Based on the hardware structure, the embodiment of the monitoring method for the goods label is provided.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of an embodiment of the method for supervising the goods label according to the present invention.
In one embodiment, the method for supervising the goods label comprises the following steps:
s10: acquiring the order number of goods and the application amount of label printing materials;
it will be appreciated that in order to facilitate quality traceability of the goods by the consumer, a label needs to be applied to each of the goods. The label is usually printed by a manufacturer and distributed to a supplier, and the supplier attaches a label corresponding to the article to an outer package of the article at the time of shipment. Since the number of orders of goods provided by a supplier to a manufacturer every month is changed, the number of labels distributed by the manufacturer to the supplier is also changed, the manufacturer needs to adjust the number of labels frequently, and the phenomenon of multiple labeling is easy to occur. Meanwhile, as part of goods needs to be put on the market in a short time, after the suppliers prepare the goods, if the manufacturers do not distribute the labels, the time for the goods to be on the market is influenced, and the hidden trouble of customer loss exists.
This embodiment is printed the label by the supplier, and the producer controls the actual quantity of label quantity and label printing material according to the order quantity of the goods that the supplier provided and the application quantity of label printing material simultaneously, prevents effectively that the supplier from printing the label more by oneself, and simultaneously, the producer no longer need distribute and check the label through the manual work, has avoided artifical printing and has distributed the easy problem of printing the label more and appearing the mistake and leak of label.

S30: obtaining the actual material dosage according to the application dosage;
it should be understood that since the labels are printed by the supplier themselves, the cost of the label printing material is generally borne by the manufacturer, the supplier applies for the label printing material to the manufacturer every month, and in order to avoid the supplier ordering more label printing materials, the amount of application of the supplier needs to be monitored and checked to determine the actual amount of material.
In one embodiment, a monthly demand for the label printed material may be obtained; judging whether the proportion of the application amount to the monthly demand is within a preset range or not; and when the ratio of the application dosage to the monthly demand is in a preset range, taking the application dosage as the actual material dosage.
It should be noted that the monthly demand refers to the total amount of demand of the label printing material per month from the supplier. The preset range may be less than 20%, that is, when the ratio of the application amount to the monthly demand is less than 20%, the application amount is taken as the actual material amount.
S40: and outputting the label quantity and the actual material consumption.
It will be appreciated that after determining the number of labels and the actual material usage of the label printing material, the number of labels and the actual material usage need to be output to the supplier, who prints the labels based on the number of labels and the actual material usage.
It should be noted that, since the order quantity and the application amount of the label printing material corresponding to different suppliers are different, when the label quantity and the actual material amount are sent to the supplier, the authority of the supplier needs to be identified.
In a particular implementation, an authorization code sent by a vendor may be obtained; detecting whether the authorization code meets a preset condition; and when the authorization code meets a preset condition, outputting the number of the tags and the actual material consumption to the supplier.
It should be understood that when a supplier needs to print a label, the supplier logs in a supervision device (such as a server or a system client) of an item label through an authorization code, the supervision device of the item label verifies whether the authorization code meets a preset condition, and only when the authorization code meets the preset condition, the number of the labels and the actual material usage are output to the supplier, so that each supplier can only obtain information within the authority range of the supplier.
