The inner part of the thermal insulation cylinder cup 40 is an integral inner space 41 which is communicated with the outside through an opening 42, the central position of the bottom in the inner space 41 corresponds to the concave structure of the positioning notch 15 arranged on the heat dissipation inner cup 10, and a relatively convex central convex cone 45 is arranged, so that when the heat dissipation inner cup 10 enters the final point in the inner space 41, the positioning notch 15 can straddle the upper surface of the central convex cone 45, the coaxial positioning is carried out according to the central line S obtained when the assembly is carried out, and the sliding plug fixed point supporting function of the deformation elastic sheet 22 is provided by the point of the central convex cone 45 and the involutory inner circle 46, so that the central line S of the assembly can be overlapped, and when the external force is prevented from impacting, the bottom of the heat dissipation inner cup 10 can be supported and cannot impact the inner surface bottom of the inner space 41.
The surface of the lip 12 of the heat dissipation inner cup 10 is a smooth surface body for drinking, the opening 42 of the thermal insulation cylinder cup 40 is provided with the same curvature of the arc-shaped corner edge 420, when the thermal insulation cylinder cup 40 is used independently, drinking can be safely provided, and when the heat dissipation inner cup 10 and the thermal insulation cylinder cup 40 are selected, the heat dissipation inner cup 10 and the thermal insulation cylinder cup 40 can be used as independent cups and combined application.
Referring to fig. 2 (fig. 1), the double-closing lid 50 of the present invention has an inner cup sealing portion 51 and a barrel cup sealing portion 52 for sealing or closing the lip 12 and the opening 42 respectively formed on the heat dissipation inner cup 10 and the heat preservation barrel cup 40 (as shown in fig. 1), the double-closing lid 50 is formed by an upper liner 53 and an inner liner 54, the facing surfaces of the two or the inner surface of the upper liner 53 perform a thermal resistance function, and the double-closing lid can be coated with a thermal insulation layer film 530 or formed by a thermal insulation sheet film.
The largest outer circle above the double-close cover 50 is used as a pulling-buckling edge 59, the pulling-buckling edge 59 can be held by the fingers of a user, the inner surface of the double-close cover 50 is provided with a buckling part 58, the buckling part 58 provides a buckling part 72 arranged at the upper end of a hanging cage 70 for rotary-cutting buckling, the upper end of the hanging cage 70 is provided with an inlet and outlet 71, the inlet and outlet 71 is communicated with the inner space, and the meter body is internally provided with a plurality of filtering holes 73 so as to provide water liquid flow in and out.
The double-closing cover body 50 is basically formed by combining an inner lining body 54 with the inner surface of an upper lining plate 53, the upper lining plate 53 can be made of metal, plastic, or raw wood to create different patterns and implement the requirement of water resistance, the inner lining body 54 is combined with the female surface, the inner lining body 54 is formed by rotating around an outer hub ring 55 and an inner hub ring 57 in a conjugate way by taking a center line S as a center, the inner circle of the inner hub ring 57 is provided with a buckling part 58, the outer hub ring 55 is combined by providing a cover ring piece 60 with the same concept as the embedded ring 20 in the radial outer surface, the cover ring piece 60 can be provided with a ring body 61 which is embedded in a socket ring groove 56 arranged on the outer hub ring 55, so that the cover ring piece 60 is combined with the outer hub ring 55 in a binding way and cannot slide off by being limited by the outer hub ring 55, the cover ring piece 60 is provided with an elastic tongue piece 62 which can be elastically deformed and extends outwards from the ring body 61 by the elastic deformation force of the elastic tongue piece 62, so as to seal the opening 11 of the heat dissipation inner cup 10 as shown in FIG. 1, thereby forming an airtight state in the loading space 17 of the heat dissipation inner cup 10.
Referring to fig. 3, the sealing ring 20 of the present invention includes a sealing ring 60, which can be implemented by using a ring body 21 and/or a ring body 61 (as implemented in fig. 4) as a hoop base, and at least a deformation spring 22 or an elastic tongue 62 with equal radius curvature at the margin is formed on the inner and outer radial outer surfaces of the ring body, the deformation spring 22 or the elastic tongue 62 is substantially thin and is easy to deform, the deformation loses roundness, and a gap can be generated by the deformation of the roundness, so that the atmospheric pressure can be conducted when each component is detached, and the deformation spring 22 or the elastic tongue 62 can be divided into equal angles or connected into a ring body, which is implemented in the inner and outer radial directions of the ring body 21 or the ring body 61, respectively, and the deformation of the deformation spring 22 or the elastic tongue 62 is described later.
Referring to fig. 4, the apparatus of the present invention is mainly composed of a heat dissipation inner cup 10, a heat insulation cylindrical cup 40, a double-cover 50 and a hanging cage 70, all of which are coaxially connected with each other along a central line S, and the hanging cage 70 can contain food materials requiring long-time heat, such as Chinese traditional medicine, eggs or potatoes, are put in the hanging cage 70, the filtering holes 73 are communicated with the loading space 17 of the heat dissipation inner cup 10, the loading space 17 can provide hot water loading, hot water can invade the loaded food materials, the outer surface of the heat dissipation inner cup 10 can exchange heat mass outwards, the heat exchange is limited in the space formed by the sleeve joint gap G, and the heat inside the sleeve joint gap G can not be dissipated to the overall surface of the heat preservation cylinder cup 40 due to the vacuum heat-resistant function of the heat preservation cylinder cup 40, so that the heat dissipation inner cup 10 can achieve the effect of long-term heat preservation.
The space formed by the sleeve gap G has an upper end forming a pair of ring enclosure 200, which is axially blocked by a sealing plug of a group of embedded ring 20 sleeved on the upper enclosure end 13, the embedded ring 20 is squeezed and plugged on the surface of the inner circle 46 by the sliding plug action of the ring body 21, and the inner space of the sleeve gap G can be sealed by squeezing and sealing the ring body 21, so that the gas can not be exchanged with the external environment gas through flow.
The bottom of the combination of the heat dissipation inner cup 10 and the thermal insulation cylinder cup 40 is mutually opposite to form a fixed point by the positioning notch 15 and the central convex cone 45, the upper end is positioned by the ring body 21 of the embedded sealing ring member 20 to form another fixed point to be coaxially sleeved, the linear overlapping of the central lines S is maintained, and the outer surface of the heat dissipation inner cup 10 is arranged on the inner annular surrounding surface of the inner space 41 of the body.
The lip 12 of the heat dissipation inner cup 10 is connected downward with a flat sticking ring 121 which is vertical to the central line S and has the same height, and the ring spoke surface of the flat sticking ring 121 can be completely attached to the opening edge of the opening 42 in a state of being in a cutting and pressing shape of a ring with the arc-curved corner edge 420 of the opening 42, so that a linear seam is formed between the flat sticking ring 121 and the opening edge of the opening 42 for attaching, and the flat sticking ring 121 is vertical to the central line S, so that the flat sticking ring is combined with the opening 42 between the heat preservation cylinder cups 40 to form an axial end face opening and closing face.
The loading space 17 of the heat-dissipating inner cup 10 is acted by the inner cup sealing part 51 of the double-closing lid 50 to form a closed space in which the loading space 17 is formed, the double-closing lid 50 is extended toward the female side of the loading space 17 to form an outer hub ring 55 (please refer to fig. 2), the outer circle of the outer hub ring 55 is provided with an elastic sealing ring member 60, the sealing ring member 60 is provided with a ring body 61, the ring body is inserted into the annular groove 56 of the outer hub ring 55, the outer circle of the ring body 61 is radially provided with an elastic tongue piece 62 capable of elastic deformation, the elastic tongue piece 62 is plugged in the plug opening 16 of the heat-dissipating inner cup 10 in a sliding plug manner, the inside of the loading space 17 can be airtight due to the radial plug effect of the elastic tongue piece 62, and the double-closing lid 50 has a heat-blocking effect, so that the heat-dissipating inner cup 10 in the space of the heat-dissipating cup 40 can be insulated, and the water used for the heat insulation is high heat, the food can be heated and kept warm or the heat energy of the steamed food can be provided to the hanging cage 70.
When the temperature of the air in a sealed space is reduced, a negative pressure is formed between the air and the external environment when the density is increased, the negative pressure is projected to the heat dissipation inner cup 10 of the present invention, the loading space 17 works at a time and temperature, when the dual-close cover 50 is opened, the pulling edge 59 of the dual-close cover 50 pulls open the elastic tongue piece 62 of the interlocking cover sealing ring member 60, the elastic tongue piece 62 is elastically deformed by an external force, the deformation can cause the outer periphery to lose roundness to form a notch, and the notch can provide external atmospheric pressure into the loading space 17, thereby facilitating the opening of the dual-close cover 50.
The inner space 41 of the thermal insulation cylinder cup 40 is subjected to the action of the hot air on the outer surface of the heat dissipation inner cup 10, positive pressure is generated at the beginning time of use, negative pressure is formed in the inner space 41 after cooling, the deformation of the deformation elastic sheet 22 of the embedded sealing ring 20 is also used, the extraction frame edge 122 formed on the side edge of the lip 12 provides finger extraction to pull the deformation elastic sheet 22 to deform, after the deformation elastic sheet 22 deforms and loses roundness, the gap is formed, the atmosphere can be conducted to the inner space 41, and the heat dissipation inner cup 10 is easy to separate after balance.
Referring to fig. 5, the present invention is implemented in that the tea leaves can be properly infused by using the heat dissipation inner cup 10 and the double-closure lid 50, and the infusion temperature of the tea leaves is about 85 to 95 degrees according to the infusion requirement of the tea leaves, and the time is controlled according to the characteristics of the tea leaves, so that delicious tea soup can be infused, and if the tea leaves are kept at high temperature, a large amount of bitter molecules such as ganning acid or catechin can be rapidly released.
The oolong tea is brewed by pouring hot water into a Xishi pot, the temperature drop is obvious, the curve section for brewing is selected through time course control, and then smooth tea soup can be brewed.
The heat-dissipating inner cup 10 of the present invention has an effect of balancing external heat, and the inner cup sealing part 51 of the double-closure lid body 50 is sealed to prevent the fragrance molecules of tea leaves from being dissipated outside in advance, so that a delicious and fragrant tea soup can be obtained after brewing.
According to the use of this formula, the heat dissipation inner cup 10 can independently perform electron microwave penetration to generate heat by impacting the food material loaded therein.
The outer surface of the heat dissipation inner cup 10 can be provided with a holding portion 123 for taking out, so that the heat dissipation inner cup 10 can be used independently, and the holding portion 123 can be combined with an anti-scald section 30 for preventing scald.
Referring to fig. 6, the thermal insulation cylindrical cup 40 is provided with an inner liner 44 and an outer liner 43, which are combined to form a thermal insulation space, the inner space formed by the outer liner 43 and the inner liner 44 can be in a vacuum state, so that the inner space 41 can insulate heat from the outside, the inner space 41 is a combined space, when the thermal insulation cylindrical cup 40 is used independently, the inner space 41 is used as a containing space for containing food materials, the contained food materials are drinking water, which can be used for thermal insulation by the thermal insulation capability, the contained food materials can be liquid, ice blocks, or food materials required to be formed at low temperature such as ice cream, and the thermal insulation cylindrical cup 40 can keep the ice cream formed at the ice temperature from melting, maintain the shape and appearance, and prolong the taste at the ice temperature.
The opening 42 of the thermal insulation barrel cup 40 is covered by a double-cover body 50, the double-cover body 50 has a heat-resistant function and can further keep the ice product in the interior from melting early, the inner cup cover sealing part 51 arranged on the double-cover body 50 is in a suspended state, the barrel cup cover closing part 52 covers the arc-shaped curved corner edge 420 of the opening 42 and forms a linear fit, the barrel cup cover closing part 52 of the double-cover body 50 can be concave, so that the arc-shaped curved corner edge 420 of the opening 42 can be cut into the inner groove space of the barrel cup cover closing part 52, and the plane looseness of the double-cover body 50 can be avoided, wherein the barrel cup cover closing part 52 can be provided with an annular elastic surface such as gasket attachment.
Referring to fig. 7, in another aspect of the present invention, as shown in the appearance state of fig. 5, the sealing ring 20 is implemented in the inner surface of the opening 42 of the thermal insulation cylinder 40 to form a sealing ring groove 460, the ring body 21 of the sealing ring 20 is embedded in the sealing ring groove 460, the deformation spring 22 is set to radially contract toward the central inner surface, when the thermal dissipation inner cup 10 is sleeved with the thermal insulation cylinder 40, the inward deformation spring 22 is pressed against the upper peripheral end 13 of the thermal dissipation inner cup 10, the inner space 41 defined by the sleeving gap G is sealed by the pressing plug, the lip 12 is similarly pressed against the opening 42, the positioning recess 15 is similarly positioned by the central convex cone 45, and after the thermal dissipation inner cup 10 is separated from the thermal dissipation inner cup 10, the appearance of the thermal dissipation inner cup 10 is similar to the appearance of fig. 5, and the upper peripheral end 13 can form a smooth surface.
Claims (10)
1. A food material brewer, comprising:
a heat dissipation inner cup with heat dissipation function, which is capable of being penetrated by electron microwave, wherein the periphery of the opening is a frame edge, and the bottom of the cup is provided with a landing plane;
a thermal insulation cylinder cup with thermal resistance, the upper end of which is provided with an opening, the interior of which is an integrated inner space for coaxially sleeving the heat dissipation inner cup;
an embedded sealing ring piece which can be elastically sleeved on the outer circle of the upper end of the heat dissipation inner cup, and the outer circle of the ring body is radially extended outwards to be provided with deformation elastic sheets with the edges having equal radius curvatures;
a double-closing cover body with thermal resistance function, in which the female surface is axially equipped with an external hub ring, the external periphery of the external hub ring is combined with a cover sealing ring component to form a pair of cover sealing portions for sealing and closing internal cup, and the external hub ring is upwards and radially connected with a pair of cover sealing portions for covering the opening of the cylindrical cup.
2. The food material brewer of claim 1, wherein a snap feature is provided centrally on the inner face of the double-close lid body to provide a cage-hanging movable assembly.
3. The food material infusing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a positioning notch is recessed upward from the center of the bottom of the heat dissipation inner cup, and a central convex cone is protruded upward from the center of the inner bottom of the inner space of the thermal insulation barrel cup, and after the positioning notch is engaged with the central convex cone, the flat surface of the heat dissipation inner cup can maintain the close contact with the open end surface of the thermal insulation barrel cup.
4. The food material brewer of claim 1, wherein said heat dissipating inner cup body portion has a grip portion, wherein said grip portion has an outer burn-proof section.
5. The food material infuser of claim 1 wherein said double shut lid is in the form of a circular block formed by an upper liner plate joined to an inner liner plate with an insulation membrane interposed therebetween.
6. The food material brewer of claim 1, wherein the lower end of the extraction rim is tapered with a planar grommet, the spokes of the planar grommet engaging the rim of the opening of the thermal insulating cup.
7. A food material brewer, comprising:
a heat dissipation inner cup, which has a body capable of being penetrated by electron microwave and performing heat dissipation, wherein the periphery of the opening is a frame edge, and the bottom of the cup is a landing plane;
a thermal insulation cylinder cup with thermal resistance, the upper end of which is provided with an opening, and the interior of which is an integrated space for coaxially sleeving the heat dissipation inner cup;
an embedded sealing ring piece embedded in the inner circle of the upper end of the heat-insulating cylinder cup, wherein the inner circle of the ring body extends inwards towards the center in the radial direction to form a deformed elastic sheet with the edge having the same radius curvature;
a double-closing cover body with thermal resistance, an outer hub ring is axially arranged on the female surface, a cover sealing ring piece is combined on the outer circle of the outer hub ring to form an inner cup cover sealing part, and a cylinder cup cover sealing part is radially connected to the outer hub ring upwards.
8. The food material brewer of claim 7, wherein a snap feature is provided centrally on the inner face of the double-close lid body to provide a cage-hanging movable assembly.
9. The food material infusing device as claimed in claim 7, wherein a positioning notch is recessed upward from the center of the bottom of the heat dissipation inner cup, and a central convex cone is protruded upward from the center of the inner bottom of the inner space of the thermal insulation barrel cup, and after the positioning notch is engaged with the central convex cone, the flat surface of the heat dissipation inner cup can maintain the close contact with the open end surface of the thermal insulation barrel cup.
10. The food material brewer of claim 7, wherein the lower corners of the extraction rim are tapered with a planar grommet, the spokes of the planar grommet engaging the rim of the opening of the thermal insulating cup.
