The working principle is as follows: putting cortex acanthopanacis into a water net box 5, adding water through a water inlet pipe, starting an air pump 702, generating high-pressure airflow by the air pump 702 through an air outlet pipe 703 and a U-shaped pipe 701 to boil the water in a cleaning box 1, cleaning the cortex acanthopanacis in the water net box 5, keeping the water cleaned for the third time at the bottom of the cleaning box 1 through a connecting pipe 20 and a water outlet pipe, starting a servo motor 601, enabling an output shaft of the servo motor 601 to rotate clockwise, enabling the servo motor 601 to drive a rotating shaft 602 to rotate, enabling the rotating shaft 602 to drive the water net box 5 to rotate, spin-drying water stains on the cortex acanthopanacis, starting the servo motor 601 after spin-drying, enabling the output shaft of the servo motor 601 to rotate anticlockwise, enabling the rotating shaft 602 and a driving wheel 614 to rotate, enabling the water net box 5 to idle through a one-way clutch 603 by the rotating shaft 602, and driving a first threaded rod 604 and a second threaded rod 605 to rotate, the first threaded rod 604 and the second threaded rod 605 drive the threaded plate 610, the first discharging plate 611 and the second discharging plate 612 to ascend, so that the first discharging plate 611 and the second discharging plate 612 are arranged in an oblique manner when reaching the top of the inner side of the water screen box 5, the cortex acanthopanacis at the upper parts of the first discharging plate 611 and the second discharging plate 612 are conveniently moved to the inside of the drying box 2, when the cortex acanthopanacis is moved to the inside of the drying box 2, the top cover is closed, the first motor 1106, the fan 1204 and the second motor 1404 are started, the heating wire 1203 is electrified, the first motor 1106 drives a group of rotating rod 1101 and a belt pulley 1104 to rotate, the two groups of belt pulleys 1104 drive other belt pulleys 1104 and rotating rod 1101 to rotate through the belt 1105, the four groups of rotating rollers 1102 and the dispersing rod 1103 disperse the cortex acanthopanacis, the fan 1204 sucks air at the inner wall through the air inlet pipe 1205, and generates hot air flow through the exhaust pipe 1206, carry out the steam to the acanthopanax bark of dispersion and dry, second motor 1404 drives transportation pole 1401 and transportation roller 1402 and rotates, and transportation roller 1402 drives transportation area 1403 and removes, transports the top of stoving case 2 to the acanthopanax bark in stoving case 2, carries out the circulation and dries repeatedly.
