Detailed Description
It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the present invention provides a method for replacing a heat generating body of an atomizer, comprising:
s1: monitoring whether a heating element replacing action exists in the atomizer or not;
s2: if yes, identifying whether the heating element 1 is a specified heating element;
s3: if so, the physical attribute information of the heating element 1 is acquired, and temperature control or power control is performed according to the physical attribute information.
In the embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 3, the atomizer is a non-combustion heating atomization device, wherein the heating element 1 is of a separate type and is assembled and installed on the atomizer main board, and the heating element can be a heating needle tube, a heating sheet and the like. The atomizer includes heat-generating body 1, integrated IC2 and base 3, and wherein, base 3 and heat-generating body 1 all have corresponding contact. The contact points of the two contact points are in contact with each other, which shows that the heating element 1 is connected with the base 3, and the contact points of the two contact points are separated from each other, which shows that the atomizer has the replacement action of the heating element 1. Whether the atomizer has the replacement action of the heating element 1 is monitored. If so, it is identified whether or not the heat generating element 1 is a specified heat generating element. Specifically, the integrated IC2 on the heating element 1 stores the identification information of the heating element 1, and the integrated IC2 communicates with the control IC of the atomizer to identify whether the heating element 1 is a designated heating element. If the heating element 1 is a designated heating element, the physical attribute information (such as heating parameters) of the heating element 1 is acquired, and temperature control or power control is performed according to the physical attribute information, so that the physical parameters of the new heating element 1 and the heating element 1 before replacement are consistent, manual calibration by a user or a manufacturer is not needed, direct replacement of the heating element 1 is realized, and the problem of troublesome replacement of the heating element 1 is solved.
Further, after step S1 of monitoring whether or not there is a replacement operation of the heating element 1 in the atomizer, the method includes:
s11: acquiring the information of the number of times of replacement of the heating element 1 in a specified time period;
s12: and analyzing the quality of the heating body 1 according to the replacement frequency information and the preset standard.
In the embodiment of the invention, the atomizer acquires information on the number of times of replacement of the heat-generating body 1 in a specified period of time, for example, acquires information on the number of times of replacement of the heat-generating body 1 in six months. Because parameters of the heating element 1 of the same atomizer need to be kept consistent, the heating element 1 before replacement and the heating element 1 after replacement are the same type of heating element 1. The quality of the heating element 1 is judged according to the number of times of replacement. If the heat-generating body 1 having a service life of half a year is excellent in quality, the heat-generating body 1 having a service life of one month is inferior in quality. By the above arrangement, the quality of the heating element 1 can be accurately analyzed.
Further, before step S1 of monitoring whether or not there is a heat generating element replacement operation for the atomizer, the method includes:
s01: acquiring power consumption information of the heating element 1, and judging whether the heating element 1 is abnormal or not according to the power consumption information;
s02: if yes, the atomizer is automatically shut down.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the atomizer acquires power consumption information of the heat-generating body 1, and determines whether the heat-generating body 1 is abnormal or not based on the power consumption information. Specifically, when the power consumption of the heating element 1 is excessively large and exceeds a preset value, it is proved that the heating element 1 is abnormal. Alternatively, if the power of the heating element 1 is not changed when the user adjusts the power of the heating element 1, it is verified that the heating element 1 is abnormal. If the heating element 1 is abnormal, the atomizer is automatically closed, and damage to the atomizer caused by the abnormality of the heating element 1 is avoided.
Further, before step S1 of monitoring whether or not there is a heat generating element replacement operation for the atomizer, the method includes:
S0A: monitoring temperature information of the heating element 1;
S0B: judging whether the temperature of the heating element 1 is lower than a preset value or not;
S0C: if not, the atomizer is in a locking state.
In the embodiment of the invention, a locking structure (such as an electronic lock) is arranged between the cigarette rod of the atomizer and the heating body 1. The atomizer monitors the temperature information of the heating element 1 through a temperature sensor. And judging whether the temperature of the heating body 1 is lower than a preset value or not. If the temperature of the heating element 1 is higher than the preset value, the temperature of the heating element 1 is over high, and the risk of scalding a user exists when the heating element 1 is replaced, so that the atomizer is in a locking state, the user cannot replace the heating element 1, and the safety of the user is guaranteed.
Further, the atomizer is connected to a user terminal in communication, and after step S1 of monitoring whether or not there is a replacement operation of the heating element 1 in the atomizer, the method includes:
s0 a: and if so, the atomizer sends a video website to the user terminal, wherein the video content corresponding to the video website is the operation process of replacing the heating element 1.
In the embodiment of the invention, if the atomizer has the replacement action of the heating element 1, the atomizer sends the video website to the user terminal, and compared with sending video content, the speed of sending the video website is higher, the data volume is smaller, and the transmission is convenient. The user opens the video website on the user terminal, so as to see the operation process of replacing the heating element 1. Through the arrangement, when the heating body 1 is replaced, the atomizer automatically sends a replacement operation video to a user, so that the learning cost of the user is reduced, and the user can conveniently replace the heating body 1.
Further, if yes, after step S3 of acquiring physical property information of the heat generating element 1 and performing temperature control or power control based on the physical property information, the method includes:
S3A: identifying the identity of the current user according to a first preset frequency, and judging whether the current user is a designated user;
S3B: if not, the atomizer is shut down.
In the embodiment of the invention, the identity of the current user is identified according to a first preset frequency (such as 5 min/time), and whether the current user is a designated user is judged. The mode of discernment is fingerprint identification, sets up the fingerprint identification district in the tobacco rod district, and the user judges current user's identity information through fingerprint identification. According to the first preset frequency, the atomizer circularly judges the identity information of the current user, the atomizer is prevented from being used by other people (especially children), non-inductive identification can be achieved through fingerprint identification, and no extra burden is caused to the user.
Further, if yes, after step S3 of acquiring physical property information of the heat generating element 1 and performing temperature control or power control based on the physical property information, the method includes:
s3 a: acquiring the service life record of the heating element 1;
s3 b: and acquiring the current power consumption of the atomizer at a second preset frequency according to the service life record, and judging whether the current power consumption is abnormal.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the atomizer is connected to the server in a communication manner, and acquires the use information of the heating element 1 stored in the server and records the service life of the heating element 1. If the service life of the heating element 1 in the type A is 1 month, the current power consumption of the atomizer is obtained by obtaining the current power consumption (for example, 15 days/time) of the atomizer at a second preset frequency, and whether the current power consumption is abnormal or not is judged. When the current power consumption of the atomizer is too large or too small, it is proved that the heating element 1 is in an abnormal state, that is, the service life of the heating element 1 is over. Whether the atomizer is abnormal or not is judged according to the preset frequency, the abnormal state of the atomizer does not need to be judged in real time, and power consumption is saved.
