The aircraft assembly riveting is a complicated process, the technical requirement is high, and thousands of parts need to be accurately positioned and riveted, so the workload is very large. The traditional airplane riveting assembly adopts a rigid special tool form, one structural part corresponds to one set of tool or even several sets of tools for riveting assembly, a large number of riveting tools are required for airplane assembly and riveting of each model, particularly, because the position of the traditional riveting tool cannot be moved and rotated, a large number of workers need to tilt up and drill for riveting, and the riveting passage is very limited.

Furthermore, the first positioning plate and the second positioning plate are right-angle profiles.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a simple auxiliary positioning and clamping device includes a first positioning plate 1, a second positioning plate 2 and a screw rod 3; the first positioning plate 1 is vertically and fixedly connected with one end of a screw rod 3, the other end of the screw rod 3 penetrates through the second positioning plate 2, and fixing nuts 4 are sleeved on the upper side and the lower side of the second positioning plate 2; and G-shaped clamps 5 are respectively arranged at two ends of the first positioning plate 1 and the second positioning plate 2. The second positioning plate is sleeved on the bolt, and after the distance between the second positioning plate and the first positioning plate is adjusted in place, the second positioning plate and the bolt are fixedly locked through the upper nut and the lower nut, so that the distance between the two positioning plates is fixed. The first positioning plate and the second positioning plate fix a workpiece (such as a skin 8) and the positioning plates through G-shaped clamps.
The first positioning plate 1 and the second positioning plate 2 are parallel to each other. An open space is formed between the first positioning plate and the second positioning plate, and operation is facilitated.
The first positioning plate 1 and the second positioning plate 2 have the same structure and comprise a horizontal plate 6 and a vertical plate 7, and the horizontal plate 6 and the vertical plate 7 are vertical to each other; two ends of the screw rod 3 are respectively connected with the horizontal plates 6 of the first positioning plate 1 and the second positioning plate 2, and the G-shaped clamp 5 is clamped on the horizontal plates 6.
Preferably, the first positioning plate 1 and the second positioning plate 2 are right-angle profiles.
The riveting tool is used for riveting under the fixture after mutual positions of parts are aligned on the fixture frame, and has the advantages of better openness, convenience for drilling, riveting and other operations in production, high practicability and high efficiency because a positioning clamping device of a complex fixture is not used.
The invention can be combined for use according to the needs, when the transverse and vertical supports are needed, two sets of devices can be used for positioning in two directions, and one or more G-shaped clamps can be used according to the specific requirements because the G-shaped clamps can be detached.
