Abstract

On the premise of ensuring the wheel speed signal and the sealing performance, the invention adopts the lip-less design with only two contact lips, thereby reducing the number of parts and reducing the friction torque.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of hub bearings, in particular to a magnetic seal assembly.
Background
The second-generation hub bearing is an automobile part for bearing weight for the rotation of an outer ring and providing accurate guide for the rotation of a hub; the magnetic ring is a component which provides an alternating magnetic field to provide a wheel speed signal; the sealing assembly is a part for preventing external muddy water from entering and internal grease from leaking.
In the prior art, the magnetic ring 18 is an independent part, is mounted on the outer ring 13 through interference fit of the framework and the outer ring 13, and provides a wheel speed signal for the sensor along with the rotation of the outer ring 13; the inner skeleton of the original sealing element 17 is arranged on the outer ring 13 of the hub, the outer skeleton is arranged on the inner ring 14, and the inner ring 14 is a static part. The contact between the rubber lip on the original seal 17 and the frame forms the sealing capability. In the prior art, the magnetic ring 18 and the original sealing element 17 are two groups of different parts and need to be installed independently; and more lips are in contact with the rotating framework, so that larger friction torque is easily caused. Meanwhile, the risk that muddy water permeates into the raceway through a gap between the rotating framework and the static framework in the rotating process, so that the muddy water enters, the raceway fails, and the grease is polluted and spilled out is caused. In a word, the prior art scheme has the defects of more parts, more complex installation, more contact between the lip and the rotating framework, larger friction torque and the like.

The present invention is directed to overcoming the deficiencies of the prior art and providing a magnetic seal assembly.
The purpose of the invention is achieved by the following technical scheme: the magnetic sealing component mainly comprises a framework A, a framework B, a lip A, a lip B, a lip C, a cavity A, a cavity B, a cavity C, an outer rubber coating A, a protrusion B, a glue filling area, an outer ring, an inner ring, a retainer and rolling elements, wherein the rolling elements retained by the retainer are arranged on a raceway between the outer ring and the inner ring to form a bearing, a cavity and a gap are formed outside the raceway, the framework A is connected with the opening of the outer ring, the outer rubber coating A is wrapped on the framework A and provided with the protrusion B, the protrusion B is in contact with the outer diameter edge of the outer ring in a natural state, the glue filling area is arranged at the chamfer of the inner diameters of the framework A and the outer ring, anaerobic glue is filled in the glue filling area, the opening of the inner ring is in interference fit with the framework B to press fit to form pre-sealing, the framework B is covered with the outer, the bulge A is in contact with an inner ring inner diameter opening in a natural state, a narrow channel is formed between the lip A and the framework A, a cavity A is formed between the inner side of the lip A and the framework A, the lip B and the lip C are in contact sealing with the framework A to form a cavity B, and a cavity C is formed between the inner side of the lip C and the framework A.
And the framework A and the framework B mutually form a labyrinth type sealing channel.
The outer rubber is magnetic rubber.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: on the premise of ensuring the wheel speed signal and the sealing performance, the invention adopts the lip-less design with only two contact lips, thereby reducing the number of parts and reducing the friction torque; by means of the novel labyrinth structure design, the length of a muddy water invasion path is increased, a labyrinth effect is generated, the muddy water invasion difficulty is further increased, the risks of oil pollution and oil overflow caused by muddy water permeating into the raceway are reduced, and the sealing performance is improved; the sealing performance and the assembling tightness are improved by arranging the bulges, and the purposes of low torque, less lip and high sealing performance are achieved; the cavity can improve the sealing performance and can also improve the utilization rate of grease as a grease buffer area.
