The cylinder 11 comprises an inner wall 111 and an outer wall 112, the cylinder 11 has an inner cavity 113, and the stirring blade 12 is located in the inner cavity 113. The stirrer 10 comprises a power device (not shown) and a rotating shaft 21 connected with the power device, wherein the tail end of the rotating shaft 21 is connected with the stirring paddle 12, and the rotating shaft 21 drives the stirring paddle 12 to rotate under the driving of the power device.

According to the medium flow rate determined by the process, the resultant velocity of the axial flow rate (V1) and the radial flow rate (V2) is determined, and the rotation period of the spiral baffle 13 is designed to be perpendicular to the resultant velocity. When the device has an external pressure working condition (or comprises a jacket), the spiral stirring baffle 13 has a reinforcing effect on the resistance of the cylinder body 11 to the external pressure, the thickness of the cylinder body 11 can be reduced, and the cost is saved.
The cylinder 11 includes a bottom wall 114, the bottom wall 114 is arc-shaped, one end of the stirring baffle 13 is close to the bottom wall 114, and the other end of the stirring baffle 113 is close to the top of the stirrer 10. The stirring baffle 13 includes a bottom surface 131 facing the bottom wall 114 and a top surface 132 facing away from the bottom wall 114, the bottom surface 131 and the top surface 132 being spirally curved.
The radius of the cylinder 11 is R, the width of the stirring baffle 13 is W, wherein R/W is more than or equal to 1 and less than or equal to 10. The integral forming process enables the stirring baffle 13 and the barrel 11 to be free of assembling process, so that the assembling cost is lower.
