if the cross-chain rule is described as: and the chain crossing direction is from the chain A to the chain B, and the chain crossing rule is defined as:
AChain>BChain。
if the cross-chain rule is described as: and C, cross-chain assets of the A chain, and cross-chain rules are defined as:
AChain.TokenA。
if the cross-chain rule is described as: and (3) defining the cross-chain rule as follows according to the real name token of the A chain:
AChain.crtToken=true。
if the cross-chain rule is described as: and (3) an anonymous token of the A chain, and defining a cross-chain rule as follows:
AChain.crtToken=false。
if the cross-chain rule is described as: if the cross-link source transaction input address is a-link address a, the cross-link rule is defined as: srcadress ═ achain.
If the cross-chain rule is described as: if the address of the cross-link object is A-link address A, the cross-link rule is defined as: address a.

In this embodiment, the rule management contract runs in a blockchain network composed of three nodes, i.e., a node A, a node B and a node C. On the basis, if a cross-chain rule is required to be added: address a to white list, the steps are as follows:
1) a node A of a cross-chain service related party calls a rule management contract to add a rule interface, and applies for adding a cross-chain rule: srcadress is achain.
2) Receiving the application by the rule management contractor, assigning a unique identifier for the rule so as to distinguish the rule from the existing rule (effective/non-effective), writing the rule into a contract change application list, and initiating the applicant (namely a cross-chain business related party submitting the rule operation application) to count a 1 ticket;
3) the nodes B and C of the cross-link service correlative parties detect that rule operation applications to be voted/audited exist in the contract change application list, and call the rule management contract change voting interface to vote respectively after checking rule meanings and finishing rule evaluation (here, votes can be cast, rejected or directly discarded, and the embodiment is not limited).
4) The rule management contractor receives the voting result, checks the validity of the voting, then counts the votes, checks whether the number of votes approved by the rule operation application reaches a preset threshold (in the present example, the preset threshold may be 2), and adds srcadres as achain.
The rule modification process is similar to the rule addition process, except that a unique identifier does not need to be allocated to the rule, and the original rule is replaced/removed after the vote passes, and the specific process is not repeated herein.
