Example one
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the present embodiment provides an ink bag assembly including an ink bag 100 and a protection member 200. The ink bag 100 includes an ink bag body 1 and an ink discharge assembly 2. The ink bag body 1 includes an ink reservoir 117 for storing ink. The ink inlet of the ink outlet assembly 2 communicates with the ink storage chamber 117. Illustratively, the ink outlet assembly 2 is disposed at the bottom of the ink bag body 1, and the ink in the ink storage cavity 117 can flow into the ink outlet assembly 2 from the ink inlet of the ink outlet assembly 2 under the action of gravity. The protection member 200 of the present embodiment is detachably attached to the ink bag 100. During transportation or storage of the ink bag 100, the protection member 200 is mounted on the ink bag 100 and seals the ink outlet of the ink outlet assembly 2, effectively preventing ink leakage. When the ink bag 100 needs to be used, the protection piece 200 is detached from the ink bag 100, the ink bag 100 is mounted on the mounting piece 400 of the box body 310 of the ink box 300, the ink outlet of the ink outlet assembly 2 is communicated with the ink inlet 551 of the ink jet head 55 on the box body 310, and therefore the connection between the ink bag 100 and the box body 310 is realized.
In this embodiment, the ink bag body 1 is provided with a first clamping structure, the protection member 200 includes the protection body 3 and a second clamping structure disposed on the protection body 3, and the second clamping structure is clamped with the first clamping structure, so as to detachably connect the ink bag 100 and the protection member 200, and the ink bag 100 is simple in structure and convenient to assemble and replace.
Specifically, the first catching structure includes a first catching groove 111 and a first catching protrusion 112 provided on the ink bag body 1. Correspondingly, the second clamping structure comprises a second clamping protrusion 34 and a first elastic clamping piece 4 which are correspondingly arranged on the protection body 3. The second locking projection 34 is locked in the first locking groove 111, and the first elastic locking member 4 is locked with the first locking projection 112. The first engaging groove 111 and the first engaging protrusion 112 are respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the ink bag body 1, that is, the protection member 200 is engaged with the ink bag body 1 at two ends of the ink bag body 1, so as to ensure the stability of connection between the protection member 200 and the ink bag body 1.
Preferably, the second protrusion 34 is provided with a first guiding surface for guiding the movement of the second protrusion 34 inserted into the first slot 111, so that the assembly is smoother. Optionally, a plurality of second snap projections 34 are provided to improve the connection stability of the protection member 200 with the ink bag 100.
In one embodiment, the first elastic clip 4 includes a first elastic arm 41 and a first hook 42 connected to each other. The first resilient arm 41 is connected to the guard body 3. The first hook 42 is engaged with the first protrusion 112. When the protection member 200 is assembled with the ink bag 100, in order to ensure that the second protrusion 34 on the protection member 200 is smoothly inserted into the first slot 111 on the ink bag 100, the outer wall of the ink bag 100 will press the first hook 42, so that the first hook 42 drives the first elastic arm 41 to deform in a direction away from the ink bag 100. After the second protrusion 34 is inserted into the first slot 111, the first elastic arm 41 drives the first hook 42 to engage with the first protrusion 112 under the action of its elastic restoring force.
In this embodiment, a guide groove 114 is formed on one side surface of the ink bag body 1, where the first locking protrusion 112 is disposed, and the first locking protrusion 112 is protruded on a groove bottom wall of the guide groove 114. The guide groove 114 includes a charging opening and an escape opening. The loading port of the guide groove 114 is opened in the bottom end face of the ink bag body 1. When the ink bag 100 is assembled with the protection member 200, the first elastic clamping member 4 extends into the guide groove 114 from the bottom of the ink bag 100 and from the loading port of the guide groove 114, and the first elastic clamping member 4 moves upward relative to the ink bag 100 along the guide groove 114 until the first clamping hook 42 on the first elastic clamping member is clamped with the first clamping protrusion 112. The avoidance opening of the guide groove 114 is opposite to the groove bottom wall of the guide groove 114, and is used for avoiding the movement of the first elastic clamping piece 4 in the guide groove 114. The guide groove 114 serves to guide the engagement of the first elastic engagement member 4 with the first engagement projection 112.
An indication mark 115 is arranged at one end of the bottom wall of the guide groove 114 close to the loading port, and is used for indicating the loading direction of the first elastic clamping piece 4 on the ink bag 100, so that a user can conveniently disassemble and assemble the ink bag 100 and the protection piece 200. In this embodiment, the indication mark 115 has an arrow structure.
One end of the guide groove 114 remote from the loading port thereof extends to the upper portion of the ink bag body 1. The portion of the guide groove 114 above the first locking protrusion 112 serves as a force application space, so that a user can conveniently put a hand into the force application space and transfer the ink bag 100 under the action of friction force between the hand and the groove wall of the guide groove 114 opposite to the loading opening.
In addition, the portion of the groove bottom wall of the guide groove 114 above the first catching protrusion 112 can be used to mark relevant information such as the model and/or size of the ink bag 100.
In another embodiment, the first elastic clip 4 further comprises a first toggle portion 43 connected with the first elastic arm 41. When the protection member 200 is detached from the ink bag 100, an external force pulls the first pulling portion 43, and the first pulling portion 43 drives the first elastic arm 41 to deform under the action of the external force, so that the first hook 42 is separated from the first protrusion 112, thereby facilitating the detachment.
In this embodiment, the first hook 42 and the first toggle portion 43 are both connected to one end of the first elastic arm 41 away from the protection body 3, and are respectively disposed on two sides of the first elastic arm 41.
First elasticity joint spare 4 is preferably the plastic part, has certain intensity and elasticity concurrently, when guaranteeing its and ink sac 100's joint strength, the dismouting of being convenient for.
Further, the shield body 3 includes a mounting portion 31 and a sealing sleeve 32. The mounting portions 31 are provided at intervals at the bottom of the ink bag 100 for supporting the ink bag 100. The port at one end of the seal sleeve 32 is sealingly connected to the mounting portion 31. The other end of the sealing sleeve 32 is sleeved outside the ink outlet of the ink outlet assembly 2 and supports the ink bag body 1, and the sealing sleeve 32 and the mounting portion 31 jointly seal the ink outlet of the ink outlet assembly 2 of the ink bag 100.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the ink discharging member 2 includes an ink absorbing member 21 and a connecting sleeve 22 sleeved outside the ink absorbing member 21. Specifically, the connection sleeve 22 includes a sleeve body 221 and a connection portion 222. The sleeve body 221 is hollow and has two open ends. The cover body 221 is fitted over the ink absorbing member 21. The outer walls of the two ports of the sleeve body 221 are provided with connecting parts 222 in a protruding manner. The connecting portion 222 has a ring-shaped structure. In the case where the cover body 221 is compressed, the connection portion 222 of the upper end of the cover body 221 can protrude into the ink reservoir 117 from the ink outlet opening of the ink reservoir 117 so that one end of the ink absorbing member 21 is exposed to the ink reservoir 117. The connecting portion 222 and the cover body 221 are larger than the ink outlet opening, the middle portion of the cover body 221 is clamped in the ink outlet opening in a compressed state, and the connecting portion 222 extending into the ink storage cavity 117 can prevent the connecting sleeve 22 from falling off from the ink bag body 1.
