The second category is non-contact, including ultrasonic level transmitters, radar level transmitters, and the like.
It can be understood that the water level sensor is connected with an alarm device, and after the water level reaches a set height, the alarm device is used for giving an alarm to remind a user, such as giving an alarm sound, flickering light and the like. Considering that the integrated cooker generally has a display panel, the alarm device can display the word "clean waste water box" in the display panel and give an alarm sound, which can be a pre-recorded music or a buzzer.
The embodiment of the third aspect of the present invention provides an integrated stove, which includes a housing 400, and it can be understood that the housing 400 includes a frame made of sheet metal parts and a decorative plate on the surface, the decorative plate can be made of metal parts or plastic parts, the housing 400 is used as a housing of the integrated stove, and has a fixed shape and structural strength, the integrated stove includes the steam box 100 of the embodiment of the second aspect, the steam box 100 is installed inside the housing 400, the steam box 100 has the drainage structure of the embodiment of the first aspect, and the water remaining in the box body 110 is immediately drained through the pipeline assembly 200, so as to facilitate cleaning of the inner cavity of the box body 110, prevent water accumulation and generation of peculiar smell, and bring convenience to users; through pipeline assembly 200 in time with the inside remaining water of steam generation device 120 away, prevent the water used repeatedly in the steam generation device 120, avoid the bacterial contamination of aquatic to eat the material, help reducing the inside incrustation scale of steam generation device 120 simultaneously, more sanitary and safety.
Referring to fig. 1, 8, 9 and 10, it can be appreciated that the housing 400 is provided with a supporter 410, the supporter 410 is connected with a pipe joint 420, the pipe joint 420 is connected with the drain pipe 230, both the drain pipe 230 is fixed by the pipe joint 420 to facilitate the inflow of the drain pipe 230 into the waste water tank 300, and the supporter 410 supports the pipe assembly 200 through the pipe joint 420 to help fix the pipe assembly 200 and prevent the pipe assembly 200 from being deviated.
It can be understood that the supporting member 410 may be a plate or a cross bar, and depending on the internal structure of the integrated cooker, the pipe joint 420 is fixed on the supporting member 410, referring to fig. 10, the supporting member 410 is provided with a mounting hole 411, the pipe joint 420 is inserted into the mounting hole 411, the lower end of the pipe joint 420 is provided with a stop ring larger than the mounting hole 411, the upper end of the pipe joint 420 is provided with an external thread and is connected with a nut (not shown in the figure), and the supporting member 410 is clamped by the stop ring and the nut, so as to achieve the fixed connection of the pipe joint 420 and. Of course, other fixing structures, such as welding, clamping, etc., may be used, and the pipe joint 420 and the support 410 may be fixedly connected. The lower end of the water discharge pipe 230 is provided with a pipe sleeve 231, the pipe sleeve 231 is sleeved outside the pipe joint 420, the pipe sleeve 231 has elasticity, the inner diameter of the pipe sleeve 231 is slightly smaller than that of the pipe joint 420, and the pipe sleeve 231 tightly wraps the pipe joint 420 after installation, so that the sealing performance is improved, and water leakage is prevented.
Referring to fig. 1, it can be understood that the pipe joint 420 is positioned above the waste water box 300, the waste water box 300 has the water storage cavity 301 with an open upper end, and water flowing out of the pipe joint 420 can directly fall into the water storage cavity 301 of the waste water box 300, simply and directly; considering that the pipe joint 420 is directly spaced apart from the waste water box 300, in order to prevent the water flowing out of the pipe joint 420 from flowing along the supporter 410 and falling outside the waste water box 300, the lower end of the pipe joint 420 protrudes from the supporter 410, and the water flowing out of the pipe joint 420 cannot bypass the lower end of the pipe joint 420 and contact the supporter 410, thereby preventing the water from leaking outside.
It is understood that the outlet end of the pipe assembly 200 may be directly inserted into the storage cavity 301 of the waste water box 300, that is, the lower port of the drainage pipe 230 extends into the storage cavity 301 of the waste water box 300, and the water flowing out of the drainage pipe 230 directly enters the storage cavity 301 of the waste water box 300, in this structure, the lower end of the drainage pipe 230 is not connected to the pipe joint 420, but the drainage pipe 230 passes through the mounting hole 411 of the support member 410, and a rubber gasket may be mounted in the mounting hole 411 to define the drainage pipe 230 and provide shock absorption by the rubber gasket. It should be understood that the reservoir chamber 301 of the waste water box 300 may be opened at the upper end thereof and the drain pipe 230 may be directly extended into the reservoir chamber 301, or may be covered at the upper end thereof and the drain pipe 230 is extended into the reservoir chamber 301 through the cover.
Referring to fig. 4, 11 and 12, it can be appreciated that the waste cartridge 300 is slidably coupled to the housing 400, and the waste cartridge 300 is similar to a drawer, providing a pull to remove the waste cartridge 300 for dumping waste, and thus the housing 400 is provided with a pull port 401 for the waste cartridge 300 to enter and exit. Considering that the wastewater box 300 is a rectangular box body and is convenient to process and carry, the drawing opening 401 is a matched rectangular opening, and the side wall of the drawing opening 401 is attached to the wastewater box 300 and can be used as a sliding guide structure of the wastewater box 300; the end surface of the wastewater box 300 is provided with a fastening position for a user to pull the wastewater box 300 by hand, in order to improve the aesthetic property, the end surface of the wastewater box 300 is further connected with a decorative panel 310, and the decorative panel 310 can be provided with various colors and patterns to improve the appearance aesthetic property of the integrated cooker.
Referring to fig. 11 and 12, it can be understood that the housing 400 is provided with a support plate 430, and the support plate 430 is provided at an upper side thereof with a slide groove along which the waste water box 300 can slide. The backup pad 430 is the sheet metal component, sets up the hem in the both sides of backup pad 430, is the spout between two hems promptly, and the lateral wall and the hem laminating of waste water box 300, the waste water box 300 slip direction of assurance is accurate, is difficult for deviating from. The both ends of backup pad 430 are equal fixed connection casing 400, and backup pad 430 still possesses the function of supporting the floor, improves the structural strength of casing 400, and the spout length of backup pad 430 is greater than the length of waste water box 300 moreover, and waste water box 300 of being convenient for slides and gets and put.

Claims (18)

1. A drainage structure, comprising:
a box body;
the steam generating device is connected to the box body;
the water inlet end of the pipeline assembly is connected with the box body and the steam generating device;
and the waste water box is connected with the water outlet end of the pipeline assembly.
2. The drainage structure according to claim 1, wherein the pipe assembly is provided with a drainage pipe, and a first water inlet pipe and a second water inlet pipe, the first water inlet pipe is connected with the tank body, and the second water inlet pipe is connected with the steam generating device.
3. The drainage structure according to claim 2, wherein the box body is provided with a door body which can be opened and closed, a water receiving plate is connected to the box body, the water receiving plate is located on the lower side of the door body, and the water receiving plate is connected with the water inlet end of the pipeline assembly.
4. A drainage arrangement according to claim 3, wherein the pipe assembly is further provided with a third water inlet pipe, the third water inlet pipe being connected to the water-receiving plate.
5. The drainage structure of claim 4, wherein the pipeline assembly comprises a water collecting box, the output ends of the first water inlet pipe and the third water inlet pipe are connected with the water collecting box, and the input end of the drainage pipe is connected with the water collecting box.
6. The drainage structure of claim 4, wherein a water receiving groove is formed in the upper end face of the water receiving plate, and a water leakage hole is formed in the lowest position of the water receiving groove and communicated with the third water inlet pipe.
7. The drainage structure according to claim 4, wherein the pipe assembly has a cross pipe, and the drainage pipe, the first water inlet pipe, the second water inlet pipe, and the third water inlet pipe are connected to the cross pipe.
8. The drainage structure of claim 2, wherein a water pump is connected to the steam generating device, and an output end of the water pump is connected to the second water inlet pipe.
9. The drainage structure of claim 2, wherein the bottom surface of the inner cavity of the box body is provided with four circumferential sunken parts, the middle part of the bottom surface is provided with a drainage hole, and the drainage hole is communicated with the first water inlet pipe.
10. A steam box characterized by comprising the drainage structure according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
11. The steam box of claim 10, wherein a water level sensor is connected to the waste water box.
12. The steam box of claim 11, wherein the water level sensor is connected with an alarm device.
13. An integrated cooker, characterized by comprising a housing to which is attached a steam box according to any one of claims 10 to 12.
14. The integrated cooker according to claim 13, wherein the housing is provided with a support to which a pipe joint is connected, the pipe joint connecting the pipe assembly.
15. The integrated cooker of claim 14, wherein the pipe joint is positioned above the waste water box, a lower end of the pipe joint protrudes from the support, and the waste water box has a water storage chamber with an upper end opened.
16. The integrated cooker according to claim 13, wherein the water outlet end of the pipe assembly is located in the water storage cavity of the waste water box.
17. The integrated cooker according to claim 13, wherein the waste water box is slidably connected to the housing, and the housing is provided with a drawing port for the waste water box to enter and exit.
18. The integrated cooker according to claim 17, wherein the housing is provided with a support plate, an upper side of which is provided with a sliding groove, and the waste water box is connected to the support plate and can slide along the sliding groove.
