the pipe cutting tool 510 is a semi-annular blade-shaped structure, and when the pipe orifice cutting operation of the cosmetic pipe fitting in the material receiving pipe 280 is performed, the pipe cutting tool 510 slides along the pipe cutting slide rod 511 to compress the pipe cutting spring 512, so that the pipe cutting tool 510 extends into the pipe cavity of the material receiving pipe 280 to perform the pipe orifice cutting operation of the cosmetic pipe fitting.

the pipe cutting tool 510 extends into the arc opening 521, so as to perform a reliable cutting operation on the pipe opening of the blank pipe.
Referring to fig. 14, as a second embodiment of the present invention, the material receiving pipe 280 is rotatably disposed on a moving ring of a thrust bearing 2082, a rotating bracket 540 is disposed on a stationary ring of the thrust bearing 2802, a pipe cutting gear 5201 is disposed on the fixed core head 520, the pipe cutting gear 5201 is engaged with a driving gear 5202, a rotating motor 541 is vertically slidably disposed on the rotating bracket 540, and the rotating motor 541 is connected to the driving gear 5202.
The pipe cutting tool 510 is a cutting disc cutter arranged on the rotary support 540, the cutting disc cutter is horizontally arranged on the cutting cantilever 551 in a rotating mode, a cutting motor 552 arranged on the cutting cantilever 551 is connected with the cutting disc cutter, one end of the cutting cantilever 551 is rotatably arranged on the rotary support 540, a cutting torsion spring 553 is sleeved on a rotating shaft at one end of the cutting cantilever 551, and two ends of the cutting torsion spring 553 are connected with the rotary support 540 and the rotating shaft in an abutting mode;
when the excessive pipe section at the pipe orifice position of the material receiving pipe 280 is cut off, the rotating motor 541 is started to enable the fixed core head 520 to rotate, and enable the cutting disc cutter to be abutted against the pipe orifice of the blank pipe at the pipe orifice position of the material receiving pipe 280 under the abutting force of the cutting cantilever 551, so as to cut off the pipe orifice of the blank pipe along with the rotation of the blank pipe;
after the cutting is finished, under the reset force of the cutting torsion spring 553, the cutting disc cutter is far away from the pipe orifice of the material receiving pipe 280, and therefore the blank pipe is avoided.
When the pipe orifice cutting operation of the blank pipe is carried out, a cutting folding plate 554 is arranged on the cutting cantilever 551, the cutting folding plate 554 is vertically arranged, a cutting ejecting head 556 is arranged above the material receiving pipe 280, the cutting ejecting head 556 is vertically arranged on the rotating bracket 540, one end, extending out of the rotating bracket 540, of the cutting ejecting head 556 is sleeved with an ejecting spring 5561, and two ends of the ejecting spring 5561 are respectively abutted against one end of the cutting ejecting head 556 and the rotating bracket 540;
an ejection ball 5562 is arranged at the upper end of the cutting ejector 556, the ejection ball 5562 abuts against an ejection plate 5563, the ejection plate 5563 moves along the transfer direction of the material receiving pipe 280, a protruding section is arranged on the ejection plate 5563, and when the ejection ball 5562 abuts against the protruding section, the cutting disc knife extends into the pipe orifice of the material receiving pipe 280 and performs pipe orifice cutting operation on the cosmetic forming pipe;
during the transfer process of the material receiving pipe 280, the ejection ball 5562 abuts against the ejection plate 5563, so that the cutting head 556 moves downwards to deflect the cutting cantilever 551, the cutting disc cutter is close to the position of the pipe orifice of the material receiving pipe 280, the pipe cutting motor is started, and the material receiving pipe 280 is started to rotate, so that the pipe cutting operation of one end of the blank pipe is realized.
More specifically, an opening is formed in the outer wall of the fixed core head 520, the opening is arranged along the length direction of the fixed core head 520, a plurality of openings are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the fixed core head 520, a positioning elastic sheet 522 is arranged in the opening, the positioning elastic sheet 522 is arranged along the length direction of the opening, a lifting slide bar 523 is arranged on a stationary ring of the thrust bearing 2802, the lifting slide bar 523 is arranged along the length of the material receiving pipe 280 and forms a sliding fit with the outer wall of the fixed core head 520, a lifting spring 524 is sleeved on the lifting slide bar 523, and two ends of the lifting spring 524 are respectively abutted against the stationary ring of the fixed core head 520 and the stationary ring of the thrust bearing 2802;

When the core fixing head 520 is retracted and extends into the material receiving pipe 280, a core fixing ball 525 is arranged at the upper end of the core fixing head 520, a core fixing sliding plate 526 is arranged above the material receiving pipe 280, the core fixing sliding plate 526 is arranged along the moving path of the material receiving pipe 280, a positioning convex section is arranged on the lower plate surface of the core fixing sliding plate 526, and the core fixing ball 525 abuts against the lower plate surface of the core fixing sliding plate 526;

When the key points after cutting are all discharged through the discharging device 300, the discharging device 300 includes a discharging separation pipe 310 disposed below the moving path of the material receiving pipe 280, a discharging rail 320 is disposed at an outlet below the discharging separation pipe 310, the discharging rail 320 is horizontally disposed, and an outlet is disposed at one end of the discharging rail 320;
after the pipe cutting device 500 performs the pipe cutting operation on one end of the blank pipe located in the material receiving pipe 280, the blank pipe falls from the material discharging separation pipe 310 onto the material discharging rail 320, so that the blank pipe is discharged along the length direction of the material discharging rail 320, the blank pipe is discharged until the blank pipe is guided into the polishing device 400, and the polishing operation on the bottom and the outer wall of the blank pipe is performed.
When the cut blank pipes are discharged, material receiving pipes 311 are arranged at intervals at the lower end pipe orifices of the material discharge separating pipes 310, a discharge outlet is formed by a gap between the upper ends of the material receiving pipes 311 and the lower ends of the material discharge separating pipes 310, and a pushing mechanism is arranged beside the discharge outlet and used for pushing out the cut waste materials;

More specifically, the distance between the upper end of the material receiving pipe 311 and the lower end of the material discharge separating pipe 310 is smaller than the length dimension of the finished cosmetic tube, the pushing mechanism comprises material pushing air nozzles 312 arranged beside a gap between the upper end of the material receiving pipe 311 and the lower end of the material separating pipe 310, the material pushing air nozzles 312 are arranged along the radial direction of the material discharge separating pipe 310, and a material discharge pipe 313 is arranged in the air flow direction of the material pushing air nozzles 312;
when the waste material is discharged, the material pushing air nozzle 312 is started, the formed blank pipe automatically drops to the pipe orifice at the upper end of the material receiving pipe 311, and the high-pressure gas discharges the waste material to the material discharging pipe 313 from the gap between the upper end of the material receiving pipe 311 and the lower end of the material discharging separation pipe 310, so that the waste material discharging operation is realized.
Specifically, in order to implement the discharging operation of the discharged blank tube, the discharging rail 320 is integrally in an "L" shape, the bent portion of the discharging rail 320 is in arc transition, a holding rod 321 is arranged above the discharging rail 320, the extending direction of the holding rod 321 is consistent with the extending direction of the discharging rail 320, and the holding rod 321 supports the cosmetic tube in an abutting manner;
when the discharging operation of the blank tube is performed, the blank tube slides along the discharging rail 320, and under the holding force of the holding rod 321, the outer wall of the blank tube is abutted, so that the discharging operation of the blank tube is realized, and the blank tube is in a vertical state and is arranged along the discharging rail 320.
Specifically, in order to conduct the blank tube, a pushing head 330 is disposed at an inlet end of the discharge rail 320, a moving direction of the pushing head 330 is parallel to a length direction of the inlet of the discharge rail 320, one end of the pushing head 330 is connected to a piston rod of a pushing cylinder 331, and the pushing cylinder 331 is horizontally disposed.
In order to prevent blank pipe fittings in the discharge separating pipe 310 from falling off in the pushing process, a material baffle plate 332 is arranged at the upper end of the pushing head 330 in an extending manner, and the material baffle plate 332 is horizontal and close to the lower end of the material receiving pipe 311.
Specifically, in order to implement elastic support on the outer wall of the blank pipe, avoid scratching the pipe fitting, and avoid toppling of the blank pipe, two ends of the support rod 321 are provided with support slide rods 322, the support slide rods 322 are horizontally arranged and perpendicular to the support rod 321, the support slide rods 322 are slidably arranged on the support frame, the support slide rods 322 are sleeved with support springs 323, and two ends of the support springs 323 are respectively abutted against the support frame and the support slide rods 322.
In order to implement to export the blank pipe from the discharge track 320, one side of the outlet of the discharge track 320 is provided with a material blocking door plate 324, the material blocking door plate 324 is vertical, one side of the material blocking door plate 324 is hinged to the discharge track 320, a torsion spring is sleeved on a hinged shaft of the material blocking door plate 324, and the torsion spring enables the material blocking door plate 324 to be parallel to the extending direction of the discharge track 320.
When the material receiving and polishing operation of the blank tubes on the discharge rail 320 is implemented, the polishing device 400 includes a polishing discharge head 410 disposed above the outlet of the discharge device 300, the polishing discharge head 410 moves vertically and implements the insertion and matching of the cosmetic tubes at the outlet of the discharge device 300, the polishing discharge head 410 is disposed on a polishing transfer mechanism, the polishing transfer mechanism drives the cosmetic tubes to move to a polishing mechanism so as to implement the outer wall polishing operation of the cosmetic tubes on the polishing discharge head 410, and a discharge mechanism is further disposed on the polishing transfer mechanism and is used for implementing the discharge operation of the cosmetic tubes on the polishing discharge head 410;
when the polishing operation of the blank is performed, the polishing transfer mechanism is started, so that the polishing discharge head 410 is transferred to the outlet position of the discharge device 300 to perform the plugging operation of the finished pipe, and the polishing discharge head 410 is transferred to the polishing mechanism along with the transfer of the polishing discharge head 410 to perform the polishing operation of the outer wall and the bottom of the blank pipe.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to implement the transportation of the polishing discharge head 410, the polishing transportation mechanism includes a rotary conveying chain 420, the circular surface of the circular conveying chain 420 is horizontal, and the polishing mechanism and the discharge mechanism are disposed on the transportation path of the circular conveying chain 420;
the polishing discharge heads 410 are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the rotary conveying chain 420, so that the blank pipes are received and transported, the blank pipes are continuously received, the outer walls and the bottoms of the blank pipes are polished and discharged, and the blank pipes are automatically processed.
More specifically, the polishing discharge head 410 is integrally tubular and vertically arranged, the polishing discharge head 410 is vertically slidably arranged on the circulating conveying chain 420, and an expansion unit is arranged on the polishing discharge head 410 and used for clamping the outer wall of the cosmetic tube;
in order to clamp the inner wall of the blank pipe and avoid deformation of the blank pipe caused by external force in the polishing process, the expansion unit on the polishing discharge head 410 supports and shapes the blank pipe, so that the blank pipe is supported, the polishing reliability of the blank pipe is ensured, and deformation of the blank pipe during polishing is avoided.
Specifically, when the supporting of the inner pipe wall of the blank pipe is implemented, the expansion unit includes an expansion head 413 disposed on the polishing discharge head 410, the expansion head 413 is disposed along the radial direction of the polishing discharge head 410, an expansion guide rod 411 is disposed in the polishing discharge head 410, the expansion guide rod 411 vertically extends out of the expansion slider 430 in a sliding manner, an expansion spring 412 is sleeved on the expansion guide rod 411, two ends of the expansion spring 412 respectively abut against the expansion slider 430 and a rod end of the expansion guide rod 411, and the expansion guide rod 411 vertically moves and abuts against the expansion head 413, so that the expansion head 413 extends out of the outer wall of the polishing discharge head 410;

along with the motion of circulation conveying chain 420 for expansion ball 4111 supports with expansion track 440 and leans on, thereby make expansion guide 411 descend, so that expansion head 413 stretches out the outer wall of polishing row of stub bar 410, thereby realize the support to the blank pipe, avoid the deformation that the blank pipe polishing in-process produced, after finishing polishing, expansion ball 4111 separates with expansion track 440, under expansion spring 412 restoring force, make expansion head 413 break away from the restraint, thereby make things convenient for the blank pipe to unload from polishing row of stub bar 410, in order to implement the operation of unloading to the blank pipe.
More specifically, in order to implement the material taking operation of the blank pipe fitting at the outlet position of the material discharging device 300, the expansion slider 430 is vertically and slidably disposed on a rotating circular plate 423 on the endless conveying chain 420 through a lifting slide rod 432, a lifting spring 421 is sleeved on a shaft of the lifting slide rod 432 extending out of the rotating circular plate 423, and two vertical ends of the lifting spring 421 are respectively connected with the rotating circular plate 423 and a rod end of the lifting slide rod 432.
The upper end of the lifting slide bar 432 is provided with a lifting ring 433, the lifting ring 433 is concentrically arranged with the polishing discharge head 410, a lifting ball 4331 is arranged on the upper surface of the lifting ring 433, and the lifting ball 4331 is abutted against or separated from a lifting folded plate 480.
When the blank pipe fitting taking operation at the outlet position of the discharging device 300 is implemented, a material taking head 440 is arranged above the outlet of the discharging device 300, the upper end of the material taking head 440 is connected with a piston rod of a material taking cylinder 441, the material taking cylinder 441 is vertically arranged, and the material taking head 440 is abutted to or separated from the lifting ring 433;
the circulating conveying chain 420 intermittently rotates, the material taking cylinder 441 is started to enable the material taking head 440 to vertically move and drive the polishing material discharging head 410 to move downwards to the position of a pipe opening along the circulating conveying chain 420 to implement inserting and taking of the blank pipe, and then along with the rotation of the circulating conveying chain 420, the lifting ball 4331 on the lifting circular ring 433 abuts against the lifting folding plate 480 to enable the expansion sliding block 430 to keep a low position to implement inserting and taking operation on the pipe fitting;
more specifically, in order to prevent the material taking head 440 from affecting the endless conveyor chain 420, the material taking ball 442 is disposed at the lower end of the material taking head 440, and the material taking ball 442 abuts against or separates from the expansion slider 430.
In order to realize the rotation of the pipe, thereby ensuring the reliable polishing operation of the outer wall and the bottom of the blank pipe, the expansion slide block 430 is rotatably arranged on the polishing base 450, the rotating shaft of the expansion slide block 430 is vertically arranged, the moving direction of the circulating conveying chain 420 is provided with a driving stop lever 422, the driving lever 422 is horizontal and vertical to the length direction of the circulating conveying chain 420, a plurality of driving stop levers 422 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the circulating conveying chain 420, the expansion slide block 430 is provided with a linkage stop lever 431, the linkage stop lever 431 is vertical and is arranged at intervals along the rotating circumferential direction of the expansion slide block 430, and the linkage stop lever 431 is abutted against or separated from the driving stop lever 422;
along with the rotation process of the circulating conveying chain 420, the linkage stop lever 431 on the expansion sliding block 430 is abutted to the driving stop lever 422, so that the expansion sliding block 430 is rotated, and after the expansion sliding block 430 rotates, the direction of the blank pipe is converted, so that the polishing reliability of the pipe fitting is ensured.
To perform the polishing operation on the bottom of the raw pipe, the polishing mechanism includes an under-polishing belt 450 disposed at a position below the endless conveying chain 420, the lower end of the cosmetic pipe on the polishing discharge head 410 abuts against the under-polishing belt 450, the under-polishing belt 450 is connected to a power unit, and the power unit drives the under-polishing belt 450 to rotate.
In order to perform the polishing operation on the outer wall of the blank pipe, the polishing mechanism further comprises polishing rollers 460 arranged at two sides of the circulating conveyor chain 420, the polishing rollers 460 are arranged in a plurality of groups at intervals along the moving direction of the circulating conveyor chain 420, and the polishing rollers 460 are vertically arranged and the roller bodies abut against the outer wall of the cosmetic pipe on the polishing discharge head 410.
To say that the polishing roller 460 is elastically abutted against the outer wall of the blank tube to ensure the polishing effect on the outer wall of the blank tube, the polishing roller 460 is rotatably arranged on a roller frame 461, the roller frame 461 is horizontally and slidably arranged on a support frame 462, a polishing spring 463 is arranged between the roller frame 461 and the support frame 462, two ends of the polishing spring 463 are respectively abutted against the roller frame 461 and the support frame 462, and a power motor drives the polishing roller 460 to rotate.
In order to unload the blank pipe, the unloading mechanism comprises an unloading channel steel 470 arranged below the circulating conveying chain 420, the unloading channel steel 470 is horizontal, the notch of the unloading channel steel 470 is in a closed-up arrangement, and the makeup flat pipe fitting is subjected to arrangement;
in the rotation process of ring conveying chain 420 for in the leading-in channel-section steel 470 of unloading of blank pipe, along with ring conveying chain 420 in-process, inflation slider 430 and spacing track separation, under the restoring force of elastic force, make polishing row stub bar 410 rise, thereby make the blank pipe arrange in unloading channel-section steel 470, in order to implement the row material operation to the blank pipe.
The automatic production method of the cosmetics comprises the following steps:
firstly, guiding blank aluminum ingots into a vibration disc of the blank feeding equipment 100, and starting the vibration disc to guide a single blank aluminum ingot out to a material distribution turntable 130 of the blank feeding equipment 100;
secondly, starting the punch 210 of the tube punching equipment 200, so that the punch 210 moves vertically and performs a tube punching operation on the blank aluminum ingot on the distribution turntable 130;
thirdly, starting the material distribution turntable 130 to rotate, so that the blank pipe fitting formed by pipe punching is guided into the material receiving pipe 280 of the pipe punching equipment 200 to implement the material receiving operation of the blank pipe;
