Example 1
The embodiment discloses a self-service meal selling device, as shown in fig. 1, including but not limited to a main controller and a weighing sensor, an identification code reading unit, a communication unit, a heating control system, a display screen, a USB interface, a voice prompt and alarm unit, a light alarm unit, an external memory and a power supply device which are connected with the main controller. In this embodiment, the main controller may be a single chip microcomputer, such as STM32F407VGT6 shown in fig. 2 a. Wherein:
in this embodiment, the identification code reading unit is configured to read identification code information. The main controller is connected with the identification code reading unit and is used for acquiring the identification code information read by the identification code reading unit, wherein the identification code information comprises identification code information bound with the user account. The identification code reading unit in the present embodiment may be an identification code scanner and/or a camera, etc. In this embodiment, the connection relationship between the camera and the identification code scanner and the controller is as shown in fig. 2 a.
In this embodiment, the weighing sensor is used for collecting the weight of dishes on the meal selling equipment; in this embodiment, the main controller is connected to the weighing sensor, and is configured to determine the weight of the dishes on the self-service meal selling device according to the information acquired by the weighing sensor, and determine the weight of the dishes to be taken according to the change of the weight information. The fourth communication unit comprises a CAN transceiver connected with the main controller, and the main controller is connected to the CAN bus through the CAN transceiver. When a plurality of self-service meal selling devices exist in a certain area range, the main controller of each self-service meal selling device CAN be connected to the CAN bus through the CAN transceiver connected with the main controller, and then is connected to the server through the CAN bus protocol converter. Compared with the first communication unit to the third communication unit, in the data transmission process, the Message Queue Telemetry Transmission (MQTT) Message CAN be merged into the IP packet or one IP packet CAN be split into a plurality of MQTT packets through the CAN bus protocol converter, so that the data flow CAN be effectively saved, and the network overhead cost CAN be saved.
In this embodiment, the main controller may select one or more communication units to communicate with the server, and the server is connected to the computer, the user terminal, and the like, where the user terminal may be a user mobile phone, a tablet computer, and the like. The main controller can be in remote communication with the server based on the communication unit, and further can be in communication with the user terminal, so that real-time control instructions of the server and the user terminal and real-time state data of the display device can be received, the touch screen and the display screen on the device can be directly replaced, and the cost of the device is reduced.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2c, the heating control system includes a first switching tube Q1, a second switching tube Q2, a photocoupler, a triac VT1, and a security relay; the photoelectric coupler is a zero-crossing trigger special for the optical coupling silicon controlled rectifier.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2c, the positive input terminal of the photocoupler is connected to the positive power supply terminal through a resistor R7, the negative input terminal is grounded through a first switch tube Q1, and the input of the first switch tube is connected to the main controller; or, the input positive terminal of the photoelectric coupler is connected with the positive terminal of the power supply through the first switching tube, and the input negative terminal is grounded; the first switch tube is connected to a main controller, and the main controller controls the working state of the photoelectric coupler by controlling the state of the first switch tube Q1. In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2c, one end of the relay coil RE1B is connected to the power supply, and the other end is grounded through the second switch tube Q2; or the coil connecting structure of the relay can be as follows: one end of the relay coil RE1B is connected with a power supply through a second switch tube Q2, and the other end is grounded; the second switch tube is connected with the main controller, and the main controller controls the working state of the relay by controlling the state of the second switch tube. The output of the photoelectric coupler is connected with a bidirectional thyristor switch, the specific connection structure is as shown in fig. 2c, a first port T1 of the bidirectional thyristor switch is connected with a movable contact of a first pair of contact switches of the relay, a second port T2 is connected to a live wire of an alternating current power supply, which can be a live wire of 220V alternating current mains supply, and a fuse is arranged in the connection circuit; the movable contacts of the second pair of contact switches of the relay are connected to a zero line of an alternating current power supply; or, the connection relationship between the bidirectional thyristor switch and the relay as well as the live wire and the zero line of the commercial power can be as follows: the first port T1 of the triac is connected to the neutral line of the AC power supply, the second port T2 is connected to the moving contacts of the first pair of contact switches of the relay, and the moving contacts of the second pair of contact switches of the relay are connected to the live line of the AC power supply.

In this embodiment, the display screen is connected to the main controller, and the main controller can display related information through the display screen, for example, can display information of dishes, information of weight of the dishes taken, alarm information, maintenance setting parameters, and the like, and specific contents to be displayed can be set according to actual requirements; the display screen can also be a touch screen with a touch function, the touch screen is connected with the main controller and can be used as input equipment of the main controller, and man-machine interaction can be realized through the touch screen. In this embodiment, the display screen may be an LCD serial display screen.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2a, the voice prompt and alarm unit includes a voice chip connected to the main controller, such as a MY1680U chip, and the voice chip is connected to a speaker or a sound. The main controller can realize voice prompt and alarm based on the voice prompt and alarm unit, and prompt and alarm contents can be set according to field requirements.
