Abstract
The invention relates to an engineering drilling device which comprises a connecting seat, a clamping assembly, a traveling assembly, a rotating assembly and a drill rod, wherein the connecting seat is arranged on the upper surface of the connecting seat; the rotating assembly is arranged on the advancing assembly, the advancing assembly is arranged on the connecting seat, and the advancing assembly can move along the length direction of the connecting seat; the drill rod is detachably arranged on the rotating assembly and can rotate under the driving of the rotating assembly; the clamping assembly comprises a hydraulic oil cylinder and at least two groups of hydraulic clamping heads, the two groups of hydraulic clamping heads are connected with the hydraulic oil cylinder, and the hydraulic clamping heads are synchronously opened and closed under the driving of the hydraulic oil cylinder; the hydraulic clamping heads are uniformly arranged on the axial connecting seat of the drill rod. The clamping part in the engineering drilling device provided by the invention can be synchronously opened and closed, so that the problems that the drill rod is not stably clamped and is easy to deviate in the construction process due to the fact that clamping equipment at the drill rod clamping position does not work coordinately are avoided, and the drilling operation quality is improved.

The invention relates to the technical field of engineering equipment, in particular to an engineering drilling device.
Background
The foundation construction is carried out without tamping foundation, directional blasting, soil anchoring and other engineering contents, wherein the soil anchoring is a technology for reinforcing rock-soil slope by pouring reinforced cement columns into rock stratum and soil through drilling. Because the topography of construction job site is comparatively complicated, and operational environment is comparatively abominable, has higher requirement to the stability of drilling equipment or device. Meanwhile, the working safety and stability of the drilling equipment directly influence the progress of the project.
For the drilling of some occasions, drilling equipment needs to splice the drilling rod, the chucks are generally adopted to clamp the drilling rod during splicing, the chucks on two sides of one drilling rod are driven by different hydraulic cylinders, the condition that the clamping degrees of the chucks on two sides are not synchronous easily occurs, the condition that the drilling rod deviates after working easily occurs, and the long-time stable work of the drilling rod is not facilitated.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, there is a need to provide an engineered drilling apparatus that addresses at least one of the problems noted above.
The invention provides an engineering drilling device which comprises a connecting seat, a clamping assembly, a traveling assembly, a rotating assembly and a drill rod, wherein the connecting seat is arranged on the upper surface of the connecting seat;
the rotating assembly is arranged on the travelling assembly, the travelling assembly is arranged on the connecting seat, and the travelling assembly can move along the length direction of the connecting seat; the drill rod is detachably arranged on the rotating assembly and can rotate under the driving of the rotating assembly;
the clamping assembly comprises a hydraulic oil cylinder and at least two groups of hydraulic clamping heads, the two groups of hydraulic clamping heads are connected with the hydraulic oil cylinder, and the hydraulic clamping heads are synchronously opened and closed under the driving of the hydraulic oil cylinder; the hydraulic clamping heads are uniformly arranged on the connecting seat in the axial direction of the drill rod.
In one embodiment, at least two bearings are arranged on the drill rod; and the hydraulic clamping head is provided with a pair of bearing mounting half grooves matched with the bearings.
In one embodiment, the clamping assembly further comprises a control valve, at least one pair of oil delivery pipes and at least one pair of oil return pipes, the control valve is connected with the hydraulic oil cylinder, the control valve is respectively connected with the pair of oil delivery pipes, and each oil delivery pipe is connected to one group of the hydraulic clamping heads; one end of the oil return pipe is connected with the hydraulic clamping head, and the other end of the oil return pipe is connected with the hydraulic oil cylinder.

the engineering drilling device provided by the invention adopts a plurality of groups of hydraulic clamping heads driven by the same hydraulic oil cylinder to clamp the drill rod at different positions on the drill rod, so that the drill rod can be stably clamped, the clamping parts can be synchronously opened and closed, the problems of unstable drill rod clamping and easy deviation in the construction process caused by the inconsistent work of clamping equipment at the clamping positions of the drill rod are avoided, and the drilling operation quality is improved.

The technical solution of the present invention and how to solve the above technical problems will be described in detail with specific examples.
The engineering drilling device provided by the present application, as shown in fig. 1, comprises a connection seat 100, a clamping assembly 200, a traveling assembly 300, a rotating assembly 400 and a drill rod 500. Of course, the smooth completion of the drilling operation requires other auxiliary and necessary equipment, such as a moving device capable of moving the engineering drilling device, and a power device, such as a motor or an electric motor, for driving each component of the engineering drilling device to operate. There are also various connecting assemblies that enable the cooperative mounting of the various devices.
The rotating assembly 400 is arranged on the traveling assembly 300, the traveling assembly 300 is arranged on the connecting seat 100, and the traveling assembly 300 can move along the length direction of the connecting seat 100; drill rod 500 is removably disposed on rotary assembly 400 and is rotatable upon actuation of rotary assembly 400. A coupling is included in rotary assembly 400 that enables connection to drill rod 500 so that drill rod 500 fits well with rotary assembly 400. Also included in rotation assembly 400 is a power device capable of driving rotation of drill rod 500 to enable drill rod 500 to drill a hole, optionally with the use of an existing component such as a suitable motor or engine. The advancing assembly 300 can drive the rotating assembly 400 to move on the connecting base 100 as a whole, specifically, the first guide rail 110 is disposed on the connecting base 100, correspondingly, a sliding groove matched with the first guide rail 110 is disposed on the advancing assembly 300, the rotating assembly 400 is disposed on the first guide rail 110, and the advancing assembly 300 has a telescopic component, for example, a hydraulic jack, connected to the connecting base 100.
As shown in fig. 2, the clamping assembly 200 includes a hydraulic cylinder and at least two groups of hydraulic clamping heads, both of the two groups of hydraulic clamping heads are connected with the hydraulic cylinder, and the hydraulic clamping heads are driven by the hydraulic cylinder to synchronously open and close; the hydraulic clamping heads are uniformly arranged on the connecting base 100 in the axial direction of the drill rod 500. The hydraulic clamping head of the clamping assembly 200 generally comprises a pair of mutually matched clamping blocks 210 and a hydraulic module 220 for driving the clamping blocks 210 to open and close within a certain range, the pair of clamping blocks 210 are hinged together and connected to the connecting base 100 through a mounting seat, and the hydraulic module 220 receives hydraulic oil in a hydraulic oil cylinder and pushes the clamping blocks 210 which are originally opened to close. The hydraulic modules 220 on the two groups of hydraulic clamping heads are synchronously connected to the hydraulic oil cylinder, so that when the hydraulic oil cylinder outputs hydraulic oil, the four hydraulic modules 220 can be synchronously opened and closed, and the two groups of hydraulic clamping heads are synchronously opened or synchronously closed for clamping.
To achieve the cooperation with the traveling assembly 300, the clamping assembly 200 and the drill rod 500 can be moved synchronously under the driving of the traveling assembly 300, a second guide rail 120 can be further provided on the connection base 100, and a sliding groove, such as a dovetail groove, which is matched with the second guide rail 120 is also provided on the clamping assembly 200.
The engineering drilling device provided by the invention adopts a plurality of groups of hydraulic clamping heads driven by the same hydraulic oil cylinder to clamp the drill rod 500 at different positions on the drill rod 500, so that the drill rod 500 can be stably clamped, and the clamping parts can be synchronously opened and closed, thereby avoiding the problems of unstable clamping of the drill rod 500 and easy deviation in the construction process caused by the inconsistent work of clamping equipment at the clamping position of the drill rod 500, and improving the drilling operation quality.
Optionally, in a specific implementation manner of an embodiment of the present invention, at least two bearings 510 are provided on the drill rod 500; the hydraulic clamping head is provided with a pair of bearing mounting half grooves matched with the bearings 510. In order to ensure that drill rod 500 can be firmly clamped and that drill rod 500 can be smoothly driven to rotate by rotary assembly 400, at least two bearings 510 are provided on drill rod 500, each bearing 510 corresponding to each group of hydraulic clamping heads, and bearings 510 are fixedly connected to drill rod 500. By virtue of the bearing mounting half-grooves, when a pair of bearing mounting half-grooves are closed, the bearing 510 can be fully clamped, and the drill rod 500 can also be fully clamped.
Optionally, in a specific implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, the clamping assembly 200 further includes a control valve (not shown in the figure), at least one pair of oil pipes (not shown in the figure), and at least one pair of oil return pipes (not shown in the figure), the control valve is connected to the hydraulic oil cylinder, the control valve is respectively connected to the pair of oil pipes, and each oil pipe is connected to one group of hydraulic clamping heads; one end of the oil return pipe is connected with the hydraulic clamping head, and the other end of the oil return pipe is connected with the hydraulic oil cylinder. Corresponding to the hydraulic modules 220 described above, each oil delivery pipe is connected to two hydraulic modules 220 on the same group of hydraulic clamping heads, and simultaneously delivers hydraulic oil to the two hydraulic modules 220, so as to implement synchronous operation of the two hydraulic modules 220. And synchronous work of a plurality of hydraulic clamping heads can be realized.

1. An engineering drilling device is characterized by comprising a connecting seat, a clamping assembly, a traveling assembly, a rotating assembly and a drill rod;
the rotating assembly is arranged on the travelling assembly, the travelling assembly is arranged on the connecting seat, and the travelling assembly can move along the length direction of the connecting seat; the drill rod is detachably arranged on the rotating assembly and can rotate under the driving of the rotating assembly;
the clamping assembly comprises a hydraulic oil cylinder and at least two groups of hydraulic clamping heads, the two groups of hydraulic clamping heads are connected with the hydraulic oil cylinder, and the hydraulic clamping heads are synchronously opened and closed under the driving of the hydraulic oil cylinder; the hydraulic clamping heads are uniformly arranged on the connecting seat in the axial direction of the drill rod.
2. The engineering driller of claim 1 wherein the drill pipe has at least two bearings; and the hydraulic clamping head is provided with a pair of bearing mounting half grooves matched with the bearings.

The engineering drilling device according to claim 1, wherein the clamping assembly further comprises a control valve, at least one pair of oil delivery pipes and at least one pair of oil return pipes, the control valve is connected with the hydraulic oil cylinder, the control valve is respectively connected with the pair of oil delivery pipes, and each oil delivery pipe is connected to one group of the hydraulic clamping heads; one end of the oil return pipe is connected with the hydraulic clamping head, and the other end of the oil return pipe is connected with the hydraulic oil cylinder.
