As shown in fig. 1 and 1, a high-efficiency cylindrical grinding and screening device for a traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy comprises a first grinding part 1, a first screening part 2, a second grinding part 3 and a second screening part 4, wherein the first grinding part 1 is provided with a first grinding cylinder 11, a first rotating shaft 111 and a blade 112 connected with the first rotating shaft 111 are arranged in the first grinding cylinder 11 and are used for grinding medicinal materials, a feed inlet 113 is arranged at the top of the first grinding cylinder 11, a first discharge outlet 114 is arranged at the diagonal position of the feed inlet 113, a screen is arranged at the bottom of the first discharge outlet 114, and the first rotating shaft 111 is connected with a second driving device 115.
The first screening part 2 is provided with an inclined first screening barrel 21, one end of the first screening barrel 21 is connected with the discharge port 114, the other end of the first screening barrel 21 is connected with the second discharge port 22, the bottom of the first screening barrel 21 is provided with a detachable first screen plate 23, the bottom of the first screen plate 23 is provided with a feed opening 24, the bottom of the feed opening 24 is connected with a material receiving part 5 for receiving medicinal materials screened for the first time, wherein the feed opening 24 is of an inclined structure, one end of the feed opening 24 is fixedly connected with the second discharge port 22, the top of the second discharge port 22 is of a cylindrical structure, and the bottom of the second discharge port 22 is provided with a baffle piece 221; the material receiving part 5 is provided with a receiving rod 51, the top of the receiving rod 51 is provided with a first baffle 511 and a second baffle 512, the first baffle 511 is a first inclined plate, and the second baffle 512 is a structure that a straight plate is connected with a second inclined plate.

The second screening portion 4 is provided with a second screening section of thick bamboo 41, and the second screening section of thick bamboo 41 is semi-circular structure, and the top of the second screening section of thick bamboo 41 is equipped with the second sieve 42 that can dismantle for accept the medicinal material of secondary screening.
