Rather, the various steps may be processed in reverse order or simultaneously. Meanwhile, other operations may be added to the processes, or a certain step or several steps of operations may be removed from the processes.
As shown in fig. 1, the accounting data processing process for the newly added channel in this specification may include one or more of the following steps.
S100: when a newly added channel is detected, first available data of the newly added channel is obtained; and the first available data is used for processing accounts corresponding to the newly added channel.
The processes in this specification may be performed by a bank's accounting data processing system. What the newly added channel is can be determined according to the actual scene. For example, the added channel may be a channel that has no data traffic in history with the account data processing system. The accounting data processing system is shown in figure 2 a.
The accounting data processing system performs the process in this specification when detecting the first available data sent by the newly added channel. The first available data may be data required for the newly added channel to be reconciled by the accounting data processing system. For example, the first data may be accounting data corresponding to a service processed by the new channel and identification data representing an identity of the new channel.
S102: and verifying the first available data according to a preset first verification rule.
The purpose of the verification performed by the present specification with respect to the first usable data is to determine whether the first usable data meets the requirements on the data format when the accounting data processing system performs accounting data processing.
In an alternative embodiment of the present specification, the process of checking the first available data may be to determine, for each field of the first available data, whether the content of the field is abnormal. If so, determining that the first available data passes the check based on the first check rule. If not, determining that the first available data does not pass the verification based on the first verification rule, and acquiring the first available data again.
If the first data does not meet the requirement of the accounting data processing system on the data format, the first available data cannot be checked, and the accounting data processing system can return the check result to the newly added channel until the newly added channel regenerates the first available data meeting the requirement.
S104: and when the first available data passes the verification based on the first verification rule, generating second available data according to the first available data.
The second available data in this specification may include: accounting data and identification data of a channel that generated the accounting data. As can be seen from the foregoing, each data required for reconciliation processing is included in the first available data, that is, information for generating accounting data and identification data is included in the first available data.
Appropriate processing may be performed on the first available data resulting in second available data. The second data may be data for reconciliation in a draft state.
S106: and rechecking the identification data in the second available data according to a preset rechecking rule.
The second available data is in a draft state and cannot be directly used for account checking, so that the process in the specification further checks the identity of the newly added channel through the step to determine whether the second available data is real and credible data, and further ensures the safety of the account checking process. For example, the accounting data processing system reconciliation process may be as shown in fig. 2 a.
In an alternative embodiment of the present specification, the process of reviewing the second available data may be: and acquiring preset identification data of each legal channel as standard data. And searching for the standard data to determine whether the identification data is in the standard data. If so, determining that the identification data passes the double check. If not, determining that the identification data does not pass the recheck, and regenerating to generate second available data.
If a channel has no or less records of illegal traffic in the history, then the channel is more likely to be a legitimate channel. A white list can be established according to the identification data of the legal channel, and the channel identification data in the white list is the standard data. The step can directly search the white list, and if the identification data of the newly added channel is on the white list, the newly added channel is legal. If not, it indicates that the channel is more likely to be illegal.
It can be seen that the processes in this specification are capable of being reviewed based at least on the identification data. In addition, in another optional embodiment of the present specification, the review may also be performed according to the accounting data.
Specifically, the process of performing the review according to the accounting data may be: acquiring pre-generated reconciliation parameters; the reconciliation parameter is used for determining the type of data required in the accounting processing. For each data type in the reconciliation parameters, determining whether accounting data in the second available data includes a field corresponding to the data type. And if so, processing the accounting data in the second available data. And if not, regenerating the second available data.
The reconciliation parameter may include several data types, and the data type is the minimum unit used in comparison in the reconciliation process. The number of the data types in the reconciliation parameter is determined according to the actual scene, and the specific data types can be determined according to the actual scene. For example, the data types may include: the amount of money involved in the service, the time of service proceeding, and the identification of the service object (when the service is a payment service, the service object may be an account of a payment user and/or an account of a collection user, and the identification of the service object may be the number of the account).
In an optional scenario, when checking account, the accounting data processing system needs to use the account number of the payment user as a basis, and if a field representing the account number of the payment user does not exist in a second available data, it indicates that the second available data is not available for checking account, and the second data needs to be regenerated.
In an actual business scenario, there may be a case that the reconciliation parameter needs to be adjusted according to the business requirement, as shown in fig. 2b, the accounting data processing system in this specification may update the reconciliation parameter accordingly. And modifying the second data based on the first available data of the newly added channel according to the updated reconciliation parameter to obtain intermediate data. And verifying the intermediate data according to a preset second verification rule. And when the intermediate data pass the verification based on the second verification rule, regenerating second available data corresponding to the newly added channel according to the intermediate data, and rechecking the newly generated second data. And if the intermediate data do not pass the verification based on the second verification rule, regenerating the intermediate data according to the updated reconciliation parameter.
S108: and processing the accounting data in the second available data under the condition that the identification data passes the rechecking.
The second available data through the review is the data which can be used for reconciliation and is in the effective state. Thereafter, how the accounting data processing system processes the accounting data in the second available data may be determined according to preset business rules.
In an alternative embodiment of the present specification, a matching degree between the accounting data and reference data may be determined, the reference data being obtained from a data source other than the newly added channel, and the parameter data and the accounting data corresponding to the same service. And obtaining a result of the financial data processing according to the matching degree.
In order to implement the processing process for the accounting data in the present specification, the present specification sets an accounting data processing system, and the accounting data processing system in the present specification includes an accounting parameter configuration platform (as shown in fig. 2 a) for visualizing accounting parameters, a channel file storage module, an accounting module, a transaction code mapping module, and the like.
The reconciliation visual parameter interface provides an operation interface for the banking staff to configure reconciliation parameter rules, and is used for setting reconciliation parameters. And the channel file warehousing module is used for analyzing the transaction running files transmitted to the bank by the channel and storing account checking keys to a database table according to parameter rules configured by the parameter platform. And the transaction code mapping module confirms the transaction type of the clearing information and converts the clearing information into the transaction code of the issuer through the information such as message type, transaction response code, service point bar code and the like in the clearing message of each channel. And the general reconciliation module is used for carrying out key value collision on two types of records of the same channel, namely a channel transaction running water file record and a credit card side account entry clearing detail record, and finally outputting a single-side result of reconciliation.
Therefore, the financial data processing system in the specification is low in operation difficulty, and the operation difficulty of banking staff is effectively reduced.
In addition, the accounting data processing system in this specification may further include a plurality of review modules and a plurality of check modules; the verification module is used for verifying the first available data. Step S106 may specifically be: and when the second available data is detected, determining a verification module corresponding to the second available data as a target verification module. And determining a rechecking module with the lowest correlation degree with the target checking module as a target rechecking module in the rechecking modules, so that the target rechecking module rechecks the identification data in the second available data according to a preset rechecking rule.
The association degree can be determined according to the number of times of the financial data processing aiming at the newly added channel, which is commonly participated in the history by the checking module and the rechecking module. If the times are higher, the association degree is higher, and the rechecking module is less suitable to be used as the target rechecking module.
In some manual rechecking processes, if the service person a checks a new channel, other service persons except the service person a need to recheck the new channel.
In addition, the accounting data processing system may display to business person a record of the second available data (i.e., in draft state) processed by business person a when data generated during the addition of a channel needs to be queried. But business person a cannot query the records of the draft status of other business persons.
After the newly added channel is docked with the accounting data processing system, the accounting data (namely, the accounting data in the second available data) of the docked channel can be read and analyzed by adopting a Spring Batch processing frame, the account key is assigned according to the parameter configuration of the account internal pipe corresponding to the channel and the type, and finally the record is saved to the created channel transaction flow file record table.
And then, the bank account entry clearing detail file is put into a bank, a Spring Batch processing frame is adopted to read and analyze the file, account checking key assignment is carried out by combining account checking inner pipe parameter configuration of corresponding channels and types, and finally the record is saved to the created bank side account entry clearing detail file record table to be used as reference data.
The accounting data and the reference data may then be compared to complete reconciliation. Specifically, the reconciliation process may be: and performing account checking key value collision on records of the accounting data (optionally, the accounting data can be a channel side account checking sequence) and the reference data (optionally, the reference data can be an account checking sequence), deleting the records in the two side account checking sequences if the key values are the same, keeping the records in the two side account checking sequences if the key values are different, and recording the rest of transactions after collision as the account checking result. After the reconciliation treatment is finished, generating a channel reconciliation result file for the single side of the reconciliation according to the format specified by the business, and providing the channel reconciliation result file for the business to carry out financial accounting type accounting or reconciliation treatment.
The present specification further provides an accounting data processing apparatus for a newly added channel, which can perform an accounting data processing process for the newly added channel provided in the above embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 3, the accounting data processing apparatus for the newly added channel is applied to an accounting data processing system for the newly added channel; the device comprises:
