Description

Excitant for gold tailing overflowing mud baking-free brick and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of baking-free brick additives, and particularly relates to an excitant for gold tailing overflow mud baking-free bricks and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The gold tailings overflow mud is a byproduct discharged by precipitation, pressure filtration and discharge of fine mud generated in the process of producing potassium-sodalite and cleaning construction sand by comprehensively utilizing gold tailings, and the particle fineness is below minus 325 meshes. At present, the annual gold production in China is about 400 tons, and the annual removal of gold tailings is estimated to be 20000 million tons (calculated according to 2 g gold contained in 1 ton ore). The annual gold production in the tobacco field is about 55 tons, the tailings production is about 2250 ten thousand tons, the underground filling is calculated according to 60%, and 650 ten thousand tons are processed. At present, about 0.3 ton of overflow mud is discharged after 1 ton of gold tailings are used for producing potash albite and building sand, and 195 ten thousand tons of overflow mud is produced after 650 ten thousand tons of gold tailings are discharged one year. The appearance of the overflow mud is close to the soil color, and the chemical components of the overflow mud are as follows:
name (R) SiO2 Al2O3 K2O Na2O CaO MgO Fe2O3 TiO2
Content/% 68.11 17.71 4.70 2.64 1.19 0.25 1.33 0.16
Because the iron sesquioxide has fine fineness and is easy to agglomerate after dehydration, and the color of the iron sesquioxide is dark brown after the iron sesquioxide is burnt to 1200 ℃, a good outlet is not provided for the prior large-scale utilization. A large amount of overflow mud can not be fully and effectively utilized, and can only be stacked by a large-area storage yard, thereby occupying a large amount of land and causing serious pollution to the environment. The generation of a large amount of overflow mud restricts the development of gold enterprises and causes direct and indirect influences on various aspects of production and life of local residents, so that how to recycle, reduce and harmlessly utilize the gold tailings overflow mud becomes a great problem in the front of people at present.
At present, in order to protect land resources and ecological environment, clay red bricks which are originally used as building wall materials are gradually forbidden to be used in China, and are replaced by various baking-free bricks, baking-free building blocks and other novel building materials. If the overflow mud can be used for preparing the baking-free brick, on one hand, the overflow mud can be reused, and on the other hand, the preparation cost of the baking-free brick can be reduced. However, in the process of preparing the overflow mud baking-free brick, due to the characteristics of the overflow mud, the pressed baking-free brick has the defect of low strength, in order to improve the strength, a mode of increasing the cement dosage is mostly adopted, and the increase of the cement dosage greatly improves the production cost of the overflow mud baking-free brick.
Therefore, there is a need to develop an activator for baking-free bricks made of gold tailings overflow mud, so as to improve the strength and frost resistance of the bricks.
