Therefore, a body fat recording management system is lacked nowadays, a recommended diet recipe can be enriched, different crowds are suitable, and the physical and psychological requirements of people are met. And the existing product lacks a proper interaction scheme, so that the privacy of the user can be protected, and the health care and health monitoring can be promoted.
In summary, there is a need for a method and system for body fat health interaction that is safe, reliable, efficient, and capable of implementing selective interaction.
