Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 to 9, the steaming and baking integrated packaging frame of the present invention comprises a top frame assembly 1, a bottom frame assembly 3 and vertical rods 2, wherein the top frame assembly 1, the bottom frame assembly 3 and the vertical rods 2 are made of stainless steel, and the vertical rods 2 are vertically and fixedly connected between the top frame assembly 1 and the bottom frame assembly 3.
The integrated kitchen range is characterized by further comprising a limiting plate 4, the limiting plate 4 is L-shaped, the limiting plate 4 is provided with a notch 5, the upright 2 is embedded and welded in the notch 5, the upright 2 is cubic, and a right angle of the upright 2 is embedded in the notch 5, so that the inner side of the notch 5 is designed to be right-angled, and the limiting plate 4 is used for wrapping edges of a carton with the integrated kitchen range. b. Fixing the mold 27 on the operating table 15: put mould 27 upside down at operation panel 15, be equivalent to putting upside down the carton, the purpose is installed to the packing frame inversion for the installation of later stage underframe subassembly 3 installs in the top of mould 27, and underframe subassembly 3 installs and has sufficient operating space, is convenient for move the operation to twisting of screw. (1) four second threaded rods 29 are arranged on the outer side of the operating platform 15, the second threaded rods 29 are correspondingly arranged below the edges of the die 27, an adjusting device is arranged on each second threaded rod 29, a first adjusting nut 30 is screwed on each second threaded rod 29, the adjusting rod 20 is arranged in each second threaded rod 29, each second threaded rod 29 penetrates through a through hole 21 of the adjusting rod 20, the diameter of each second threaded rod 29 is equal to the width of the through hole 21, a second adjusting nut 30 is screwed on each second threaded rod 29, the adjusting rods 20 move along the length direction of the die 27, the inner side of the assembled first limit plate 4 is attached to the die 27, the adjusting rods 20 move along the width direction of the die 27, the other inner side of the assembled first limit plate 4 is attached to the die 27, the first limit plate 4 is wrapped on the edges of the die 27, then the two adjusting nuts 30 on the second threaded rods 29 are screwed, two adjusting nuts 30 are clamped to the adjusting rod 20.
(2) The mounting seat 22 is moved upward, and when the bottom surface of the first stopper plate 4 is set at the mark line 28 of the die 27, the support nut 26 is screwed on the first threaded rod 24 and the support nut 26 is supported on the top surface of the end plate 23, and the position of the first stopper plate 4 is determined.
In the steps d and e, the position of the first limiting plate 4 on the mold 27 is specifically adjusted, because the second threaded rod 29 penetrates through the through hole 21 of the adjusting rod 20, the through hole 21 is rectangular, the adjusting rod 20 moves on the second threaded rod 29 along the length direction of the mold 27, the inner side of the assembled first limiting plate 4 is attached to the mold 27, the adjusting rod 20 moves along the width direction of the mold 27, the other inner side of the assembled first limiting plate 4 is attached to the mold 27, the first limiting plate 4 is wrapped on the edge of the mold 27, after the packaging frame is installed, when the carton is placed into the packaging frame, the side plate of the carton is attached to the inner side of the limiting plate 4, and the limiting plate 4 limits the carton. By adjusting the height of the first threaded rod 24 on the end plate 23 and further adjusting the height of the first limiting plate 4, the first limiting plate 4 is arranged at the position of a marking line 28 of the mold 27, and the action position of the installation position of the limiting plate 4 on the same vertical rod 2 on the mold 27 is determined.
f. Flush mount connection plate 6 and remaining limiting plate 4: embedding the first connecting plate 6 into the groove 7 of the first limiting plate 4, embedding the groove 7 of the second limiting plate 4 into the first connecting plate 6, and continuously installing the connecting plates 6 and the limiting plates 4 to reach a set position.
