step four, if the business processing related to the risk assessment corresponding to the business processing request relates to other business processing platforms in the multiple business processing platforms, determining whether the business processing request has the executable authority or not by accessing an authorization management platform of the block chain;
and step five, if so, processing the service processing request through the block chain, and feeding back service processing result information to the first user.
