Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of daily necessities, in particular to a straw.
Background
The suction pipe is a very common daily product in daily life of people, is well known and is frequently used, the suction pipe utilizes the principle of atmospheric pressure, partial air is sucked away from the suction pipe during use, the pressure in the suction pipe is reduced, and the atmospheric pressure can force liquid in the suction pipe to rise in order to balance the air pressure. When the suction stops, the liquid in the tube drops and the pressure returns to equilibrium.
The convenience of the straw in use enables the straw to be widely used in restaurants, milk tea shops and the like, and the straw is simple to produce and suitable for mass production, so that the daily use amount of the straw is very large. However, the straws are usually made of plastic, most straws are disposable straws, and people can directly throw away the straws after using the straws, so that the daily consumption of the straws is basically equal to the daily waste amount of the straws, the daily waste amount is very large, and the waste straws can cause environmental pollution.
At present, in order to reduce the use of the suction pipe, a plurality of manufacturers can produce the suction pipe made of metal, the suction pipe can be used for a plurality of times, but the problems that the residual slag in the suction pipe is not easy to clean and the production cost is high exist.
Disclosure of Invention
The main technical problem who solves of this application provides a straw, can solve the inside residue of straw and do not wash and problem that manufacturing cost is high well.
In order to solve the technical problem, the application adopts a technical scheme that: the suction pipe comprises an elastic pipe body, wherein the elastic pipe body comprises a first side edge, a second side edge, a third side edge and a fourth side edge, and the first side edge, the second side edge, the third side edge and the fourth side edge are connected end to end;
the elastic pipe body can surround the pipeline under the elastic action, so that a first part of the elastic pipe body, which is adjacent to the first side edge, and a third part of the elastic pipe body, which is adjacent to the third side edge, are stacked, and the first part and the third part of the elastic pipe body are in elastic butt joint to form a closed pipeline.
The beneficial effect of this application is: being different from the situation of the prior art, the application provides a straw, this straw includes elasticity body, and elasticity body can enclose synthetic pipeline under elastic effect, and the elasticity butt of first portion and third part causes the pipeline to be sealed. Therefore, the pipe sealing structure can utilize two states of the elastic pipe body, namely the states of the preset first part and the third part which are not elastically abutted under the condition that metal materials are not suitable for being used, and the pipe is not sealed at the moment. The suction pipe is convenient for cleaning residues remained in the suction pipe; when the first and third portions are in elastic abutment, the elastic tube body forms a sealed conduit, and the straw can now be used as a conventional straw.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, an embodiment of the present application provides a straw, which includes an elastic tube 10, the elastic tube 10 includes a first side 110, a second side 120, a third side 130, and a fourth side 140, and the first side 110, the second side 120, the third side 130, and the fourth side 140 are connected end to end; the elastic tube 10 can surround the duct under the elastic action, so that a first portion 151 adjacent to the first side 110 and a third portion 152 adjacent to the third side 130 of the elastic tube 10 are stacked, and the first portion 151 and the third portion 152 of the elastic tube 10 are elastically abutted to form a sealed duct.
In one embodiment of the present application, the straw includes two states, when the elastic tube 10 is broken by an external force, such that the first portion 151 adjacent to the first side 110 and the third portion 152 adjacent to the third side 130 are separated, the straw forms a pipeline with an opening at one side, and a sealed pipeline structure is not formed. When the external force is removed, the elastic tube 10 is elastically curled, so that the first portion 151 and the third portion 152 are elastically abutted to form a sealed pipeline, and the suction tube can be normally used by utilizing the principle of atmospheric pressure as a conventional suction tube.
The suction pipe in one embodiment of the application can be used in at least two application ranges, namely, the sizes of the elastic abutting forces corresponding to different applications are different; one example of this is: the first portion 151 and the third portion 152 of the elastic tube body 10 form a seal, and the elastic action between the first portion 151 and the third portion 152 is large. A second example thereof: the first portion 151 and the third portion 152 of the elastomeric body 10 form a seal, and the elastic interaction between the first portion 151 and the third portion 152 is less than the elastic interaction in the first use condition; when the straw is in the first use state, the straw can be used alone, namely, the cup body with an open mouth is formed, and when the first part 151 and the third part 152 of the elastic tube body 10 are abutted, the straw can be directly inserted for use. When the straw is in the second use state, the straw can be used independently, and the sealing effect can also be increased by means of external force, namely, a feeding bottle or a milk cup or the like for inserting the straw into the bottle cap is specially arranged at the top of the bottle cap, when the first part 151 and the third part 152 of the elastic tube body 10 are abutted, the elastic abutting effect of the straw per se forms sealing, and the sealing effect can be better by utilizing the limitation of the inserting hole. Of course, the application range of the embodiment of the present application is very wide, and other use cases of the suction pipe are not described herein.
Further, a distance between the first portion 151 and the opposite duct sidewall when the first portion 151 and the third portion 152 of the elastic tube body 10 are elastically abutted against each other is defined as a first distance 160, a distance between the third portion 152 and the opposite duct sidewall is defined as a second distance 170, and a distance between the first portion 151 and the opposite duct sidewall when the first portion 151 of the elastic tube body 10 is not elastically abutted by the third portion 152 in a state of enclosing the duct is defined as a third distance 180; when the third portion 152 is not elastically abutted by the first portion 151 in a state of enclosing the pipeline, the distance between the third portion 152 and the opposite side wall of the pipeline is a fourth distance 190, and the first portion 151 is defined to be positioned at the outer side of the pipeline, and the third portion 152 is positioned at the inner side of the pipeline; wherein the first distance 160 is greater than the third distance 180 and the second distance 170 is less than the fourth distance 190. When the first portion 151 and the third portion 152 of the elastic tube 10 are elastically abutted against each other, compared to the original state of the straw, the first portion 151 will receive the elastic force of the third portion 152, and under the elastic force of the third portion 152, the distance between the first portion 151 and the opposite side wall of the pipeline is greater than the distance between the first portion 151 losing the abutting force and the opposite side wall of the pipeline, and the distance between the third portion 152 and the opposite side wall of the pipeline is smaller than the distance between the third portion 152 losing the abutting force and the opposite side wall of the pipeline; i.e., the first distance 160 is greater than the third distance 180; the second distance 170 is less than the fourth distance 190. Further, in order to maintain the elastic tube 10 in a sealed state for a long time, it is necessary to control the elastic limit of the elastic tube 10, that is, in an embodiment of the present application, the first distance 160 is at least one half of the value of the third distance 180.
Specifically, in one embodiment of the present application, both surfaces of the first portion 151 and the third portion 152 of the elastic tube body 10 abutting each other are smooth surfaces.
In other embodiments, at least one of the two surfaces of the first portion 151 and the third portion 152 of the elastic tube body 10 elastically abutting each other is a rough surface. Or one of two surfaces of the first portion 151 and the third portion 152 of the elastic tube body 10 elastically abutting each other is a smooth surface. The other has a groove extending axially along the resilient tube 10, which is attached to the smooth surface to form a vacuum-absorbed state. The arrangement can ensure that the straw can be normally used.
The first portion 151 or the third portion 152 of the elastic tube body 10 are elastically compressed by at least one tenth of each after being elastically abutted against each other. The pipette may be used normally with atmospheric pressure because the elastic force limits the abutment of the first and third portions 151 and 152 to form a seal with the side walls of the elastic tube body.
The first portion 151 or the third portion 152 of the elastic tube body 10 is different in material elasticity in thickness. The elasticity adjacent the mutual elastic abutment is stronger than the elasticity remote from the mutual elastic abutment.
In one embodiment of the present application, the thickness of the elastic tube 10 is at least 0.5 mm. The thickness used for the different materials will vary in value but will be greater than 0.5 mm.
The material of the elastic tube 10 is one of silicone, rubber, polyvinyl chloride, polypropylene, polyethylene or thermoplastic soft rubber.
The hardness of the elastic tube 10 is at least shore a80 °.
To sum up, an embodiment of the present application provides a straw, which can form a sealed pipeline when the first portion 151 and the third portion 152 are elastically abutted, and then can be used as a normal straw, when the residue inside the elastic tube 10 needs to be cleaned, the original state of the elastic tube 10 to the first portion 151 and the third portion 152 that are not elastically abutted can be recovered, and the elastic tube 10 can be unfolded by an external force, and thus the residue inside the elastic tube 10 can be cleaned conveniently.
The above description is only an embodiment of the present invention, and not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and all modifications of equivalent structures and equivalent processes performed by the present specification and drawings, or directly or indirectly applied to other related technical fields, are included in the scope of the present invention.
