The heating cover body is sleeved and attached to the back of the cover opening part through the neck opening part. The breastshield body is coupled to the second opening by the neck portion to connect to the adapter. An electric socket is arranged on the back of the heating cover body. The milk collecting bottle is connected with the adapter. The conduit module is jointed at the first opening and connected with the adapter, and comprises a cover body, a first conduit and a second conduit. The cover body is arranged at the first opening. Technical Field
The present invention relates to a breast pump, and more particularly, to an electric breast pump having a quick connector for connecting a main unit and a breast pumping module, and using electric heating temperature control and negative pressure milk secretion.
Background
The electric breast pumps in the market generally have an electric control cover for pumping milk and a milk collecting bottle for collecting milk, and can be used for fitting the sucking speed and the sucking force of the baby and performing mimicry adjustment on the frequency or the sucking force intensity. Through further improvement of developers, an electric heating component is designed inside the electric control cover device contacting with the breasts. Please refer to fig. 1. Fig. 1 is an external view of a motorized breast pump. The electric breast pump 100 of the present invention mainly includes an adaptor 1, a breast pump housing 2, a heating housing 3, a milk collection bottle 4, and a duct module 5. The breastshield 2 may be assembled with the heating shield 3. The breastshield body 2, the milk collection bottle 4, and the duct module 5 are integrated into the electric breast pump 100 by being joined to the adapter 1.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is an exploded view of the electric breast pump. The adapter 1 is a shell structure with a cavity. The adapter 1 includes a first opening 101, a second opening 102 and a third opening 103. The breastshield body 2 includes a shield portion 21 and a neck portion 22. The cover portion 21 is a bell-mouth shaped structure having a wide mouth end 211 and a narrow mouth end 212 which are communicated with each other, and the neck portion 22 is connected to the narrow mouth end 212. the milk collecting bottle is provided with a bottle mouth, and the milk collecting bottle is connected with the third opening through the bottle mouth to be connected with the adapter; and
a catheter module engaged at the first opening to connect the adaptor, the catheter module comprising:
the cover body is arranged at the first opening and provided with an electrical contact and an opening, the electrical contact is electrically contacted with the electrical socket, and the opening is opposite to the first opening;
a first conduit extending outwardly from the cover and connected to an external power supply for transmitting power to the heating cover by electrically contacting the electrical socket via the electrical contact; and
the second conduit extends outwards from the cover body and is connected to a pump, and air in the cavity of the adapter is extracted through the opening.
2. The motorized breastpump of claim 1 wherein said adapter comprises a first cavity, a second cavity and a connecting portion that are in communication with each other, wherein said first cavity is connected above said second cavity, said connecting portion is connected below said second cavity, and wherein said first opening opens at an upper side of said first cavity, said second opening opens at a side of said second cavity, and said third opening opens at a lower side of said connecting portion.
3. The motorized breastpump of claim 2 wherein said adapter interior further comprises a first through hole and a second through hole, said first cavity and said second cavity being in communication through said first through hole, said second cavity and said connecting portion being in communication through said second through hole.
4. The motorized breastpump of claim 2 wherein said adapter includes an alignment portion on an outer wall of said first cavity, and said heating shield includes an alignment groove on a sidewall of said electrical receptacle corresponding to said alignment portion.
5. The motorized breastpump of claim 1 wherein said breastshield body is provided with at least one detent at the wide end edge of said shield mouth, and wherein the edge of said heating shield body is provided with at least one detent corresponding to said detent.
6. The motorized breastpump of claim 1 wherein said heating shield comprises
The electrical socket is arranged on the outer side of the shell and protrudes upwards; and
the electric heating unit is in a shape corresponding to the shell cover, is attached to the inner side of the shell cover and is electrically contacted with the electric socket.
7. The motorized breastpump of claim 2 wherein said cover further includes a ring of ribs around said opening of said cover.
8. The motorized breastpump of claim 7 further comprising a membrane member positioned around said rib portion, said membrane member being positioned between said first cavity and said cover when said cover is positioned in said first opening.
9. The motorized breastpump of claim 1 further comprising a host, said host comprising:
an upper housing;
the pump is arranged in the upper shell and used for pumping air in the cavity of the adapter;
the control unit is arranged on the surface of the upper shell and used for controlling the operation of the pump and the operation of the electric heating unit; and
and the power supply module is arranged in the upper shell and used for providing electric power for the heating cover body and the pump.
10. The motorized breastpump of claim 9 wherein said main body further comprises a lower housing, said lower housing having a receiving slot, said upper housing being adapted to fit over said receiving slot.
11. The motorized breastpump of claim 10 wherein said receiving chamber is internally dividable into a plurality of receiving spaces for receiving said breastshield body, said heating shield body and said conduit module.
12. The motorized breastpump of claim 9 wherein said host further comprises a display unit disposed on said upper housing surface and surrounding said control unit.
13. The motorized breastpump of claim 9 wherein said main unit further comprises a slot and a hole disposed on a side of said upper housing, said slot allowing said first conduit to be inserted therein to allow said main unit to be connected to said electrical contact on said cover, said hole allowing said second conduit to be inserted therein to allow said main unit to be connected to said opening on said cover.
