All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
The terms first, second and the like in the description and in the claims of the present application are used for distinguishing between similar elements and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. It is to be understood that the data so used is interchangeable under appropriate circumstances such that the embodiments of the application are capable of operation in sequences other than those illustrated or described herein. In addition, "and/or" in the specification and claims means at least one of connected objects, a character "/" generally means that a preceding and succeeding related objects are in an "or" relationship.
The following describes in detail an application icon display method and apparatus provided in the embodiments of the present application with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart of an application icon display method provided in an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 1, the method includes the following steps:
step 100, acquiring a network state of a current use scene of a terminal, and determining prompt information corresponding to the running state of a target application program in the terminal by combining the network state requirement of the target application program;
specifically, when the user uses the target application program in the terminal, in many cases, the user opens the target application program and uses the target application program for a period of time, and then can find that the network state of the current usage scenario is not suitable for using the target application program. The terminal can include, but is not limited to, a mobile phone, a notebook, a tablet computer or a vehicle-mounted computer; taking a mobile phone as an example, the signal intensity of the mobile phone shows a strong signal, but the mobile phone has a large delay, such as a sustained delay of 460ms, when running a real-time game application program, which results in very poor game experience of the user; or when the user opens the application program of the video playing class to prepare to watch the video, the video is seriously jammed.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the application, when the user does not open the target application, whether the network state of the current usage scene of the user terminal is suitable for using the target application is informed in advance through the prompt message, so that the user can clearly and quantitatively know the running state of the target application in the current usage scene, for example, the user can know that the target application is suitable for being used in the current network state, or the usage experience of the target application in the current network state is poor, or the target application is almost unusable in the current network state.
Specifically, the network state of the current usage scene of the terminal may be first obtained, the network state of the current usage scene of the terminal may be compared with the network state requirement of the target application program in the terminal, whether the network state of the current usage scene of the terminal meets the requirement of normal operation of the target application program is judged, the operation status of the target application program in the current usage scene of the terminal is obtained, and the corresponding prompt information is obtained.
Specifically, the network status of the target application in the terminal may include, but is not limited to, an uplink rate, a downlink rate, and a delay duration; due to the fact that different types of application programs have very large difference on the network state requirements, even the same type of application programs have certain difference on the network state requirements, for example, the application programs of the cloud storage type have high requirements on the uplink rate and low requirements on the delay time, but the live video playing application program has low requirements on the uplink rate and high requirements on the delay time. Therefore, the operation conditions of different applications in the terminal under the network state in the same usage scenario may also have a large difference. Therefore, in the embodiment of the application, after the network state of the current use scene of the terminal is obtained, the network state requirements of each application program can be obtained respectively, and then the prompt information of each application program is determined respectively.
It can be understood that, in the embodiment of the present application, taking a mobile phone as an example, network condition requirements when some common application programs are used may be configured in the mobile phone in advance in a form of a table when a terminal leaves a factory. The table of the mobile phone may include information of throughput required by uplink and downlink and minimum time delay for normal use of the common applications under normal use conditions. It can be understood that the data in the table can be obtained through a test in advance, and the application programs in the table and the data corresponding to the application programs can also be updated correspondingly when the mobile phone is already put into use, which is not limited in this embodiment. For example, suppose that the network state requirements of application 1, application 2, application 3, …, and application N in a certain mobile phone are shown in table 1 below, respectively, that is, application 1 in the mobile phone must normally operate in a network environment with an uplink rate greater than or equal to 100KB/s, a downlink rate greater than or equal to 200KB/s, and a delay less than 400 ms; an application program 2 in the mobile phone needs to normally run in a network environment with an uplink rate of more than or equal to 10KB/s, a downlink rate of more than or equal to 500KB/s and a delay of less than 300 ms; an application program 3 in the mobile phone needs to normally run … in the network environment with the uplink rate more than or equal to 500KB/s, the downlink rate more than or equal to 500KB/s and the delay less than 100ms, and an application program N in the mobile phone needs to normally run in the network environment with the uplink rate more than or equal to 700KB/s, the downlink rate more than or equal to 300KB/s and the delay less than 400 ms;

And step 110, displaying the icon of the target application program based on the prompt information.
Specifically, in order to enable the user to more intuitively know the running condition of the target application program in the current use scene of the terminal, an icon of the target application program can be displayed based on the prompt information.
Specifically, since the running states of the target application program in the current use scene of the terminal are different, the corresponding prompt information is different, and icons in different states can be correspondingly displayed.
In the embodiment of the application, the prompt information corresponding to the running state of the target application program is determined according to the network state of the current use scene of the terminal and the network state requirement of the target application program, and the running state of the network state of the target application program in the current use scene is prompted in a targeted manner, so that whether the current network state is suitable for using the target application program or not can be known in advance under the condition that the target application program is not opened by a user, and the running state of the target application program in the current network state can be intuitively known.
Optionally, the prompt message includes: the first prompt message, the second prompt message and the third prompt message;
the determining the prompt information corresponding to the running status of the target application program specifically includes:
determining the prompt information as first prompt information under the condition that the network state completely meets the network state requirement of the target application program;
determining the prompt information as second prompt information under the condition that the network state part meets the network state requirement of the target application program;
and under the condition that all the network states do not meet the network state requirement of the target application program, determining the prompt information as third prompt information.
Specifically, the prompt message may include a first prompt message, a second prompt message, and a third prompt message; in the embodiment of the application, the running state of the target application program in the current network state is prompted to the user through icon display, so that the user can know that the target application program is suitable for being used in the current network state and can correspond to the first prompt information, or know that the use experience of the target application program in the current network state is poor and can correspond to the second prompt information, or know that the target application program is almost unavailable in the current network state and can correspond to the third prompt information.
Specifically, in the case that the network states all meet the network state requirement of the target application, it may be determined that the target application is suitable for use in the current network state, and therefore an icon of the target application may be displayed based on the first prompt information;
for example, the network state requirements of application 1 in a certain terminal are: the uplink power is not less than 100KB/s, the downlink power is not less than 200KB/s, and the delay time is not more than 400 ms; if the network state of the current using scene of the terminal is the uplink power of 300KB/s, the downlink power of 300KB/s and the delay time of 200 ms; then it may be determined that the network states of the current usage scenario of the terminal all meet the network state requirement of the application 1, and then it may be determined that the application 1 is suitable for being used in the current network state, and therefore the icon of the application 1 may be displayed based on the first prompt information.
Specifically, under the condition that the network state partially meets the network state requirement of the target application program, it can be determined that the use experience of the target application program in the current network state is poor, and therefore the icon of the target application program can be displayed based on the second prompt information;
for example, the network state requirements of the application 2 in a certain terminal are: the uplink power is not less than 10KB/s, the downlink power is not less than 500KB/s, and the delay time is not more than 300 ms; if the network state of the current using scene of the terminal is the uplink power of 300KB/s, the downlink power of 300KB/s and the delay time of 200 ms; then, it may be determined by comparison that the downlink power in the network state of the current usage scenario of the terminal does not satisfy the network state requirement of the application program 2, that is, the network state partially satisfies the network state requirement of the application program 2, and then it may be determined that the usage experience of the application program 2 in the current network state is relatively poor, so that the icon of the application program 2 may be displayed based on the second prompt information.
Specifically, in a case where all the network states do not satisfy the network state requirement of the target application, it may be determined that the target application is hardly usable in the current network state, and thus an icon of the target application may be displayed based on the third prompt information.
For example, the network state requirements of the application 3 in a certain terminal are: the uplink power is not less than 500KB/s, the downlink power is not less than 500KB/s, and the delay time is not more than 100 ms; if the network state of the current using scene of the terminal is the uplink power of 300KB/s, the downlink power of 300KB/s and the delay time of 200 ms; it may be determined by comparison that all the network states of the current usage scenario of the terminal do not satisfy the network state requirement of the application 3, and it may be determined that the application 3 is hardly usable in the current network state, so that the icon of the application 3 may be displayed based on the third prompt information.
Optionally, the displaying an icon of the target application based on the prompt information includes:
under the condition that the prompt information is first prompt information, displaying an icon of the target application program in a full-bright mode;
under the condition that the prompt information is second prompt information, a gray layer for covering a partial area of the icon is displayed on the icon of the target application program in an overlapping mode; wherein the area of the gray scale layer is proportional to the operating condition;
and under the condition that the prompt message is a third prompt message, a gray layer for covering the whole area of the icon is superposed and displayed on the icon of the target application program.
Specifically, in the case that the prompt message is the first prompt message, the icon of the target application program may be displayed in full brightness, so as to prompt the user that the target application program is suitable for being used in the current network state.
Fig. 2 is a first schematic diagram of Application icon display provided in the embodiment of the present Application, and as shown in fig. 2, 5 applications APPs (applications) are displayed on a current display interface in the terminal, in the embodiment of the present Application, when it is determined that the 5 applications can be normally used in a network state of a current usage scene of the terminal, the icons of the 5 APPs are displayed in a full-bright manner. It is to be understood that the "full bright display" proposed in the embodiment of the present application may be brightness enhancement of the application icon, or may be normal display of the application icon.
Specifically, under the condition that the prompt message is the second prompt message, a gray layer for covering a partial area of an icon of the target application program is displayed in an overlapping mode; namely, the part area of the icon is displayed in gray scale, and other areas of the icon are normally displayed; the user is prompted that the target application program has poor use experience in the current network state.
It is understood that the area of the gray layer is proportional to the operation status, for example, one third of the icon may be displayed in gray scale if it is determined that the current network status only has one item that does not meet the network status requirement of the target application; when it is determined that two network states currently do not meet the network state requirement of the target application, two thirds of the icon may be displayed in a gray scale, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of Application icon display provided in the embodiment of the present Application, and as shown in fig. 3, a total of 4 applications APP (Application) are displayed on a current display interface in the terminal, in the embodiment of the present Application, when it is determined that the use experiences of the 4 applications in the network state of the current use scene of the terminal are all relatively poor, the lower half area of the icons of the 4 APPs is displayed in a grayscale manner. It should be understood that, in this embodiment, only the left portion, the right portion, the upper left portion, the lower right portion, and the like of the application icon may be displayed in a gray scale, and any method that can realize the icon portion area of the application icon in a gray scale may be applied to this embodiment, and this embodiment is not limited thereto.
Specifically, in the case that the prompt message is the third prompt message, a gray layer for covering the entire area of the icon may be displayed in a superimposed manner on the icon of the target application program, so as to prompt the user that the target application program is hardly usable in the current network state.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of Application icon display provided in the embodiment of the present Application, and as shown in fig. 4, a total of 5 applications APPs (applications) are displayed on a current display interface in the terminal, in the embodiment of the present Application, when it is confirmed that all of the 5 applications are almost unusable in a network state of a current usage scene of the terminal, the icons of the 5 APPs are displayed in full gray, that is, a gray layer is covered on the icons of the 5 APPs. It should be understood that the "full gray display" proposed in the embodiment of the present application may be a brightness reduction of the application icon, a black and white display of the application icon, or a color reduction of the application icon, and this embodiment is not limited thereto.
It will be appreciated that the icons of the greyscale display application do not represent a prohibition or restriction to the user from normally opening the APP, but rather prompt the user in advance.
It can be understood that, because different applications have different requirements for the network state, the prompt information corresponding to different applications in the same terminal in the network state of the current usage scenario of the terminal may be different, and thus the corresponding icons are displayed differently.
For example, if the network state of the current usage scenario of a certain terminal is acquired as 300KB/s of uplink power, 300KB/s of downlink power, and 200ms of delay time; the network state requirements of the APP1 in the terminal are: the uplink power is not less than 100KB/s, the downlink power is not less than 200KB/s, and the delay time is not more than 400 ms; the network state requirements of the APP2 in the terminal are: the uplink power is not less than 10KB/s, the downlink power is not less than 500KB/s, and the delay time is not more than 300 ms; the network state requirements of the APP3 in the terminal are: the uplink power is not less than 500KB/s, the downlink power is not less than 500KB/s, and the delay time is not more than 100 ms; then, it can be contrastingly determined that APP1 is suitable for use in the current network state, APP2 experiences poor use in the current network state, and APP3 is almost unusable in the current network state; fig. 5 is a fourth schematic view of application icon display provided in the embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 5, an icon of APP1 may be fully displayed in a bright manner based on the first prompt information, a gray layer for covering a partial area of the icon is displayed in an overlapping manner on the icon of APP2 based on the second prompt information, and a gray layer for covering a whole area of the icon is displayed in an overlapping manner on the icon of APP3 based on the third prompt information.
Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of application icon display provided in the embodiment of the present application, where as shown in fig. 6, a total of 4 applications APPs are displayed on a current display interface in the terminal, and it is determined that, based on a network state of a current usage scenario of the terminal and network state requirements of the 4 APPs, usage experiences of APP1 and APP3 in the current network state are relatively poor, APP2 is suitable for being used in the current network state, and APP4 is hardly usable in the current network state; therefore, the icon of the APP1 can be displayed in a full-bright mode based on the first prompt message, a gray layer for covering partial areas of the icon is displayed on the icons of the APP1 and the APP3 in an overlapped mode based on the second prompt message, and a gray layer for covering the whole area of the icon is displayed on the icon of the APP4 in an overlapped mode based on the third prompt message.
In the embodiment of the application, when the icon of the target application program is displayed based on the prompt information, the icon can be displayed in an underline form. For example, in the case that the prompt information is different prompt information, different types of underlines may be displayed under the icon of the target application program; for example, when the prompt information is the first prompt information, a dash-down straight line may be displayed under the icon of the target application program, when the prompt information is the second prompt information, a dash-down dotted line may be displayed under the icon of the target application program, and when the prompt information is the third prompt information, two dash-down dotted lines may be displayed under the icon of the target application program; fig. 7 is a schematic diagram six of application icon display provided in the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 7, a total of 4 applications APPs are displayed on a current display interface in the terminal, it is determined that the use experience of APP1 in the current network state is relatively poor based on the network state of the current use scenario of the terminal and the network state requirements of the 4 APPs, APP2 and APP3 are suitable for use in the current network state, and APP4 is hardly usable in the current network state; it is therefore possible to display one dashed line under the icon of APP1, one straight line under each of the icons of APP2 and APP3, and two dashed lines under the icon of APP 4.
In the embodiment of the application, when the icon of the target application program is displayed based on the prompt information, the prompt can be directly performed by using characters. For example, when the prompt information is different, different text prompts can be directly adopted under the icon of the target application program; for example, when the prompt information is the first prompt information, "normal use" may be displayed under the icon of the target application program, "normal use disabled" may be displayed under the icon of the target application program when the prompt information is the second prompt information, and "complete disable" may be displayed under the icon of the target application program when the prompt information is the third prompt information; fig. 8 is a schematic diagram seven of application icon display provided in the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 8, a total of 5 applications APPs are displayed on a current display interface in the terminal, it is determined that the use experiences of APP1 and APP4 in the current network state are poor based on the network state of the current usage scenario of the terminal and the network state requirements of the 5 APPs, APP2 and APP3 are suitable for being used in the current network state, and APP5 is hardly usable in the current network state; it is therefore possible to display "normal use disabled" under the icons of APP1 and APP4, "normal use" under the icons of APP2 and APP3, and "completely disabled" under the icon of APP 5.
In the embodiment of the application, when the icon of the target application program is displayed based on the prompt information, the prompt can be realized through bubbles or corner marks. For example, when the prompt information is different, different bubbles or corner marks can be directly adopted for prompting under the icon of the target application program; for example, in the case where the prompt information is the first prompt information, the subscript a may be displayed on the icon of the target application program, in the case where the prompt information is the second prompt information, the subscript b may be displayed on the icon of the target application program, and in the case where the prompt information is the third prompt information, the subscript c may be displayed on the icon of the target application program; fig. 9 is an eighth schematic diagram of application icon display provided in the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 9, a total of 5 applications APPs are displayed on a current display interface in the terminal, it is determined that, based on a network state of a current usage scenario of the terminal and network state requirements of the 5 APPs, usage experiences of APP1 and APP2 in the current network state are relatively poor, APP3 and APP4 are suitable for being used in the current network state, and APP5 is hardly usable in the current network state; it is thus possible to display a corner mark b on the icons of APP1 and APP2, a corner mark a on the icons of APP3 and APP3, and a corner mark c on the icon of APP 5.
It can be understood that, as long as the icon display method corresponding to different prompt messages can be distinguished, the method is applicable to the embodiment, and the embodiment is not limited thereto.
Based on different requirements of different application programs on the network state, the method and the device for displaying the running state of each application program in the terminal in the network state of the current use scene aim at displaying the running state of each application program in the terminal in a targeted mode, so that a user can visually see which APPs can be normally used, which APPs can be reluctantly used and which APPs can extremely influence user experience in the current network state.
Optionally, the current usage scenario includes a current usage location, or includes a current usage location and a current usage time; the acquiring the network state of the current use scene of the terminal comprises the following steps:
monitoring the network state of the current use place of the terminal in real time;
specifically, when the network state of the current usage scenario of the terminal is obtained, the current usage scenario may only include the current usage location, that is, the network state of the current usage location of the terminal may be monitored in real time, and then compared with the network state requirement of the target application program, so as to determine the prompt information of the target network state requirement.
Or under the condition that the current use place is different from the common place, monitoring the network state of the current use place of the terminal in real time;
specifically, when the network state of the current usage scenario of the terminal is obtained, a network assistant may be added to the terminal for performing usage scenario identification.
In particular, for a general user, the terminal may be used at a high frequency in some places to connect to the network, such as the user's home or the user's work place, and therefore, for the user's terminal, these high frequency places are the common places of the terminal. Under the condition that the network assistant recognizes that the current use site of the terminal is different from the common site, for example, when the terminal is located in a new place through GPS (Global Positioning System) Positioning monitoring of the network assistant, the network state of the current use site of the terminal can be monitored in real time, the current network state is pushed and reflected to APP use experience, namely, an icon of an application program is displayed based on the network state of the current use site of the terminal and the network state requirement of the application program, and if the icon of the application program of the terminal is already in the state of running state display, the icon display of the application program can be correspondingly updated.
Or under the condition that the current using place is the same as a common place, acquiring the historical network state corresponding to the common place;
