die capable of adjusting the size of the broken code more automatically.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide an extrusion die capable of automatically adjusting a cross-sectional dimension, in which a micro telescopic power element generates a micro stroke to adjust a size of an extrusion channel, so that not only can a cross-sectional dimension precision of product extrusion be greatly improved, but also an adjustment manner is convenient and automatic, production efficiency can be improved, and production cost can be reduced.

After the extrusion, when the section size of a certain part of the rubber product is smaller, the micro telescopic power element 1-6 of the corresponding part can contract for a certain distance under the control of an external instruction, and the plectrum 1-4/1-5 is retracted, so that the size of the extrusion channel 1-10 is adjusted, and the automatic adjustment of the section size of the rubber product is realized.
In some preferred embodiments of the present invention, the pick 1-4/1-5 is precisely fitted and slidable with respect to the side walls of the pick groove, and the fit clearance is as small as 0.01-0.03mm, so that the glue does not penetrate into the clearance.
