The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those skilled in the art according to specific situations.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the present invention provides a loading basket 100 for loading tableware, the loading basket 100 includes a body 10 and a plurality of telescoping mechanisms 20, the body 10 forms a cavity 11, the cavity 11 forms an inlet 111, the plurality of telescoping mechanisms 20 are disposed on the body 10 along a circumferential direction of the body 10 and spaced up and down, the telescoping mechanisms 20 are partially disposed in the cavity 11, and the telescoping mechanisms 20 are configured to provide a buffering force to the tableware when the tableware enters the cavity 11 and can move out of the cavity 11 under the action of the tableware so as to enable the tableware to enter the cavity 11.
In the loading basket 100 of the present embodiment, in the process of loading a plurality of dishes at one time, the telescopic mechanism 20 may apply a buffering force to the dishes, so that the dishes may gradually and slowly fall into the cavity 11, thus preventing the dishes from being broken when a user directly puts the dishes into the loading basket 100 together, saving the time for loading the dishes, and improving the convenience of using the loading basket 100.
In particular, the loading basket 100 may be used in a household appliance 1000 such as a dishwasher, a sterilizer, and a washer. In the present embodiment, a user can place a plurality of dishes at the entrance 111 of the compartment 11 at a time, and during the falling of the plurality of dishes, the retractable mechanism 20 can apply a buffering force to the dishes, so as to prevent the dishes from being broken due to a strong collision between the dishes caused by an excessively fast falling speed of the dishes, for example, after the first dish falls into the compartment 11, during the continuous falling of the second dish, the retractable mechanism 20 applies a buffering force to the second dish, so as to slow down the falling speed of the second dish, so as to prevent the second dish from being broken due to a strong collision with the first dish, and so on until the loading basket 100 is filled with the dishes. Taking a dishwasher as an example, the dishwasher includes a cavity formed with a washing space. Before loading basket 100 is loaded with dishes, loading basket 100 may be placed as shown in fig. 3, the dishes enter chamber 11 from inlet 111, and telescoping mechanism 20 applies a cushioning force to the dishes to prevent violent impact. After loading is completed, the user may place the loading basket 100 with the dishes in a lateral direction and take it into the washing space, close the cavity, and then turn on the dishwasher to wash the dishes.
It is understood that, after the washing is finished, the user may further take out the loading basket 100 from the washing space and vertically place the loading basket on the cooking bench or the table top, at which time the loading basket 100 may be used as a rack for placing dishes. Of course, the loading basket 100 may be used for loading and transportation, for example, a stack of dishes already washed by a dishwasher may be put into the chamber 11, thereby performing loading of the dishes, and strong collision between the dishes may be prevented due to the presence of the telescopic mechanism 20, thus facilitating loading and transportation.
In addition, it will be appreciated that the telescopic mechanism 20 is held stationary relative to the body 10 when not subjected to the action of the cutlery, and moves out of the compartment 11 when subjected to the action of the cutlery to provide a cushioning force to the cutlery. That is, after the previous dish falls and before the next dish falls, the telescopic mechanism 20 is moved from the state of moving out of the compartment 11 to the state of moving into the compartment 11 to return to the original state, i.e., the state without force.
In one example, the loading basket 100 may be made of a thermoplastic material such as Polypropylene (PP). That is, both the body 10 and the telescopic mechanism 20 may be made of PP material. Thus, the loading basket 100 is light in weight and good in heat resistance, and meanwhile, the plastic material is easy to machine and form, so that the machining time can be saved, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced. It is understood that the loading basket 100 may be made of other plastic or non-plastic materials.
Referring to fig. 4, in some embodiments, a plurality of telescoping mechanisms 20 are uniformly spaced along the circumference of the body 10. Thus, the plurality of telescopic mechanisms 20 are uniformly arranged to uniformly provide a buffering force to each portion of the dishes, so that the dishes can be smoothly dropped into the cavity 11.
Specifically, in the illustrated embodiment, the body 10 is in a hollow cylindrical shape, the plurality of telescoping mechanisms 20 are uniformly spaced along the circumferential direction of the body 10, as shown in the figure, the plurality of telescoping mechanisms 20 are formed with a plurality of buffer layers spaced along the height direction of the loading basket 100, each buffer layer is horizontally arranged, each buffer layer may include a plurality of telescoping mechanisms 20, the plurality of telescoping mechanisms 20 of each buffer layer may be uniformly spaced along the circumferential direction of the loading basket 100, and the plurality of telescoping mechanisms 20 of different buffer layers may be uniformly spaced along the circumferential direction of the loading basket 100. In the example shown in fig. 5, the number of cushioning layers is two, and each cushioning layer includes 5 telescoping mechanisms 20. During the fall of the cutlery, it first abuts against the telescopic mechanism 20 of the upper breaker layer, then the telescopic mechanism 20 is pushed open, then it abuts further against the telescopic mechanism 20 of the lower breaker layer, and then the telescopic mechanism 20 is pushed open, finally it falls into the bottom of the chamber 11. It will be appreciated that as the dishes are ejected from the retraction mechanism 20, the retraction mechanism 20 applies a cushioning force to the dishes so that the dishes do not crash or chip as they fall too quickly.
Referring to fig. 2 and 4, in some embodiments, the telescopic mechanism 20 includes a movable rod 21 and a resilient structure 22, one end of the movable rod 21 is located in the cavity 11, and the other end of the movable rod is connected to the resilient structure 22, and the resilient structure 22 is used for providing a force for the movable rod 21 to move the movable rod 21 into the cavity 11.
So, realized the scalable of movable rod, and simple structure.
Specifically, during the process that the tableware falls into the cavity 11, the tableware abuts against the movable rod 21, and the movable rod 21 moves outwards the cavity 11 against the action force of the elastic structure 22 under the action of the tableware, so that the tableware can slowly push the movable rod 21 away to slowly enter the cavity 11, and the tableware is prevented from colliding.
Further, referring to fig. 2, fig. 4 and fig. 5, in the illustrated embodiment, the elastic structure 22 includes a first elastic member 221 located outside the cavity 11, the first elastic member 221 includes a first end 2211 and a second end 2212, the first end 2211 is fixedly connected to the body 10, the movable rod 21 abuts against the second end 2212, and the second end 2212 is used for providing a force to the movable rod 21 to move the movable rod 21 into the cavity 11. Thus, the structure of the elastic structure 22 is simple and convenient to implement.
Specifically, in the case that the movable rod 21 is not held by the tableware, the movable rod 21 moves into the cavity 11 under the action of the first elastic member 221, and at this time, the movable rod 21 tends to remain in the cavity 11 under the action of the first elastic member 221. When the movable rod 21 is acted by the tableware, the movable rod 21 will overcome the force of the first elastic member 221 to the movable rod 21 and gradually move outward of the cavity 11 so that the tableware can slowly fall into the cavity 11, in the process, the movable rod 21 abuts against the second end 2212 of the first elastic member 221, and the second end 2212 of the first elastic member 221 moves outward of the cavity 11 relative to the first end 2211 under the action of the movable rod 21. It will be appreciated that before the dish is dropped into the compartment 11 and the next dish is not held against the movable bar, the movable bar 21 will move towards the compartment 11 by the second end 2212 and return to the original unstressed state, and the process is similar to that described above when the next dish is dropped. In the illustrated embodiment, the first elastic member 221 is a spring, and it is understood that in some embodiments, the first elastic member 221 may also be an elastic element such as a spring.
Referring to fig. 6, in other embodiments, the elastic structure 22 includes a second elastic member 223 and a supporting member 224 connected to the body 10, the supporting member 224 is located outside the cavity 11, the second elastic member 223 is located between the movable rod 21 and the supporting member 224, and the second elastic member 223 is used for providing a force to the movable rod 21 to move the movable rod 21 into the cavity 11. That is, the second elastic member 223 can apply a force to the movable lever 21, thereby providing a tableware cushioning force when the tableware enters the cavity 11.
Specifically, in such an embodiment, the abutting piece 224 is fixedly connected with the body 10, and the second elastic piece 223 abuts between the movable rod 21 and the abutting piece 224, so that when the movable rod 21 is acted by the tableware, the movable rod 21 gradually moves towards the outside of the cavity 11 against the action force of the second elastic piece 223 to enable the tableware to slowly fall into the cavity 11, and in the process, the second elastic piece 223 is compressed. Subsequently, after the dishes are dropped into the cavity 11, the movable bar 21 is moved into the cavity 11 by the second elastic member 223. In the illustrated embodiment, the second elastic member 223 is a spring, and it is understood that in some embodiments, the second elastic member 223 may also be an elastic element such as a spring sheet.
In some embodiments, the movable rod 21 includes a rod portion 211 and an end portion 212 connected to the rod portion 211, the body 10 is formed with a second through hole 13, the rod portion 211 penetrates the first through hole 15, and the end portion 212 is connected to the elastic structure 22. The lever portion 211 is formed with a protrusion 2111, and the first through hole 15 is formed with a groove 151 therein, the protrusion 2111 being for cooperating with the groove 151 to guide the movement of the movable lever 21 with respect to the body 10.
In this manner, the protrusion 2111 and the groove 151 cooperate to guide the movement of the movable rod 21 into the cavity 11 or out of the cavity 11 and to ensure the stability of the movement of the movable rod 21.
Specifically, in the embodiment shown in fig. 5 and 7, the protrusion 2111 is provided on the bottom side of the shaft 211, on one hand, the protrusion 2111 does not rub against the dishes falling from above and below, and therefore, the protrusion 2111 is not easily visible from the opening, and therefore, the appearance of the telescopic mechanism 20 can be enhanced.
It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the rod portion 211 may be formed with a groove 151, and the second through hole 13 may be formed with a protrusion 2111, wherein the protrusion 2111 is adapted to cooperate with the groove 151 to guide the movement of the movable rod 21 relative to the body 10. This also enables the movement of the movable bar 21 to be guided, that is, one of the bar portion 211 and the first through hole 15 is formed with a protrusion 2111, and the other is formed with a groove 151, the protrusion 2111 being adapted to cooperate with the groove 151 to guide the movement of the movable bar 21 with respect to the body 10.
In some embodiments, an end of the movable rod 21 located within the chamber 11 is formed with a slope 2112, the slope 2112 facing the inlet 111 and being inclined in a direction out of the chamber 11.
Thus, when the tableware is put in, the tableware abuts against the inclined surface 2112, the inclined surface 2112 can be used as a guide surface to guide the tableware to fall, meanwhile, the tableware abuts against the inclined surface 2112, compared with the tableware directly adopting a straight surface, the inclined surface 2112 can avoid scratching the tableware, meanwhile, the inclined surface 2112 can also increase the contact area of the movable rod 21 and the tableware, so that the movable rod 21 is more easily stressed to move out of the cavity 11.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in some embodiments, the body 10 is provided with a plurality of spaced second through holes 13, and the second through holes 13 are communicated with the chamber 11. Therefore, the washing effect of the tableware can be improved.
Specifically, when the loading basket 100 is placed in the household appliance 1000 such as a dishwasher to wash dishes, washing water may enter the chamber 11 through the plurality of second through holes 13 to efficiently wash the dishes, so that a washing effect of the dishes may be improved. In the illustrated embodiment, the second through hole 13 has a long bar shape and extends in the height direction of the body 10. Preferably, the plurality of second through holes 13 are uniformly arranged along the circumferential direction of the body 10, so that the washing effect of the tableware is better. It is understood that, in other embodiments, the shape of the second through hole 13 may also be a regular shape or an irregular shape such as a circle, and is not limited herein.
In the illustrated embodiment, the body 10 includes a side plate 12, the side plate 12 encloses a chamber 11, and the second through holes 13 are opened on the side plate 12, so that when the loading basket 100 is placed in the washing space, for example, laterally placed in the washing space, the washing water can flow into the chamber 11 through the second through holes 13 to wash the dishes.
Referring to fig. 1 and 5, in some embodiments, the body 10 includes a side plate 12 and a bottom plate 14, the side plate 12 and the bottom plate 14 are connected to form a chamber 11, and the bottom plate 14 is disposed on a side of the side plate 12 opposite to the inlet 111 and detachably connected to the side plate 12. A plurality of telescoping mechanisms 20 are provided with the side plates 12.
In this way, on the one hand, the bottom plate 14 can support the lowermost utensil, preventing it from sliding out of the compartment 11. On the other hand, the bottom plate 14 is detachably connected to the side plate 12, so that when the tableware needs to be taken out from the cavity 11, the bottom plate 14 can be detached, and the tableware can be taken out from the cavity 11 conveniently.
Specifically, when the tableware is to be taken out, the bottom plate 14 can be detached from the side plate 12, and then the tableware can be smoothly taken out from the bottom of the cavity 11, which is more convenient than the way that the bottom plate 14 is not detachable and only the tableware can be forcibly taken out from the inlet 111. And, after the bottom plate 14 is dismantled, can lift loading basket 100, at this moment, the tableware slides out chamber 11 and realizes automatic the piling up from chamber 11 bottom plate 14, so not only take out conveniently, can realize automatic the piling up moreover, improved and taken out efficiency.
In one example, the bottom panel 14 and the side panel 12 may be removably attached by screws. In another example, the bottom plate 14 and the side plate 12 may be detachably connected by a snap-fit connection, for example, a first snap-fit portion (not shown) is formed on the bottom plate 14, and a second snap-fit portion (not shown) is formed on the side plate 12, and the first snap-fit portion and the second snap-fit portion are snapped to realize the detachable connection of the bottom plate 14 and the side plate 12.
In particular, in this embodiment, the body 10 is substantially cylindrical in shape, with the inlet 111 of the chamber 11 being located at the top of the body 10 and the floor 14 being located at the bottom of the body 10 in the orientation of figures 1 and 5. It will be appreciated that after washing is completed, the user may further place the loading basket 100 vertically on a kitchen range or a table, at which time the loading basket 100 may be used as a rack for placing dishes, and when the user needs to take out the dishes, the user removes the bottom plate 14 and then lifts the loading basket 100, at which time the dishes slide out of the chamber 11 from the bottom plate 14 of the chamber 11 and automatic stacking is achieved. It should be noted that for fragile tableware (e.g., glass tableware and ceramic tableware), the user needs to lift the loading basket 100 more slowly to avoid the breakage of the tableware due to rapid falling. It is understood that in other embodiments, the outer shape of the body 10 may be other shapes, such as a square column shape, a polygonal shape, an irregular shape, or the like.
It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the bottom panel 14 and side panel 12 may also be rotatably connected, such as by a pivot (not shown), and the bottom panel 14 may be rotated relative to the side panel 12 to open and close the bottom of the chamber 11. Specifically, the bottom plate 14 may form a first connecting portion (not shown), the side plate 12 may form a second connecting portion (not shown), and the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion may be connected by a rotating shaft to achieve the rotational connection of the bottom plate 14 and the side plate 12. In addition, in order to fix the bottom plate 14 on the side plate 12 when the bottom plate 14 closes the bottom of the cavity 11, a snap structure may be formed on the side plate 12 or the bottom plate 14, for example, a snap groove may be formed on the side plate 12, and a protrusion may be formed on the bottom plate 14, and the protrusion is matched with the snap groove to fix the bottom plate 14 on the side plate 12.
Referring to fig. 8, in some embodiments, the body 10 includes a first member 101 and a second member 102, the first member 101 and the second member 102 are rotatably coupled, and the first member 101 and the second member 102 are capable of relative movement to close and open the chamber 11. Thus, the tableware can be taken out conveniently.
Specifically, a plurality of telescopic mechanisms 20 are provided on both the first member 101 and the second member 102, and when the first member 101 and the second member 102 are closed, they are connected to each other to define the cavity 11, and when the first member 101 and the second member 102 are in an open state, a side opening through which the dishes can be taken out is formed on the side of the cavity 11. When the tableware is to be taken out of the housing 11, the housing 11 can be opened by relatively separating the first part 101 and the second part 102 of the body 10, so that the user can conveniently and quickly take the tableware out of the first part or the second part. When loading dishes, the first and second parts 101 and 102 are combined and locked, and then, the user loads the dishes into the loading basket 100 through the inlet 111.
