Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.
First embodiment
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart of a quick call method according to a first embodiment of the present invention is shown, where the method includes:
step S10: every other preset period, acquiring call contacts in the call record within the preset period;
step S20: obtaining M target contacts according to the call duration and/or the call times of each call contact; wherein M is a positive integer;
step S30: performing one-to-one association between the M target contacts and M dialing keys on a dialing keyboard;
step S40: when detecting that a user triggers a target dialing key in a preset triggering mode, initiating a call calling request to the target contact associated with the target dialing key, wherein the target dialing key is any dialing key in the M dialing keys.
The method of the invention can be embedded into the operating system of the mobile phone for use (forming system software), and can also form independently installed software for installation and use in the operating system of the mobile phone, without limitation.
In step S10, the preset period may be a specified time length set by the user or a time length preset by the operating system. For example, the preset period may be 3 days, 5 days, 7 days, 10 days, 14 days, 15 days, or one month, etc., without limitation. The call record is the record of the user for making and/or receiving calls; the call record includes, but is not limited to, call duration, call times, call time point, etc. Further, the call records obtained in this embodiment may include the following three cases: 1. only contains the call record of the call; 2. only containing the call records of the answering calls; 3. including call records for making and receiving calls.
Optionally, the following types of contacts are not counted when counting the call contacts: the system comprises a bank, an insurance provider, an express provider, a take-out provider and a telecom operator, so that call contacts really needed by a user can be matched more accurately. That is, before step S20, the method may further include the steps of: screening invalid contact persons in the call records to obtain the call contact persons; wherein the invalid contact comprises: bank, insurance, courier, take-out, and telecom operators.
Corresponding labels can be set for contact users in the categories of bank, insurance, express delivery, takeaway and telecom operators, and default labels can also be marked by an operating system. At least two screening modes are included when screening out invalid contacts as follows:
1. and acquiring the contact persons corresponding to all the call records in the preset period, then eliminating the contact persons in the types of banks, insurance, express delivery, takeaway, telecom operators and the like, and finally acquiring the call contact persons in the preset period.
2. When the contact corresponding to the call record in the preset period starts to be counted, the contact of the types of the bank, the insurance, the express delivery, the takeaway, the telecom operator and the like is not counted, and the call contact in the preset period is obtained after counting is completed.
Step S20: obtaining M target contacts according to the call duration and/or the call times of each call contact; wherein M is a positive integer.
In step S20, the call duration may indirectly reflect the importance of a contact to the user, and the call duration represents the total duration of one or more calls made by a contact within the preset period. The number of times of conversation may reflect the frequency of communication of a contact to the user, i.e., whether the communication is frequently used.
At present, for people, work and life are separated from each other in most cases. However, the mobile phone of the same user often has working phones of colleagues, clients and leaders, and meanwhile, the mobile phone of the same user also has life communication phones of family members, friends and classmates. Specifically, for the user, the working telephone of the colleague, the client, the leader and the like is a telephone with a high frequency of conversation; the communication telephone for family, friend, classmate and other life is a telephone with long call time. Based on this, step S20 may specifically include:
step S21: obtaining P important contacts according to the call duration of each call contact; wherein, P is a positive integer;
step S22: obtaining Q frequently-used contacts according to the number of times of communication of each communication contact; wherein Q is a positive integer;
step S23: and merging the P important contacts with repeated contacts in the Q common contacts to obtain the M target contacts.
In step S21, the contacts in the call records in the preset period may be sorted from long to short according to the call duration, and then the first P call contacts with the longest call duration are taken as important contacts.
Similarly, in step S22, the contacts in the call records in the preset period may be sorted according to the number of calls from most to least, and then the top Q call contacts with the largest number of calls are used as the common contacts.
In step S23, the merging processing method for the duplicate contacts may specifically include: 1. if the names of the repeated contacts are the same and the numbers are different, the two repeated contacts can be merged and the two numbers are reserved. 2. If the repeated contacts have the same number and different names, one contact can be deleted at will. 3. If the duplicate contact number and name are the same, one of the two duplicate contacts may be deleted at random.
Step S30: and carrying out one-to-one association on the M target contact persons and M dialing keys on a dialing keyboard.
In step S30, the dial pad may be a physical pad or a virtual pad on the display. When the dial pad is a virtual pad, as shown in fig. 2. In this embodiment, the dialing keys may include number keys 1 to 9, a "+" key, a "#" key, and alphabet keys a to z in the numeric keypad, without limitation.
In this embodiment, the target contact is associated with the dialing key, which means that when the dialing key is triggered according to the preset trigger mode, a call request can be initiated to the contact corresponding to the dialing key. The preset triggering mode may include:
1. and triggering the long press key to indicate that the long press of the dialing key exceeds a preset time length, and dialing the target contact corresponding to the current long press of the dialing key. The preset time period can be set by a user, and for example, the preset time period can be 1s, 0.7s, 0.5s, and the like, without limitation.
2. And triggering a sliding key to indicate that when the dialing key is pressed and slides, the target contact corresponding to the currently sliding dialing key is dialed. Specifically, the pressing and sliding of the dial key may be, without limitation, sliding left, right, up, down, left upper, left lower, right upper and/or right lower in the pressed state. In the sliding dialing association, the same call contact can be called when the dialing key is pressed and slides to any direction. Different sliding directions can be used as different sliding dialing association modes to increase the association modes; that is, a call may be placed to a different talking contact when pressed and slid in a different direction.
3. And continuous clicking triggering, namely dialing the contact corresponding to the currently clicked dialing key when the dialing key is continuously clicked twice or three times. A plurality of call contacts can be associated under the same dialing key through different dialing association modes, so that the condition that the number of the dialing keys cannot meet the requirement of a user is avoided; meanwhile, different association modes also meet the personalized requirements of the user.
4. And dialing triggering, namely, dialing the number or symbol corresponding to the dialing key to trigger. For example, when the number key 1 is associated with the contact a, the user may directly input the number "1" and then click to dial to realize triggering, after dialing, the mobile phone actually dials the contact a in the background, or the mobile phone system automatically realizes a jump to dial the contact a.
In step S30, for example, if M is 6, if there are no duplicate contacts, then 6 contacts can be associated with the dialing keys 1 to 6 one by one.
In the present embodiment, one-to-one meaning is exemplified. If the number of the target contacts is 6, one target contact can be associated with each dialing key of the 6 dialing keys to realize one-to-one association.
Further, after the association of the dialing, the method may further include: and setting a contact tag for the dialing key, wherein the contact tag is used for being displayed on the dialing key. That is, after step S30, the method may include:
displaying a contact tag on each of the M dialing keys based on the name and/or avatar of the target contact; wherein the contact tag is used to distinguish different target contacts.
The set contact tag can be any one or more characters in the name of the target contact related to the dialing key, and the contact tag can be automatically selected and determined by the system according to the name of the target contact and can also be set by the user. When the contact person label is automatically determined by the system, one or two characters which are not commonly used in the name of the target contact person can be used as the contact person label, so that the uniqueness of the contact person label can be ensured, and two identical contact person labels are avoided. In addition, the head portrait of the target contact person can be displayed on the dialing key as a contact person label, and the display mode can be semi-transparent display. In the sliding key triggering, if one dialing key is associated with a plurality of target contacts, the contact tags of the plurality of target contacts can be displayed in the sliding direction triggered by the corresponding sliding key on the dialing key.
In addition, multiple target contacts can be associated by dialing on the same dialing key. That is, multiple contacts in the M target contacts may be associated with the same dialing key, and a preset trigger manner may be assigned to each associated target contact on the dialing key. For example, when two target contacts are associated to the same dialing key, different preset triggering modes can be automatically allocated to each target contact. Specific examples are as follows:
and associating the M target contacts with X dialing keys, wherein X is a positive integer. When X is 3 and M is 5, the first two dialing keys may be associated with two target contacts respectively according to the sequence. For example, according to the importance degree (call duration) and the common degree (call times), determining the sequence, and associating the target contacts with the dialing key 1, the dialing key 2 and the dialing key 3 (namely, the number keys 1, 2 and 3) in sequence, wherein the dialing key 1 and the dialing key 2 are associated with two target contacts, and the dialing key 3 is associated with 1 target contact, so that 5 target contacts are associated with 3 dialing keys. Then, a preset trigger mode is allocated to the target contact person on each dialing key, for example, two target contact persons on the dialing key 1 can be respectively allocated with an upward sliding key trigger mode and an upward sliding key trigger mode; the two target contacts on the dialing key 1 can also be respectively assigned with a long-press key triggering mode and a sliding key triggering mode without limitation.
When the associated sequence is determined, the call duration and the call times of each target contact person can be subjected to weight distribution, the comprehensive use score is calculated, and the comprehensive use scores are sorted from large to small. For example, the total usage score is a call duration + b call times, and a and b are weights. Preferably, b is larger than a, so that the target contact with the larger number of calls is arranged at the front, and the target contact is used frequently by the user.
Therefore, a plurality of call contacts can be associated on the same dialing key, and confusion is avoided during dialing. For example: and associating the important contact Zhang III with the dialing key 1, setting long-press key triggering, associating the important contact Li IV with the dialing key 1, and setting sliding key triggering. When the dialing key 1 is pressed for a long time, a call request is initiated to Zhang III; when the dial key "1" is pressed and slid, a call request is initiated to lee four. Therefore, the problem that the number of dialing keys is not enough when important contacts or frequently-used contacts are more is solved.
In addition, the user can also define the trigger mode by self, for example, when the user needs to dial different target contacts under the same dialing key at the same time (such as a multiparty teleconference), a plurality of target contacts needing to be dialed at the same time can be associated to the same dialing key, and the same preset trigger mode is set.
In addition, the following specific implementation manners of 3 steps S20-S30 are additionally provided in this embodiment:
firstly, confirming and associating the target contact person according to the classification label of the call contact person.
Specifically, the user or the mobile phone system may preset a classification tag for each call contact in advance, where the classification tag includes: work tags and life tags. At this time, step S20 may include:
step S21A: obtaining M working contact persons according to the call duration and/or the call times of each call contact person of which the label is the working label; wherein the target contact is the work contact;
step S22A: obtaining M life contacts according to the call duration and/or the call times of each call contact of the life label; wherein the target contact is a life contact.
In steps S21A-S22A, the work contact is a contact that the user has a colleague, a boss, a subordinate, etc. to deal with in a work relationship. The life contact persons are contact persons for the family, the friend, the classmates and the like of the user to contact outside the work. The same call contact may include both a work tag and a life tag.
When determining the working contact or the life contact, the determination may be performed according to any one or both of the call duration and the call times, without limitation. And if the working contact persons or the living contact persons are determined according to the call duration and the call times, carrying out weight distribution on the call duration and the call times of the call contact persons, carrying out scoring and sorting, sorting according to scores from large to small, and taking the first M call contact persons as the working contact persons or the living contact persons. For example, the fraction x call duration + y call times, x and y are weights, such as x y 50%.
At this time, step S30 includes:
step S31A: performing one-to-one association between the M working contacts and the M dialing keys on the dialing keyboard during working hours;
step S32A: and performing one-to-one association between the M life contacts and the M dialing keys on the dialing keyboard in non-working time.
In steps S31A-S32A, the working time and the non-working time can be automatically determined by the operating system of the mobile phone or can be set by the user. For example, the working time is 9:00-17:00 of the legal working day, and the rest of the time is determined as the non-working time. Therefore, through the steps S21A-S22A and the steps S31A-S32A, the M target contacts displayed on the dial pad at the working time are the contacts which have the most and/or the longest calls and are the working labels; in non-working time, the M target contacts displayed on the dialing keyboard are the contacts which have the largest and/or longest calls and are living labels, so that the user can conveniently dial the contacts of different types quickly, the user can switch between working and living freely, and the efficiency is improved.
And secondly, confirming and associating the target contact according to the distribution conditions of the call contacts in different time periods.
Specifically, step S20 may include:
step S21B: obtaining M target contacts according to the conversation duration and/or conversation times of each conversation contact in the designated time interval of each day in the preset period; wherein the specified period is any one of divided time periods in a day.
In this case, step S30 specifically includes:
step S31B: and associating the M target contacts with the M dialing keys on the dialing keyboard one by one in the designated time period every day.
In step S21B, the specific manner of determining the target contact according to the call duration and/or the call times of the call contact may refer to the descriptions in steps S21A-S22A, and will not be described again.
For example, a day may be divided into 24 hours to form a plurality of time periods; specifically, the ratio is 0-6:00, 6:00-9:00, 9:00-17:00, 17:00-24: 00. Further, if the preset period counted in step S10 is one week in this embodiment, the call contacts in each time period of 7 days may be counted, for example, the call contacts generated in 9:00-17:00 every day in one preset period may be counted, so as to obtain the target contacts corresponding to 9:00-17: 00. When M dialing keys are associated with M target contacts, when the time is 9:00-17:00 in one day (namely the designated time interval is 9:00-17:00), M contacts associated and displayed on the dialing keys are the call contacts with the largest call duration and/or call frequency of 9:00-17:00 counted in the past counting period (preset period); at 17:00-24:00 (namely, the designated time interval is 17:00-24:00) in the day, the M contacts related and displayed on the dialing key are the call contacts with the largest call duration and/or call frequency of 17:00-24:00 counted in the past counting period (preset period), and so on. Therefore, the method can automatically adapt to the conversation habits of the user in different time periods, is more precise and accurate, and effectively realizes one-key speed dialing.
Thirdly, the important contact persons are not merged with the common contact persons, a plurality of dialing interfaces are formed, and quick dialing is achieved.
Specifically, step S20 includes:
step S21C: obtaining M first target contacts according to the call duration of each call contact;
step S22C: and obtaining M second target contacts according to the call times of each call contact.
For the descriptions of steps S21C-S22C, reference may be made to steps S21-S22, where the actual first target contact may correspond to an important contact and the second target contact may correspond to a common contact (the important contact and the common contact are already explained and are not described again). At this time, step S30 includes:
step S31C: performing one-to-one association between the M first target contacts and the M dialing keys on the dialing keyboard to obtain a first dialing interface;
step S32C: and associating the M second target contact persons with the M dialing keys on the dialing keyboard one by one to obtain a second dialing interface.
In steps S31C-S32C, the first dialing interface and the second dialing interface each have a corresponding dialing key. The dialing interface can be a visual dialing interface displayed on a screen of the touch screen mobile phone.
