In the prior art, the production and manufacturing process is complex, the number of manual links is large, and the error probability is high.

acquiring production serial numbers of all parts on the electric bicycle;
the production serial numbers of all parts are sent to a background server and a two-dimensional code is generated;
acquiring the two-dimensional code and displaying the two-dimensional code on a display of the electric bicycle;
and sending the obtained identification codes of the electric bicycle and the production serial numbers of the parts corresponding to the two-dimensional codes to a background server for associated setting.
Compared with the prior art, the embodiment of the invention has the advantages that the display screen is arranged on the electric bicycle to display the two-dimensional code, so that the production serial numbers of all parts of the electric bicycle can be obtained by scanning the two-dimensional code through the terminal equipment, and the two-dimensional code is generated through the background server.
In a second aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a system for determining information associated with a production serial number of a component of an electric bicycle, where the system includes a display, a wireless communication module, a controller, and a background server, where the display and the wireless communication module are respectively connected to the controller;
the controller is used for acquiring the production serial numbers of the parts through a communication bus connected with the controller;
the wireless communication module is used for sending the production serial numbers of the parts to the background server and generating a two-dimensional code;
the display is used for displaying the two-dimensional code obtained by the controller connected with the background server;
the background server is used for generating a two-dimensional code from the production serial numbers of the parts; and setting the identification code of the electric bicycle acquired through the terminal equipment and the production serial number of each part corresponding to the two-dimensional code in a correlation manner.
Compared with the prior art, the embodiment of the invention has the advantages that the display screen is arranged on the electric bicycle to display the two-dimensional code, so that the production serial numbers of all parts of the electric bicycle can be obtained by scanning the two-dimensional code through the terminal equipment, and the two-dimensional code is generated through the background server.

the background server 01 is used for generating a two-dimensional code from the production serial numbers of the parts; and setting the identification code of the electric bicycle acquired through the terminal equipment and the production serial number of each part corresponding to the two-dimensional code in a correlation manner.
It should be noted that, each part of the electric bicycle is respectively arranged in a memory, when the whole bicycle is assembled, the production serial number of each part is read by using an agreed protocol, the production serial number of the electric bicycle is read by the protocol and can be acquired only in a specific working mode of the electric bicycle, the production serial number acquired by the controller is sent to a background server through a 2G or 3G or 4G wireless communication module, the production serial number of each part is generated into a two-dimensional code on the background server through a related program, the two-dimensional code represents the production serial number of the main part on the whole bicycle, then the two-dimensional code is displayed on a display of the electric bicycle, and a factory operator only needs to scan the identification code on the electric bicycle and the two-dimensional code displayed by the display by using a terminal device, and the production serial numbers of the parts of the electric bicycle and the identification code associated information of the electric bicycle can be generated and stored in the background server after being automatically uploaded to the background server, so that the electric bicycle corresponding to the production serial number of each part of each electric bicycle can be known in the following, and after-sale maintenance is convenient.
