Along with the popularization of the floor sweeping robot, the fact that the traditional floor sweeping robot needs to be manually cleaned can be found, the intelligent floor sweeping robot has an automatic cleaning function, however, sewage after cleaning is difficult to collect and properly process, a floor sweeping robot base station is easily polluted, a user often needs to clean the floor sweeping robot base station again due to the problem of the sewage when the user uses the floor sweeping robot, the intelligent floor sweeping robot is developed for the purpose of reducing housework burden of the user, and extra burden is brought to the user due to the defect of the existing automatic cleaning technology.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of pollution caused by how to place sewage after an intelligent sweeping robot automatically cleans a mop.

two valve rods are arranged on the water tank placing bin at positions corresponding to the one-way valves of the sewage tank, the sewage tank is placed in the water tank placing bin, and each valve rod opens the corresponding one-way valve; when the sewage tank is put forward, the check valve is in a closed state, and sewage is prevented from being leaked.
Preferably, the check valve comprises a valve seat, a valve core and an elastic support, the valve core is supported on the valve seat through the elastic support, the sewage tank is installed on the water tank placing bin, the valve rod jacks the valve core from the bottom inlet of the valve seat, a passage arranged in the center of the valve rod is communicated with a passage arranged in the valve seat, and when the sewage tank is lifted out of the water tank placing bin, the valve core presses the bottom inlet of the valve seat and closes the passage of the valve seat under the action of the elastic support.
Preferably, a floating ball is arranged in the sewage tank, and when the water level in the sewage tank reaches a set water level line, the floating ball floats upwards to trigger a signal to alarm and control the air pump to stop working.

Fig. 1 is a schematic view of an internal structure of an intelligent floor sweeping robot base station, wherein a sewage tank 1 and a base station body are detachably designed, and the sewage tank 1 can be lifted from a water tank storage bin 2 of the base station so as to facilitate sewage dumping and treatment; two one-way valves 3 are arranged in the sewage tank 1, one-way valve is used for ventilating to form negative pressure in the sewage tank, and the other one-way valve is used for ventilating to suck sewage; two valve rods 4 are arranged at the positions of the water tank placing bin 2 corresponding to the one-way valves 3 of the sewage tank 1, the sewage tank 1 is placed in the water tank placing bin 2, and each valve rod 4 opens the corresponding one-way valve 3.
Fig. 2 is a schematic view of a negative pressure water absorption structure, wherein a one-way valve for ventilation is connected to an air pump 22 through an air pipe 21, and the air pump 22 pumps air to form negative pressure in the sewage tank 2; the one-way valve for water communication is communicated to a cleaning area arranged on the base station base through a water pipe 22 and is used for sucking sewage; fig. 3 shows a schematic diagram of structural cooperation between the check valve 3 and the valve rod 4, the check valve 3 includes a valve seat 31, a valve core 32 and an elastic support 33, the valve core 32 is supported on the valve seat 31 through the elastic support 33, the waste water tank 1 is installed on the water tank storage bin 2, the valve rod 4 jacks up the valve core 32 from a bottom inlet of the valve seat 31, a passage arranged at the center of the valve rod 4 is communicated with a passage arranged on the valve seat 31, and when the waste water tank 1 is lifted out of the water tank storage bin 2, the valve core 32 presses the bottom inlet of the valve seat 31 under the action of the elastic support 32 to close the passage of the valve seat 31.
As shown in fig. 4, a floating ball 11 is arranged in the sewage tank 1, when the water level in the sewage tank 1 reaches a set water level, the floating ball 11 floats upwards, floats from a position a to a position B shown in the figure, a trigger signal alarms, the air pump 22 stops working, under the reminding of a base station, a user can lift the sewage tank 1 out of the water tank storage bin 2 so as to pour sewage, and when the sewage tank 1 is lifted out, the check valve 3 is in a closed state, so that the sewage cannot leak out of the water tank to cause secondary pollution.

1. A negative pressure water absorption structure applied to an intelligent sweeping robot is characterized by comprising a sewage tank and a water tank placing bin arranged on a sweeping robot base station;
the sewage tank is provided with two one-way valves, one-way valve is connected to the air pump through an air pipe to form negative pressure in the sewage tank, and the other one-way valve is communicated to a cleaning area arranged on the base station through a water pipe to absorb sewage;
two valve rods are arranged on the water tank placing bin at positions corresponding to the one-way valves of the sewage tank, the sewage tank is placed in the water tank placing bin, and each valve rod opens the corresponding one-way valve; when the sewage tank is put forward, the check valve is in a closed state, and sewage is prevented from being leaked.
