The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to overcome the defects and shortcomings in the background art, and provide a construction method of a side wall horizontal deformation joint.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
the flexibly-connected waterproof structure for the horizontal deformation joint of the side wall comprises a sealant, a PE foam rod, a deformation joint liner plate, a maintainable grouting pipe, a buried water stop, a template, an ethylene propylene diene monomer elastic sealing gasket, a back-attached rubber water stop, a waterproof reinforcing layer, a waterproof layer and a cement mortar leveling layer, wherein the buried water stop comprises a convex rubber and a hot galvanized steel edge.
Preferably, the structure of the horizontal deformation joint of the side wall further comprises a lower side wall and an upper side wall, the sealant, the PE foam rod, the deformation joint liner plate, the maintainable grouting pipe, the buried water stop, the template and the ethylene propylene diene monomer elastic sealing gasket are positioned between the lower side wall and the upper side wall, and the buried water stop is embedded into the lower side wall and the upper side wall.
Preferably, the waterproof layer is arranged on the surface of the cement mortar leveling layer, the waterproof reinforcing layer is arranged on the surface of the waterproof layer, and the back-pasted rubber waterstop is arranged on the surface of the waterproof reinforcing layer and between the lower side wall and the upper side wall.
Preferably, the deformation joint gasket plate is made of a polystyrene plate or a polyethylene plate, and the foaming ratio is 10-15 times.
Preferably, the template comprises a lower template and an upper template, and an ethylene propylene diene monomer elastic sealing gasket is arranged inside the template.
Preferably, the section of the ethylene propylene diene monomer elastic sealing gasket is hexagonal, and a deformation hole is formed in the ethylene propylene diene monomer elastic sealing gasket.
Preferably, the convex rubber middle part is of a convex structure, and the convex part is positioned between the lower side wall and the upper side wall.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the sealant, the PE foam rod, the deformation joint liner plate, the middle convex part of the buried water stop band, the template and the ethylene propylene diene monomer elastic sealing gasket can completely separate the side walls of the upper structure and the lower structure, so that the upper structure and the lower structure are flexibly connected, and the vibration isolation requirement is met.
2. According to the invention, the arrangement of the sealant, the PE foam rod, the buried water stop, the back-pasted rubber water stop, the waterproof reinforcing layer and the waterproof layer can ensure the waterproof quality of the deformation joint and has a good waterproof effect.

As shown in fig. 1-3, the flexibly connected waterproof structure for the horizontal deformation joint of the side wall comprises a sealant 1, a PE foam rod 2, a deformation joint liner plate 3, a maintainable grouting pipe 4, a middle buried water stop 5, a template 6, an ethylene-propylene-diene elastic sealing gasket 7, a back-attached rubber water stop 8, a waterproof reinforcing layer 9, a waterproof layer 10 and a cement mortar leveling layer 11, wherein the middle buried water stop 5 comprises a convex rubber 501 and a hot-dip galvanized steel edge 502.
In this embodiment, the flexibly-connected waterproof structure for the horizontal deformation joint of the side wall further comprises a lower side wall 12 and an upper side wall 13, the sealant 1, the PE foam rod 2, the deformation joint liner plate 3, the maintainable grouting pipe 4, the middle-buried water stop 5, the template 6 and the ethylene-propylene-diene monomer elastic sealing gasket 7 are located between the lower side wall 12 and the upper side wall 13, and the middle-buried water stop 5 is embedded into the lower side wall 12 and the upper side wall 13.
In this embodiment, the waterproof layer 10 is disposed on the surface of the leveling layer 11, the waterproof reinforcing layer 9 is disposed on the surface of the waterproof layer 10, and the back-adhered rubber water stop 8 is disposed on the surface of the waterproof reinforcing layer 9 and between the lower side wall 12 and the upper side wall 13.
In this embodiment, the deformation joint liner plate 3 is made of polystyrene board or polyethylene board, and the expansion ratio is 10 to 15 times.
In this embodiment, the mold plate 6 includes a lower mold plate 601 and an upper mold plate 602, and the ethylene propylene diene monomer elastic gasket 7 is disposed inside the mold plate 6.
In this embodiment, the section of the ethylene propylene diene monomer elastic sealing gasket 7 is hexagonal, the deformation hole 701 is arranged inside the ethylene propylene diene monomer elastic sealing gasket, specific parameters of the deformation hole 701 are determined according to the compression amount which is not less than 20mm and generated under the pressure effect when the upper structure is poured in the test, and the hole rate is not less than 40%.
In the present embodiment, the convex rubber 501 has a convex configuration in the middle, and the convex portion is located between the lower sidewall 12 and the upper sidewall 13.
The construction process of the invention is as follows:
s1: and (3) sequentially constructing a cement mortar leveling layer 11, a waterproof layer 10, a waterproof reinforcing layer 9 and a back-attached rubber waterstop 8.
S2: pouring a lower side wall 12, and pouring a lower template 601 and a middle-buried water stop 5 at corresponding positions of the lower side wall 12;
s3: constructing a sealant 1, a PE foam rod 2, a deformation joint liner plate 3, a maintainable grouting pipe 4, an ethylene propylene diene monomer elastic sealing gasket 7 and an upper template 602;
s4: the upper side wall 13 is cast.
It should be noted that the waterproof reinforcing layer 9 is made of a butyl rubber self-adhesive waterproof roll with a thickness of 1.5mm, and is fixed on the surface of the waterproof layer by an adhesive method, and the waterproof layer 10 is made of a P-type pre-laid non-asphalt-type polymer self-adhesive film roll with a thickness of 1.5 mm. The upper side wall 13 and the lower side wall 12 can be separated by the sealant 1, the PE foam rod 2, the deformation joint liner plate 3, the middle protruding part of the middle embedded water stop strip 5, the template 6 and the ethylene propylene diene monomer elastic sealing gasket 7, and the sealant 1, the PE foam rod 2, the middle embedded water stop strip 5, the ethylene propylene diene monomer elastic sealing gasket 7, the back-attached rubber water stop strip 8, the waterproof reinforcing layer 9 and the waterproof layer 10 can play a waterproof role.
