Abstract
The invention discloses a coating device, which belongs to the field of suspension bridge construction equipment, and is used for steel wires in AS method suspension bridge construction and comprises the following components: the spray head is used for spraying paint for the steel wire; an electric pump for delivering paint; the electromagnetic valve is connected with the output port of the electric pump, is arranged between the spray head and the output port and is used for controlling the spray head to be opened and closed; the force and speed measuring device is used for measuring the wire winding speed of the steel wire; the receiving end of the controller is connected with the signal output end of the force and speed measuring device, and the output end of the controller is electrically connected with the electromagnetic valve. When the coating device is used for spraying steel wires, the thickness of paint is uniform and adjustable, the spraying coloring cost is low, and the labor and materials consumption are low.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of suspension bridge construction equipment, and particularly relates to a coating device.
Background
Yang Baoshan extra large bridge is to construct the suspension bridge by first applying the construction method of the main cable AS method suspension bridge in China. In the construction of a suspension bridge by a main cable AS method, steel wire coloring plays a crucial role in steel wire sequencing.
In the construction process, when the paint passing through the paint tank is used for coloring, the thickness of paint adhered to the steel wire by coloring is uneven; when the self-spraying paint is adopted for spraying and coloring, each set of wire winding machine is required to be provided with a plurality of special paint workers to continuously construct along with the operation of the wire winding machine, and the self-spraying paint is high in cost, large in use amount and capable of consuming manpower and financial resources sharply.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a coating device, which aims to solve the problems and solve the problems that the thickness of the paint attached to the coloring of a steel wire is uneven when the steel wire is colored through a paint groove in the construction process; when the self-spraying paint is adopted for spraying and coloring, each set of wire-rewinding machine is required to be provided with a plurality of special paint workers to continuously construct along with the operation of the wire-rewinding machine, and the problems of high self-spraying paint, large using amount and rapid consumption of manpower and financial resources are adopted.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a coating device for steel wires in AS process suspension bridge construction, comprising:
the spray head is used for spraying paint for the steel wire;
an electric pump for delivering paint;
the electromagnetic valve is connected with the output port of the electric pump, is arranged between the spray head and the output port and is used for controlling the spray head to be opened and closed;
the force and speed measuring device is used for measuring the wire winding speed of the steel wire;
the receiving end of the controller is connected with the signal output end of the force and speed measuring device, and the output end of the controller is electrically connected with the electromagnetic valve.
The coating device further comprises a steel wire limiting mechanism, the steel wire limiting mechanism comprises a box body, a position adjusting device and a steel wire limiting wheel, the adjusting direction of the position adjusting device is perpendicular to the transmission direction of the steel wire, the body of the position adjusting device is fixed inside the box body, and the adjusting end of the position adjusting device is connected with the steel wire limiting wheel through a rotating shaft.
The steel wire limiting wheels comprise four through long rollers, the rollers are respectively arranged on the front side and the rear side of the spray head, and the rollers are used for limiting the steel wire in the vertical direction.
The steel wire limiting wheels are multiple, at least two of the steel wire limiting wheels are oppositely arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the steel wire.
The number of the steel wire limiting wheels is four.
The paint device also includes a paint tank for collecting paint, the paint tank being located directly below the spray head.
The controller is a PLC controller, the PLC controller comprises a PID module, and the PID module is used for receiving the winding speed of the force and speed measuring device and controlling the opening and closing degree of the electromagnetic valve according to the winding speed.
The force and speed measuring device comprises a driven rotating wheel and a rotating speed measuring device, wherein the measuring end of the rotating speed measuring device is connected with the driven rotating wheel and the base, and the steel wire is connected with the outer surface of the driven rotating wheel in a contact mode.
The coating device further comprises a baffle plate, the baffle plate is arranged beside the steel wire, and the spray head is arranged between the baffle plate and the steel wire.
The spray head is arranged at a wire inlet of the force measuring and speed measuring device.
The invention has the beneficial effects that the working end of the coating device is formed by the spray head and the electric pump; the device enables the spraying working end and the control end to be organically combined, so that a user can automatically adjust the paint used by the spray head on the steel wire according to the needs. When the coating device is used for spraying steel wires, the thickness of paint is uniform and adjustable, the spraying coloring cost is low, and the labor and materials consumption are low.

Detailed Description
In the following, a steel wire coating scheme provided in the embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail by means of several specific examples.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1, there is shown a schematic overall structure of a coating device according to the present invention, for a steel wire 2 used in construction of an AS-process suspension bridge, comprising: the spray head 3 is used for spraying paint on the steel wire 2; an electric pump 11 for conveying paint; the electromagnetic valve 5 is connected with the output port of the electric pump 11, the electromagnetic valve 5 is arranged between the spray head 3 and the output port, and the electromagnetic valve 5 is used for controlling the opening and closing of the spray head 3; the force and speed measuring device 6 is used for measuring the wire winding speed of the steel wire 2; the controller 1, the receiving end of controller 1 with the signal output part of dynamometry speed measuring device 6 is connected, the output of controller 1 with solenoid valve 5 electricity is connected.
In the above embodiment, the coating device further includes a paint tank 8 for collecting paint, the paint tank 8 being located directly below the spray head 3. When the coating device is used, the electric pump 11 sucks paint through the paint inlet pipe 10, and conveys the paint to the spray head 3 through the paint spraying pipe 9, and finally sprays the paint to the steel wire 2 through the spray head 3.
The coating device is also provided with a controller 1 for controlling the spraying frequency of the spray head 3, and the controller 1 is required to receive the wire winding speed data of the steel wire 2 measured by the force measuring and speed measuring device 6 and control the opening and closing of the electromagnetic valve 5 according to the wire winding speed of the steel wire 2, and the opening and closing of the electromagnetic valve 5 is required to control the spraying frequency of the spray head 3. The spray head 3 has high spraying frequency when the wire winding speed of the steel wire 2 is high. When the wire winding speed of the steel wire 2 is low, the spraying frequency of the spray head 3 is low. For example, the controller 1 is a PLC controller, and the PLC controller includes a PID module, where the PID module is configured to receive a winding speed of the force and speed measuring device 6, and control the opening and closing degree of the electromagnetic valve 5 according to the winding speed. When in use, a technician can adjust the paint spraying frequency of the spray head 3 corresponding to the wire winding speed data of the steel wire 2 by setting a PID module in the PLC controller. The purpose of intelligent uniform paint spraying on the steel wire 11 is achieved.
In one example, the force and speed measuring device 6 comprises a driven rotating wheel and a rotating speed measuring device, wherein the measuring end of the rotating speed measuring device is connected with the driven rotating wheel and the base, and the steel wire 2 is connected with the outer surface of the driven rotating wheel in a contact mode. When the steel wire 2 is used for measuring the speed, a rotating speed measuring device is adopted for measuring, and in particular implementation, a driven rotating wheel is arranged, the steel wire 2 is connected with the driven rotating wheel in a matched mode, and the steel wire 2 drives the driven rotating wheel to rotate. When the outer diameter circumference of the driven rotating wheel is known, the rotation number of the driven rotating wheel is measured through the rotation speed measuring device, and then the total length of the steel wire is calculated through the outer diameter circumference of the driven rotating wheel and the rotation number of the driven rotating wheel. For example, the rotational speed measuring device may use an encoder. The rotating speed measuring device can also use a proximity switch and a measuring block matched with the proximity switch, the measuring block is arranged on the driven rotating wheel, and the proximity switch detects the measuring block once again every time the driven rotating wheel rotates.
In conclusion, the coating device enables a user to automatically adjust the coating used by the spray head on the steel wire according to the needs. When the coating device is used for spraying steel wires, the thickness of paint is uniform and adjustable, the spraying coloring cost is low, and the labor and materials consumption are low.
Example 2
Further, in another embodiment of the coating device of the present invention, the coating device further includes a steel wire limiting mechanism, the steel wire limiting mechanism includes a box 4, a position adjusting device and a steel wire limiting wheel 7, an adjusting direction of the position adjusting device is perpendicular to a transmission direction of the steel wire 2, a body of the position adjusting device is fixed inside the box 4, and an adjusting end of the position adjusting device is connected with the steel wire limiting wheel 7 through a rotating shaft.
In the above embodiment, since the steel wire can shake up and down when the steel wire is wound, the steel wire can be uniformly sprayed when being sprayed. The wire limiting wheel 7 is thus arranged to keep the jitter of the wire within a range of intervals. The position adjusting device is perpendicular to the transmission direction of the steel wire 2, and can adjust the distance between the steel wire limiting wheel 7 and the steel wire 2. So that the user can freely adjust the distance between the steel wire limiting wheel 7 and the steel wire. After the shaking of the steel wire 2 is controlled, the steel wire limiting mechanism improves the spraying quality of the steel wire 2 during spraying paint. For example, the wire limiting wheels 7 include four long rollers respectively disposed at front and rear sides of the spray head 3, and are used for limiting the wire 2 in the vertical direction. For another example, the number of the wire limiting wheels 7 is plural, and at least two wire limiting wheels 7 among the plural wire limiting wheels 7 are oppositely arranged on the upper and lower sides of the wire 2. The number of the steel wire limiting wheels 7 is two, four, seven or eight.
Example 3
Further, in another embodiment of the coating device of the present invention, the coating device further includes a striker plate, the striker plate is disposed beside the steel wire 2, and the spray head 3 is disposed between the striker plate and the steel wire 2.
In the above embodiment, when the steel wire 2 is sprayed through the spray head 3, the paint sprayed out by the spray head 3 can splash around, the paint can be wasted or scattered around and finally pollutes the air, so that the baffle plate is arranged beside the steel wire 2, the paint can be prevented from scattering around, and part of the paint can be collected through the baffle plate to recycle the paint. The method can effectively save consumables and reduce pollution to air. The baffle plate can be one baffle plate or a plurality of baffle plates. For example, when the dam is one piece, the dam may be provided on the operator's side to assist the operator in blocking the spray paint from being sputtered. The baffle plate can also be four, and four blocks of plates form a barrel-shaped structure and cover around the spray head and the steel wire.
Further, the spray head is arranged at a wire inlet of the force and speed measuring device.
In the above embodiment, at the wire inlet of the force and speed measuring device, since the steel wire is relatively stable, the spray head can be arranged at the wire inlet of the force and speed measuring device. When the spray head is at the position, the coating on the steel wire is uniform. And because the steel wire is relatively stable, the safety of operators at the position is further improved.
It should be noted that all the directional indications (such as up, down, left, right, front, and rear … …) in this embodiment are merely for explaining the relative positional relationship, movement conditions, and the like between the components in a certain specific posture (as shown in the drawings), and if the specific posture is changed, the directional indication is changed accordingly.

1. A coating device for a steel wire in construction of an AS-process suspension bridge, comprising:
the spray head is used for spraying paint for the steel wire;
an electric pump for delivering paint;
the electromagnetic valve is connected with the output port of the electric pump, is arranged between the spray head and the output port and is used for controlling the spray head to be opened and closed;
the force and speed measuring device is used for measuring the wire winding speed of the steel wire;
the receiving end of the controller is connected with the signal output end of the force and speed measuring device, and the output end of the controller is electrically connected with the electromagnetic valve; the controller is a PLC controller, the PLC controller comprises a PID module, and the PID module is used for receiving the wire-collecting speed of the force and speed measuring device and controlling the opening and closing degree of the electromagnetic valve according to the wire-collecting speed;
the striker plate is arranged beside the steel wire, and the spray head is arranged between the striker plate and the steel wire.
2. The coating device according to claim 1, further comprising a wire limiting mechanism, wherein the wire limiting mechanism comprises a box body, a position adjusting device and a wire limiting wheel, an adjusting direction of the position adjusting device is perpendicular to a transmission direction of the wire, a body of the position adjusting device is fixed inside the box body, and an adjusting end of the position adjusting device is connected with the wire limiting wheel through a rotating shaft.
3. The coating device according to claim 2, wherein the wire limiting wheel comprises four through-length rollers which are respectively arranged at the front side and the rear side of the spray head, and the rollers are used for limiting the wire in the vertical direction.
4. The coating device according to claim 2, wherein the wire limiting wheels are a plurality of, and at least two wire limiting wheels are oppositely arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the wire.
5. The coating device of claim 4, wherein the wire limiting wheels are four.
6. The paint device of claim 1, further comprising a paint tank for collecting paint, the paint tank being located directly below the spray head.
7. The coating device according to claim 1, wherein the force and speed measuring device comprises a driven rotating wheel and a rotating speed measuring device, a measuring end of the rotating speed measuring device is connected with the driven rotating wheel and a base, and the steel wire is connected with the outer surface of the driven rotating wheel in a contact mode.
8. The coating device of claim 1, wherein the spray head is provided at a feed line of the force and speed measuring device.
