Claims (5)

1. the dustproof mechanism comprises a fixed plate (1), a first end plate (2) and a second end plate (3) are fixed on one surface of the fixed plate (1), a cover plate (4) is fixed between the first end plate (2) and the second end plate (3), the cover plate (4) is positioned right above a flat plate integrated machine body (25), a clamping groove (5) is formed in one surface of the fixed plate (1), a first threaded hole (6) is formed in the other surface of the fixed plate (1), the clamping groove (5) and the first threaded hole (6) are mutually communicated, and the fixed plate (1) is connected with a first bolt (7) through the first threaded hole (6) in a threaded mode;
the cleaning device comprises a cover plate (4), a supporting plate (8) is fixed on the upper surface of the cover plate (4), a driving motor (9) is fixed on one surface of the supporting plate (8), a first belt pulley (10) is fixed at one end of an output shaft of the driving motor (9), a connecting rod (11) is fixed at the other end of the first belt pulley (10), the other end of the connecting rod (11) is rotationally connected with the upper surface of the cover plate (4) through a bearing, a dustproof layer (12) is fixed on one surface of the cover plate (4), a pressing plate (13) is fixed at the other end of the dustproof layer (12), cleaning wipes (15) are fixed on the pressing plate (13) through a plurality of second bolts (14) which are distributed in a linear arrangement, a flat plate integrated machine body (25) is positioned between a fixing plate (1) and the cleaning wipes (15), the fixing plate (1) and the cleaning wipes (15) are fixedly connected with the flat plate integrated machine body (25) through the first bolts (7), a second threaded hole (16) and a sliding groove (17) are formed in the pressing plate (13), and the second threaded hole (16) and the sliding groove (17) are respectively positioned on two sides of the cleaning wipes (15).
The dust-proof device is characterized in that a connecting groove (18) is formed in one surface of the first end plate (2) and one surface of the second end plate (3), two connecting grooves (18) are correspondingly formed, the dust-proof layer (12) is in clearance fit with the two connecting grooves (18), the pressing plate (13) is in sliding fit with the two connecting grooves (18), a sliding rod (20) is fixed between one opposite inner wall of one connecting groove (18), a threaded lead screw (19) is rotatably connected to one inner wall of the other connecting groove (18) through a bearing, a second belt pulley (21) is fixedly arranged on the other end of the threaded lead screw (19) penetrating through the other inner wall of the connecting groove (18), the joint of the threaded lead screw (19) and the other inner wall of the connecting groove (18) is rotatably connected through a bearing, and a belt (22) is in transmission fit on the first belt pulley (10) and the second belt pulley (21).
The pressing plate (13) is in threaded connection with a threaded screw rod (19) through a second threaded hole (16) on the pressing plate, and the sliding rod (20) is in sliding fit with the inner wall of the sliding groove (17);
the dust collecting mechanism comprises a dust storage box (29) and a dust collection box (30) with an upward opening, the dust collection box (30) is positioned right below the flat plate integrated machine body (25), one side surface of the dust collection box (30) is fixedly connected with one surface of the first supporting plate (24), and the bottom of the dust storage box (29) is fixedly connected with the upper surface of the second supporting plate (26);
a dust guide plate (38) is fixed on one opposite inner wall of the dust collection box (30), the two dust guide plates (38) are distributed in a horn-shaped arrangement, a plurality of dust guide pipes (31) which are distributed in a linear arrangement are fixedly penetrated through the bottom of the dust collection box (30), and the other ends of the dust guide pipes (31) penetrate through the top of the dust storage box (29) and extend into the dust storage box (29);
a discharge chute (35) is formed on one side surface of the dust storage box (29);
a box door (36) is rotatably connected to one side surface of the dust storage box (29) through a hinge;
the box door (36) is in clearance fit with the discharge chute (35), and a lock catch (37) is fixed on one surface of the box door (36);
the box door (36) is fixedly connected with the Chu Chenxiang (29) through a lock catch (37);
a blower (32) is fixed at the top of the dust storage box (29);
one end of an air inlet of the air blower (32) is fixedly communicated with an air conveying pipe (33), and the other end of the air conveying pipe (33) penetrates through the top of the dust storage box (29) and is fixedly provided with a filter screen (34);
