Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of environment-friendly equipment, and particularly relates to a biodegradation device, an intelligent ecological environment-friendly toilet and an ecological treatment method for human excrement.
Background
At present, all the water flushing type toilets, the packaging type toilets and the dry toilets which are used conventionally are three types. However, the three toilets are greatly limited due to the influence of factors such as cost, water supply and drainage systems, environmental pollution, dangerous methane explosion of the septic tank and the like. The water-flushing toilet is the most used toilet in the city at present, excrement needs to be cleared through water and a sewer, and then is conveyed through a fertilizer tank or a pipeline for centralized treatment, so that water resources are wasted, and the daily maintenance and operation cost is high; the packing type toilet belongs to a flush-free toilet, excrement needs to be packed and processed by plastic bags and the like, and then is transported to a processing place for processing, and a plurality of problems and potential safety hazards exist in the transportation and processing processes; the dry latrine mainly exists in rural areas, towns and parts of cities in China, generally has no complete anti-seepage and covering measures, is easy to pollute water and air, is a breeding and hatching place for pathogens such as mosquitoes, flies and the like, is easy to infect diseases, and has wide range of toilet odor and fouling.
The harmless treatment of human excrement is always one of the key problems concerned by the country. Therefore, the concept of the ecological toilet is presented, and the ecological toilet refers to a toilet which does not pollute the environment, can fully utilize various resources and emphasizes the concepts and functions of pollutant self-purification and resource recycling. At present, most of the ecological toilets decompose excrement by using microorganisms, and the microorganisms are used for carrying out biodegradation on available molecular organic compounds in the excrement and converting the molecular organic compounds into bacterial biomass, competitively inhibiting and killing pathogenic microorganisms in the excrement, so that harmless and recycling treatment of the excrement is realized, a pollution-free discharge function can be achieved, and no pollution is caused to the environment.
The microbial toilet has appeared in the market at the end of the twentieth century, the existing microbial toilet mainly needs solid-liquid separation, namely excrement and urine are separately treated, water which can be changed after the urine treatment can be used as greening water, and residues of the excrement treatment can be used as organic fertilizer. Although the ecological toilet has more benefits, the growth environment of microbial strains is harsh, if the environmental change is not suitable for microbial decomposition, for example, the proper conditions cannot be reached after the temperature and the humidity change, the efficiency of decomposing organic matters in excrement and killing pathogenic microorganisms by the microorganisms can be greatly reduced, and the problems that the decomposition effect of the ecological toilet on the excrement is often poor, peculiar smell is easy to generate, the excrement overflows and the like due to high equipment failure rate and the like caused by poor mixing uniformity, excessively complex decomposition, a transmission device and the like are caused because the solid-liquid separation difficulty of the ecological toilet is high, a stirring dead angle is easy to exist, and therefore the application of the microorganisms in the ecological toilet is restricted.
Therefore, for the microbial environment-friendly toilet, how to build a proper environment to maintain good biological activity and high-efficiency growth and reproduction capacity of mixed microorganisms is a technical problem to be solved urgently and is also a key technical problem for popularization of the intelligent ecological environment-friendly toilet.

Gas firstly passes through glass fiber adsorption filter element 93 and carries out prefiltering, and the absorption filter element 94 of active carbon filter cotton adsorbs some impurity again, gets rid of the peculiar smell, and active carbon granule adsorption filter element 95 adsorbs other impurity of filtration again, further gets rid of the peculiar smell, and ultraviolet ray and ozone disinfection and sterilization part 96 carry out disinfection and sterilization, guarantee that the air is aseptic healthy, then discharge in the air.
In one embodiment, a plurality of drawer-type fixing grooves 97 are disposed in the purifying duct 91, and the glass fiber adsorbing and filtering component 93, the activated carbon filter element 94, the activated carbon particle adsorbing and filtering component 95, and the ultraviolet or ozone disinfecting and sterilizing component 96 are respectively installed in one drawer-type fixing groove 97 for easy replacement. Fig. 9 and 10 show how the glass fiber adsorption filter member 93 is mounted.
The intelligent ecological treatment method for human excrement by adopting the intelligent ecological environment-friendly toilet 100 comprises the following steps:
the environment detection assembly 70 detects the temperature, humidity, ammonia concentration and/or hydrogen sulfide concentration at the outlet end of the exhaust pipe 61, and controls the operation of the stirring motor 52 and the exhaust fan 62 based on these data.
Initially, the stirring motor 52 operates at a low speed to stir, the heating element 21 starts heating at a low temperature, the exhaust fan 62 rotates at a low speed to exhaust or stops operating, and the environment detection assembly 70 detects the temperature, humidity, ammonia concentration and/or hydrogen sulfide concentration at the outlet end of the exhaust pipe 61; when there is no excrement passing through the excrement receiving duct 41, the humidity, the ammonia concentration and/or the hydrogen sulfide concentration are low or zero, the stirring motor 52 is still rotating at a low speed, the heating member 21 is still heating at a low temperature, the exhaust fan 62 is rotating at a low speed or stopped, and the air cleaning device 90 is turned on to clean the gas discharged from the degradation container 20.
When excrement passes through the excrement access pipeline 41, the biological degradation liquid spraying component 42 sprays biological degradation liquid, and the excrement and the biological degradation liquid form a mixture; the humidity, the ammonia concentration and/or the hydrogen sulfide concentration are increased, the stirring motor 52 is started to rotate at a certain higher speed, the heating component 21 is started to heat at a certain higher temperature, and the exhaust fan 62 is started to rotate at a certain higher speed; the air cleaning device 90 is turned on to clean the gas discharged from the degradation vessel 20.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.
