The basic principle of the test paper detection is to detect the concentration of the sperms, the colloidal gold method is used for detecting the concentration of sperm SP-10 protein (protein expressed on the sperms only), if the concentration of the SP-10 protein exceeds a set threshold value, the sperm concentration is normal, and a strip appears on the test paper to indicate that the sperms are normal. The module is used for realizing the functions of sampling, microscopic observation and the like of a detection sample.
The microscope lens 36 has two types of fixed focusing and focusing, wherein when the lens is fixed and focusing is not performed, sperm display is blurred when the thickness model of the cover glass is changed, and the definition cannot be adjusted. In addition, although the lens can be focused, the device needs to be disassembled and focused, which not only damages the appearance of the device, but also cannot display the focusing in real time. Therefore, the microsampling module 3 of the present invention further comprises a focusing assembly 39, the focusing assembly 39 is sleeved on the microscope lens 36, the focusing assembly 39 comprises a focusing device 391 and a knob 392, the focusing device 391 is connected with the knob 392, and a hole is formed in the middle of the focusing device 391. Fig. 5 is a block diagram showing a focus adjuster 391 of the present invention. The four protrusions on the rear end face of the focusing device 391 are used for matching with the four grooves of the microscope lens 36 to rotate the microscope lens 36, and the middle hole is used for recording a microscopic sperm picture by a camera of a mobile phone.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, in the focusing process, the sperm sample is stored between two end faces of the first set of cup 342 and the second set of cup 343, when the micro-lens 36 is at the lowest point relative to the lens mounting nut 38, the distance between the lens end face and the upper end face of the first set of cup 342 is 0.6mm, and when the micro-lens 36 is at the highest point relative to the lens mounting nut 38, the distance between the lens end face and the upper end face of the first set of cup 342 is 0.9mm, i.e. the focusing range is 0-0.3 mm.
The specific focusing operation process of the focusing device 391 of the present invention: when the sperm is not clearly displayed, the sperm quality detector is focused, the focusing assembly 39 is sleeved in the microscope lens 36, the knob 392 is rotated, the definition of the screen image changes, and the sperm is displayed to be clear when the knob 392 is finely adjusted, namely the focusing is finished. The focusing device 391 can focus the microscope lens 36 outside the device, and the problem that a user changes a focal plane in the use process after leaving a factory and adjusting the focus, so that a sperm quality detection report is inaccurate is solved. Meanwhile, the whole operation process has the characteristics of simple and direct operation, high focusing efficiency, convenient assembly and disassembly, real-time focusing and the like.
In a second embodiment of the invention, and with reference to FIG. 8, the invention provides a sperm cell detection system comprising a sperm quality detector as described above and a movement apparatus 5. Preferably, the mobile device 5 is a mobile phone, the surface of the sperm quality detector is provided with a mobile phone support plate 4, the mobile phone is placed on the surface of the sperm quality detector, the camera of the mobile phone is over against the hole of the focusing device 391 included in the sperm quality detector, and the mobile phone support plate 4 can prevent the problem of picture jitter caused by the relative movement of the camera of the mobile phone and the focusing device 391 when the mobile phone is in contact with each other in the focusing process.
The specific operation process of the invention is as follows: picking up the micro-sampling module 3 by two fingers, taking down the attracted sampling handle 31 seat, then taking down the first set of cup 342, dipping semen on the end face of the first set of cup 342, sleeving the second set of cup 343 on the first set of cup 342, then folding the sampling handle 31 and the sampling handle 31 seat, automatically attracting, positioning and matching the two components, sleeving the focusing component 39 into the microscope lens 36, then putting the micro-sampling module 3 into the machine body 1, supplying power to the sperm quality detector through the USB interface 21, turning on the LED lamp 22, turning on the mobile phone terminal analysis system APP, scanning the two-dimensional code 14 on the machine body 1 for registration and login, focusing the sperm quality detector when the sperm is not clearly displayed, rotating the knob 392, the screen image definition changes, displaying the sperm clarity when the knob 392 is finely adjusted, namely focusing is finished, displaying the sperm activity picture on the mobile phone, recording by clicking the screen, automatically analyzing the video after the recording is finished, and after the analysis is finished, giving a result report of indexes such as sperm motility, sperm concentration, sperm morphology and the like.
