Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present invention will be further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and the detailed description.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the noise reduction system of a mahjong machine of the present embodiment includes a slow descending device 100 and a shuffling device 200, wherein the slow descending device 100 includes a supporting mechanism 7, and the supporting mechanism 7 includes a lifting rod 71; as shown in fig. 10, the shuffling device 200 comprises a shuffling large disk 1 and a central shaft seat 2 arranged in the center of the shuffling large disk 1, the shuffling large disk 1 is rotatably connected with the central shaft seat 2, a lifting rod 71 is arranged in the center of the central shaft seat 2 in a penetrating way, and a bracket 72, a bowl 73 and a dice disk are fixedly arranged on the lifting rod 71 through the top end of the central shaft seat 2 from bottom to top in sequence; the size of the dice tray is equivalent to the size of a mahjong falling channel (not shown in the figure) formed in the center of the tabletop of the mahjong machine. The dice tray, the supporting bowl 73, the bracket 72 and the lifting rod 71 are all conventional structures in the field, and the description of the embodiment is omitted.
The descent control device 100 of the present embodiment further includes a silencing cover 8, and the silencing cover 8 is fixedly disposed on the periphery of the jacking mechanism 7 and can synchronously lift and lower the jacking mechanism 7. As shown in fig. 3, the noise reduction cover 8 of the present embodiment includes an umbrella portion 81, a cylindrical portion 82, and a funnel portion 83, which are sequentially disposed from bottom to top, the umbrella portion 81, the cylindrical portion 82, and the funnel portion 83 are coaxially disposed and integrally formed, the entire noise reduction cover 8 of the present embodiment is made of a silica gel material, the noise reduction cover 8 surrounds the entire top-supporting mechanism 7, and noise is prevented from being generated by collision between the mahjong tiles on the table top and the top-supporting mechanism 7 when the mahjong tiles fall from the tile falling channel.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, an axial stopper 9 for ensuring the synchronous lifting of the sound-deadening cap 8 and the bracket 72 is provided between the cylindrical portion 82 and the bracket 72, the axial stopper 9 includes an annular groove 91 formed between the bowl 73 and the bracket 72, and one end of the cylindrical portion 82 facing the funnel portion 83 is provided with a convex edge 92 fitted into the annular groove 91. The engagement of the raised edge 92 with the annular groove prevents axial displacement between the noise damping cover 8 and the jacking mechanism 7, but the ability of the noise damping cover 8 to maintain circumferential rotation is more advantageous for the installation of the noise damping cover 8.
Funnel-shaped portion 83 is then laminated with the bottom surface of holding in the palm bowl 73 and sets up, and the area that funnel-shaped portion 83 covered is bigger, then noise reduction is better.
In this embodiment, the umbrella portion 81 extends from the outer periphery of the ejector mechanism 7 to the outer periphery of the shuffle board, and the projection radii of the shuffle board, the umbrella portion 81, and the shuffle board in the vertical direction are sequentially increased. When the mahjong tiles are required to be shuffled, the silencing cover 8 rises along with the jacking mechanism 7, the umbrella-shaped part 81 is positioned at the tile receiving position, and the mahjong tiles on the table top fall onto the umbrella-shaped part 81 after falling from the tile falling channel, and then fall onto the outer periphery of the shuffling large plate from the outer edge of the umbrella-shaped part 81, so that the tile falling height difference of the mahjong tiles is reduced, the noise generated by the fact that the mahjong tiles directly fall into the shuffling large plate can be reduced or eliminated, and the mahjong tiles directly fall onto the outer periphery of the shuffling large plate, and therefore the tile arranging efficiency can be improved; after all the mahjong tiles fall into the shuffling large plate, the umbrella-shaped part 81 descends along with the jacking mechanism 7 to apply pressure to the mahjong tiles on the shuffling large plate (the umbrella-shaped part 81 is positioned at a tile pressing position), when the shuffling large plate rotates, the umbrella-shaped part 81 can be fixed or can rotate, because the mahjong tiles are pressed by the umbrella-shaped part 81 from the upper part, the tile falling noise and the noise generated by mutual collision of the mahjong tiles can be greatly reduced, and the umbrella-shaped part 81 also greatly prevents the shuffling noise from being upwards transmitted to the upper part of the table top of the mahjong machine.
As shown in fig. 4, 5 and 9, in the present embodiment, at least one strip-shaped groove 81a extending radially and penetrating both surfaces of the umbrella-shaped portion 81 is formed on the umbrella-shaped portion 81, and an outer end of the strip-shaped groove 81a is located at an outer peripheral edge of the umbrella-shaped portion 81; a reinforcing protrusion 81b is further arranged on the umbrella surface of the umbrella-shaped portion 81 facing the dice disk, and is positioned at the outer edge of the opening of the strip-shaped groove 81a, and the reinforcing protrusion 81b extends from the outer end of the strip-shaped groove 81a to the central through hole of the umbrella-shaped portion 81 along the radial direction of the umbrella-shaped portion 81; it can be seen that the length of the reinforcing protrusion 81b is greater than the length of the bar-shaped groove 81 a.
After the strip-shaped groove 81a is arranged, mahjong tiles falling on the umbrella-shaped part 81 can fall along the outer edge of the umbrella-shaped part 81 and can also fall from the strip-shaped groove 81a, and the problem that the mahjong tile pressing effect is poor due to the fact that all the mahjong tiles fall on the outer edge of the umbrella-shaped part is avoided. The reinforcing protrusion 81b not only provides the umbrella-shaped portion 81 at the opening edge of the strip-shaped groove 81a with a better pressure resistance, but also provides a certain blocking effect for the mahjong tiles, thereby further slowing down the speed of the mahjong tiles falling from the strip-shaped groove 81 a.
As shown in fig. 10 and 12, in the present embodiment, the central shaft base 2 is formed with a card-dialing shaft base 25, a male screw base 24, a positioning base 23 and a shuffling shaft base 26 in this order from the top end to the bottom end, the outer diameters of the card-dialing shaft base 25, the male screw base 24 and the shuffling shaft base 26 are increased in this order, and the positioning base 23 corresponds to the outer diameter of the shuffling shaft base 26; the card-shifting shaft seat part 25 is used for installing the card-shifting device 3, the card-shifting shaft seat part 26 is used for installing the shuffling large plate 1, and the positioning seat part 23 is used for installing the planetary gear reducer 4 for realizing the differential transmission of the shuffling large plate and the card-shifting device.
As shown in fig. 10, the large shuffling disk 1 has a first central hole 11 in the center, and the large shuffling disk 1 is rotatably connected to the shuffling shaft seat 26 of the central shaft base 2 through a bearing in the first central hole 11. As can be seen from fig. 1, 3 and 10, the shuffle board 1 of the present embodiment includes a tapered portion 12 at the center and a flat plate portion 13 at the outer periphery, and the tapered portion 12 and the flat plate portion 13 are integrally formed.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 10, the shuffle platter 1 is rotated by the variable speed drive mechanism 5; for a specific structure of the speed-changing driving mechanism 5, please refer to the disclosure of the chinese patent application with publication number CN111282260A, and details of this embodiment are not repeated. In short, the variable speed driving mechanism 5 comprises two transmission gears 51 concentrically arranged and fixedly connected with the bottom surface of the shuffling large disk 1, and driving gears 52 corresponding to the transmission gears 51 one by one, and different combinations of the driving gears 52 and the transmission gears 51 have different speed ratios, so that when the shuffling large disk 1 is driven to rotate by different combinations of the driving gears 52 and the transmission gears 51, the rotating speed of the shuffling large disk 1 is different. As can be seen from figure 2, in the present embodiment, the gear rings of the two transmission gears 51 are oppositely arranged, and the two driving gears 52 are driven by the same shuffling motor 53, and each driving gear 52 and the shuffling motor 53 are in one-way transmission.
As shown in fig. 3 and 10, the card-shifting device 3 is arranged on the top surface of the shuffling large plate 1, the card-shifting device 3 comprises a card-shifting seat 31 which is rotatably connected with the card-shifting shaft seat part 25 of the central shaft seat 2 through a bearing, the card-shifting seat 31 is umbrella-shaped, the center of the card-shifting seat 31 is provided with a fifth central hole 31a which is convenient for installing the card-shifting shaft seat part 25, and the end edge of the flaring end of the umbrella-shaped card-shifting seat 31 is provided with a plurality of card-shifting strips 32. The top surface of the poker seat 31 is also fixedly provided with an end cover 33 at the end part of the central shaft seat 2 through a fastener, and the center of the end cover 33 is only provided with a fourth central hole 33a for the lifting rod 71 to pass through.
In the embodiment, the card poking device 3 is in transmission with the shuffling large disc 1 through the planetary gear reducer 4, a primary speed reduction transmission pair 42 is arranged between the planetary gear reducer 4 and the shuffling large disc 1, and a secondary speed reduction transmission pair 43 is arranged between the planetary gear reducer 4 and the card poking device 3; therefore, the power of the shuffling large disc 1 is transmitted to the card shifting device 3 through the speed reduction of the planetary gear reducer 4, so that the card shifting device 3 and the card shifting device 3 are in differential transmission.
As shown in fig. 11 and 12, in conjunction with fig. 10, the planetary gear reducer 4 includes a carrier 41 circumferentially positioned with the positioning seat 23 of the center shaft seat 2, the carrier 41 includes a carrier body 41a having a second center hole 41b, three protrusions 41c are formed on an inner peripheral wall of the second center hole 41b, and three recessed areas 21 are formed on an outer peripheral wall of the positioning seat 23. When the carrier 41 is mounted on the positioning seat portion 23, the convex portions 41c are fitted into the corresponding concave regions 21, and the circumferential positioning of the carrier 41 is performed.
As can be seen from fig. 11 and 12, each of the protrusions 41c on the planet carrier body 41a includes a radial boss 41ca, and one end of the radial boss 41ca facing the axis of the second central hole 41b is provided with a plurality of radial positioning latches 41 cb; accordingly, each recessed area 21 of the positioning seat 23 includes a radial groove 21a adapted to the radial boss 41ca and a radial positioning slot 21b adapted to the radial positioning latch 41 cb.
When the planet carrier 41 is mounted on the positioning seat portion 23, the radial boss 41ca and the radial groove 21a, the radial positioning latch 41cb and the radial positioning latch groove 21b which are nested form a double circumferential positioning for the planet carrier 41, and meanwhile, the bottom surfaces of the radial groove 21a and the radial positioning latch 41cb naturally form a limit step 22 below the planet carrier 41; and the external thread seat part 24 is provided with a locking seat 6 above the planet carrier 41 in a threaded manner, and the locking seat 6 is matched with the limit step 22 to limit the axial position of the planet carrier 41 on the central shaft seat 2.
As shown in fig. 10, 11 and 14, the carrier body 41a has flanged edges 41d at both ends thereof, and a planet mounting space 44 is formed between the flanged edges 41 d. Three primary reduction planetary gears 42a are uniformly arranged in the planet wheel mounting space 44 in the circumferential direction, and two ends of the central shaft of the three primary reduction planetary gears 42a are respectively in running fit with corresponding outward turned edges 41 d; a second reduction planetary gear 43a is fixedly fitted on the central axis of one of the first reduction planetary gears 42 a.
As shown in fig. 10, a power input gear 42b engaged with each of the first reduction planetary gears 42a is fixed to the top surface of the shuffle platter 1, and the power input gear 42b and the first reduction planetary gears 42a constitute a first reduction gear pair 42. As shown in fig. 7, as seen in combination with fig. 11, the power input gear 42b of the present embodiment is an external gear, and at the time of transmission, the power input gear 42b is located at the inner ring of the primary reduction planetary gear 42 a; in order to facilitate the engagement of the power input gear 42b with the first-stage reduction planetary gear 42a, a third central hole 41e communicated with the second central hole 41b is formed in the center of the planet carrier body 41a, the inner diameter of the third central hole 41e is larger than that of the second central hole 41b, and when the shuffle board 1 and the planetary gear reducer 4 are assembled on the central shaft base 2, the power input gear 42b is positioned in the third central hole 41 e; the carrier body 41a is formed with a first through opening 41f for communicating the third center hole 41e and the planetary wheel mounting space 44 so that the primary reduction planetary gear 42a meshes with the power input gear 42 b.
As shown in fig. 11 and 13, a power output gear 43b engaged with the second reduction planetary gear 43a is integrally formed on the bottom surface of the card-setting base 31, the power output gear 43b is located on the opening outer edge of the fifth central hole 31a, and the power output gear 43b and the second reduction planetary gear 43a constitute a second reduction transmission pair 43. The power output gear 43b of the present embodiment is also an external gear, and during transmission, the power output gear 43b is also located at the inner ring of the secondary reduction planetary gear 43 a; in order to facilitate the meshing transmission between the two gears, an annular avoiding groove 41g for accommodating the power output gear 43b is further concavely formed in the top surface of the planet carrier body 41a, and a second through hole 41h for communicating the annular avoiding groove 41g with the planet wheel mounting space 44 so that the secondary reduction planet gear 43a is meshed with the power output gear 43b is further formed in the planet carrier body 41 a.
Since the power input gear 42b and the power output gear 43b are both external gears, the card pusher 3 rotates in the same direction as the shuffler plate 1 in this embodiment, and the shuffling noise is greatly reduced. To further reduce shuffling noise, the number of poker bars 32 may also be reduced to less than or equal to four.
As shown in fig. 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 10, the noise-reduction cover 8 and the card pusher 3 of the present embodiment are driven by a synchronizing transmission member 10. The synchronous transmission member 10 comprises an annular gear ring seat 101, the outer peripheral side of the gear ring seat 101 is fixedly connected with the inner peripheral wall of the cylindrical part 82, the gear ring seat 101 is provided with a driven inner gear ring 102, and the top surface of the card-shifting seat 31 is fixedly provided with a driving outer gear ring 103 meshed with the driven inner gear ring 102; meanwhile, an end of the ring gear seat 101 facing the carrier 72 abuts against the carrier 72.
The working principle of the mahjong machine noise reduction system of the embodiment is as follows:
when the cards are shuffled, a player operates the dice tray, the jacking mechanism 7 rises to lift the dice tray from a card dropping port on the table top so as to expose a card dropping channel; meanwhile, the silencing cover 8 and the jacking mechanism 7 synchronously ascend to reach the mahjong receiving position; the player pushes the mahjong tiles on the table top into the tile falling channel, under the protection of the funnel-shaped part 83 and the cylindrical part 82, the mahjong tiles do not directly impact the supporting bowl 73 and the bracket 72, and under the support of the umbrella-shaped part 81, the mahjong tiles do not directly fall on the shuffling large plate 1, but fall on the umbrella-shaped part 81 firstly, then fall downwards from the outer edge of the umbrella-shaped part 81 or fall from each strip-shaped groove 81a, and finally fall on the shuffling large plate 1; after all the mahjong tiles fall on the shuffling large tray 1, the jacking mechanism 7 descends to enable the dice tray to return to the tile falling port on the table top again; the silencing cover also descends synchronously along with the jacking mechanism to cover the shuffling large plate 1 to reach the card pressing position;
starting shuffling; in the early stage of shuffling, the variable-speed driving mechanism 5 drives the large shuffling disk 1 to rotate at a low speed, the power input gear 42b distributes the power of the large shuffling disk 1 to the second-stage reduction planetary gear 43a in a speed reduction way through the first-stage reduction transmission pair 42, the power of the second-stage reduction planetary gear is distributed to the card poking device 3 in a speed reduction way through the second-stage reduction transmission pair 43, so that the card poking device 3 rotates in the same direction and at a different speed relative to the large shuffling disk 1, the difference of the rotating speeds of the two is small in the process, and a large number of mahjong tiles on the top surface of the large shuffling disk 1;
in the later shuffling stage, the variable-speed driving mechanism 5 drives the shuffling large disc 1 to rotate rapidly, the power input gear 42b reduces the speed of the power of the shuffling large disc 1 through the first-stage reduction transmission pair 42 and distributes the power to the second-stage reduction planetary gear 43a, the power of the second-stage reduction planetary gear is reduced speed through the second-stage reduction transmission pair 43 and distributes the power to the card poking device 3, so that the card poking device 3 generates homodromous differential rotation relative to the shuffling large disc 1, the difference of the rotating speeds of the two is large in the process, and the situation is adapted to the situation that only a small amount of mahjong tiles are left on the shuffling large disc 1 without high-frequency card pok;
the silencing cover 8 is linked with the mahjong tile shifting device through the synchronous transmission piece 10, and the umbrella-shaped part 81 of the silencing cover 8 applies pressure to mahjong tiles on the shuffling large plate in the mahjong tile shifting process of the mahjong tile shifting device, so that the mahjong tiles are prevented from falling rapidly after being shifted and being strongly collided with other mahjong tiles to generate noise.
Example 2
The noise reduction system of the mahjong machine has basically the same structure as that of the embodiment 1, and only differs from the noise reduction system in the synchronous transmission piece 10 between the noise reduction cover 8 and the tile poking device 3. As shown in fig. 15, 16, 17 and 18, the synchronous drive 10 of the present embodiment includes a funnel-shaped ring gear seat 101, a flared end of the ring gear seat 101 is fixedly connected to an inner peripheral wall of the cylindrical portion 82, and a narrow end of the ring gear seat 101 extends toward an outer periphery of the lifter 71; one side of the gear ring seat 101 facing the bracket 72 is abutted against the bracket 72, and one side of the gear ring seat 101 back to the bracket 72 is fixedly provided with a driven outer gear ring 104; the opening at the top end of the fourth center hole 33a is provided with a driving inner gear ring 105 engaged with the driven outer gear ring 104.
Example 3
The noise reduction system of the mahjong machine is basically the same as that of the embodiment 1 in structure, and is different from the noise reduction system of the mahjong machine only in that a synchronous transmission piece 10 is not arranged between a noise reduction cover 8 and a tile poking device 3. As shown in fig. 19, 20, 21 and 22, when the noise-reduction cover 8 is in the process of pressing the mahjong tile position, the rotation of the noise-reduction cover 8 is driven only by the friction force between the umbrella-shaped part 81 and the mahjong tiles.
Example 4
The noise reduction system of the mahjong machine is basically the same as that of the embodiment 1, the embodiment 2 or the embodiment 3, and the difference is that: the power input gear 42b and the power output gear 43b are both internal gears, and during the operation of the planetary gear reducer 4, the power input gear 42b is located on the outer ring of the first-stage reduction planetary gear 42a, and the power output gear 43b is located on the outer ring of the second-stage reduction planetary gear 43a, so that the planet carrier body 41a of the embodiment does not need to be provided with the third central hole 41e, the annular avoiding groove 41g, the first through opening 41f and the second through opening 41 h. Like embodiment 1, the card-pusher 3 and the shuffling platter 1 are rotated in the same direction in this embodiment.
Claims (10)
1. A mahjong machine noise reduction system comprises a slow descending device (100), wherein the slow descending device (100) comprises a jacking mechanism (7) for driving a dice tray to ascend and descend, and a silencing cover (8) synchronously ascending and descending along with the jacking mechanism (7) is arranged on the periphery of the jacking mechanism (7), and is characterized in that the silencing cover (8) comprises an umbrella-shaped part (81), the umbrella-shaped part (81) extends from the periphery of the jacking mechanism (7) to the periphery of a shuffling large tray (1), and projection radiuses of a tile falling channel, the umbrella-shaped part (81) and the shuffling large tray (1) in the vertical direction are sequentially increased;
the umbrella-shaped part (81) is provided with a mahjong tile receiving position which ascends along with the ascending of the jacking mechanism (7) to receive mahjong tiles falling from the mahjong tile falling channel, and a mahjong tile pressing position which descends along with the jacking mechanism (7) to cover the mahjong tile shuffling large plate (1) to press the mahjong tiles.
2. The mahjong machine noise reduction system according to claim 1, wherein the umbrella-shaped part (81) is made of rubber material;
the umbrella-shaped part (81) is provided with at least one strip-shaped groove (81a) which extends in the radial direction and is mutually communicated with both surfaces of the umbrella-shaped part (81), and the outer end of the strip-shaped groove (81a) is positioned at the outer peripheral edge of the umbrella-shaped part (81).

The noise reduction system of a mahjong machine according to claim 2, wherein a reinforcing protrusion (81b) is provided on at least one surface of the umbrella-shaped portion (81) and is located at the outer edge of the opening of the strip-shaped groove (81a), and the reinforcing protrusion (81b) extends from the outer end of the strip-shaped groove (81a) to the central through hole of the umbrella-shaped portion (81) along the radial direction of the umbrella-shaped portion (81).

A mahjong machine noise reduction system according to claim 3, wherein the reinforcing protrusions (81b) are at least on the umbrella surface of the umbrella part (81) facing the side of the dice disk to slow down the speed of the mahjong tiles falling from the strip-shaped grooves (81a) to the shuffling platter (1).
5. The mahjong machine noise reduction system according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the jacking mechanism (7) comprises a lifting rod (71), and the dice disk is sequentially fixedly connected with the lifting rod (71) through a supporting bowl (73) and a bracket (72);
the silencing cover (8) further comprises a cylindrical part (82) positioned on the periphery of the bracket (72), an axial limiting piece (9) used for ensuring the synchronous lifting of the silencing cover (8) and the bracket (72) is arranged between the cylindrical part (82) and the bracket (72), and the umbrella-shaped part (81) is arranged at one end of the cylindrical part (82) facing the shuffling large disk (1);
one end of the cylindrical part (82) facing the dice tray is fixedly provided with a funnel-shaped part (83) positioned on the periphery of the supporting bowl (73), and the funnel-shaped part (83), the cylindrical part (82) and the umbrella-shaped part (81) are coaxially arranged.

The noise reduction system of the mahjong machine according to claim 5, further comprising a shuffling device (200), wherein the shuffling device (200) comprises a large shuffling tray (1) and a central shaft seat (2) arranged in the center of the large shuffling tray (1), the large shuffling tray (1) is rotatably connected with the central shaft seat (2), the lifting rod (71) penetrates through the center of the central shaft seat, and one end of the lifting rod (71) penetrating through the central shaft seat is fixedly provided with the bracket (72);
the central shaft seat (2) is also rotatably connected with a tile shifting device (3) between the tile shuffling large disc (1) and the silencing cover (8), the central shaft seat (2) is provided with a planetary gear reducer (4) for realizing transmission between the tile shuffling large disc (1) and the tile shifting device (3), and the planetary gear reducer (4) and the central shaft seat (2) are circumferentially positioned;
the silencing cover (8) is mutually driven with the card poking device (3); or the silencing cover (8) is driven to rotate in the circumferential direction by the friction force between the mahjong tiles and the umbrella-shaped part (81); or the circumferential position of the silencing cover (8) is kept unchanged.

The noise reduction system of the mahjong machine according to claim 6, wherein the planetary gear reducer (4) comprises a planet carrier (41) which is circumferentially positioned and axially limited with the central shaft seat (2), a primary speed reduction transmission pair (42) is arranged between the planet carrier (41) and the shuffling large disk (1), and a secondary speed reduction transmission pair (43) is arranged between the planet carrier (41) and the mahjong machine shifting device (3);
the primary reduction transmission pair (42) comprises a primary reduction planetary gear (42a) which is rotationally connected with the planet carrier (41), and a power input gear (42b) which is driven by the shuffling large disc (1) to rotate, and the power input gear (42b) is meshed with the primary reduction planetary gear (42 a);
the two-stage reduction transmission pair (43) comprises a two-stage reduction transmission gear (43a) rotationally connected to the planet carrier (41) and a power output gear (43b) fixedly arranged on the card shifting device (3), the two-stage reduction transmission gear (43a) is meshed with the power output gear (43b), and the two-stage reduction transmission gear (43a) and the one-stage reduction transmission gear (42a) are coaxially arranged.
