The invention utilizes the radio frequency principle, uses the instruction building blocks containing the code information, and controls the executing mechanism by adopting the splicing and inserting mode control program of the building blocks, so that the infant is more concentrated, the interestingness is enhanced, and the eyes of the infant can be better protected by avoiding a scene using an electronic screen.
